401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What’s the slot games perfect for completing wagering requirements on: April 21, 2024, 06:17:29 PM
I don't know if slots are exactly where I would want to try to get a high wager out of. I tinker with house roulette on Stake and get some decent wager with minimal loss. Bet 1$ on 1st 12 2nd 12 3rd 12. Break even on any number lose 3$ on 0.  If 0 comes go win your 3 back on dice then back to roulette. You can obv bet more than 1$ per spot, but on a loss it's harder to win back if betting 100 per spot or something.

403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: No gambling today due to bitcoin high transaction fee. on: April 20, 2024, 07:17:49 PM
This high fee is probably due to the 4th halving that was completed. I haven't seen this type of transaction fee this hight.

If you look at https://mempool.emzy.de/, the current transaction fee is  over $50 but in the past few hours it was over $100... So if you are a gambler who doesn't gamble that much like your range is only $10 to $100, it's impossible you will choose to gamble today with that very high fees.

This is only for gamblers who use bitcoin as the payment method, how is going today? Who among us here can still afford to gamble?
Today bitcoin transcation fees is really too high. I don't think gambling sites would be shut down for that today. Because not everyone only gambles with Bitcoin. Many people gamble by depositing in trx, ltc, bsc chain, I myself deposit in tron chain for gambling most of the time because I avoid gambling with big amount. so I am not interested in paying high transaction fees for small amounts. therefore, such transaction fees in Bitcoin will not deter gamblers from gambling.
Actually pretty smart to be gambling with altcoins. Gonna save tons of money in fees. Currently 80$ for a high priority transaction with bitcoin. Hopefully the crazy stops in the next few days, otherwise people gonna be scared away from bitcoin.
404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What the Heck Do Gamblers Mean By this Phrase on: April 20, 2024, 04:16:36 PM
Basically it means that the cards are running good for you.  Like in poker when the cards are flowing, means you have been winning alot playing any 2 cards.

When the halving happened last night, the fee was between $200 and $300 to send. It got really crazy. I may have to delay sig campaign payments til the fees come back down to earth. Hopefully in the next 24 hours fees return to normal so people can gamble if they want.
406  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Buy stake. us account, willing to pay 100U on: April 20, 2024, 01:32:59 AM
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5493469.msg63967113#msg63967113 This is the 2nd person i've seen willing to pay for a stake us account. I would advise anyone considering helping to not help them out.
407  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin halving is coming, what should we do? on: April 19, 2024, 08:54:48 PM
Relax man, this has happened many times already and it will happen again. If you notice, bitcoin dipped from the new ATH over 10k as we got closer to halving happening. It has recovered a little, but after tonight I think we will still see a downtrend.
408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Paying $25 To Anyone That Opens A stake.us Account For Me on: April 19, 2024, 07:19:40 PM
Instead of using Stake , why don't you use another gambling platform like CoinRoyale or Sportsbet ? I'm sure these 2 sites don't have any restriction in Canada but just a quick info , how is TrainWreckTV still gambling on Stake if he lives in Canada ? I might be wrong here but last time I checked he was streaming from there.

Meanwhile , I would stay away from this type of engagement as doing KYC for someone else has no benefits at all.
Maybe he wants to play poker that stake has? Or maybe he wants that free 1$ per day, whatever the case may be, it's not worth $25 to make the guy an account.

There may be a way around the law if the person streaming isn't actually being paid on the website. Train may be given an infinite amount of SC and just has to stream for x hours a day or week and stake pays him to his wallet. No deposit or WD actually happening on the site.
409  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ROLLBIT scammed 130.000$ and made me an addict without taking action on it! on: April 19, 2024, 04:41:02 PM
I agree with dkbit as far as it's not really the casinos fault you lost or had no self control. If you had proof you were cheated that's 1 thing, but just being upset over a loss doesn't make that the casinos fault.

If you could never win, why didn't you stop? or move on to a different casino?
410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: "Jontay Porter receives lifetime ban from NBA for violating gambling rules" on: April 19, 2024, 03:27:10 PM
Welcome to the Pete Rose club. I really don't understand why these players take the risks that they do. They are already paid well, but it's never enough. Hopefully this incident doesn't interfere with his brothers success.

I honestly wish that all sports would crack down on idiots. I would like to see players banned for other offenses. The leagues shouldn't condone stupidity.

cabron explained it well: Most likely he didn't think he was going to get caught. On the other hand, as far as I know, there is no IQ test to be passed in order to play in the NBA; maybe they should attach one to the multi-million dollar contracts Roll Eyes

BTW, in other jurisdictions that stupidity would mean jail time, no matter the amount of money earned.

He deserves jail term for this as a deterrent for future offenders, the guy has no future in the NBA with the kind of stat he had and the Raptors have no problem in their lineup if they remove Porter.

I'm sure before entering the NBA he already knew that the NBA has rules against this, even if he did not win on bets that involved the Raptors he still deserves that punishment

The NBA is a multi-billion dollar industry and they will not let this come to pass, I'm sure they will implement stricter rules to avoid this happening again, the guy is addicted to gambling he exchanges his profession for a chance to win in gambling

Jail time would be too much for this. I'm sure the multi-billion-dollar industry would recognize how much he and his brother contributed to this business. Though he may have turned like a crook at one time in his life, I'm sure they can settle something in the middle. It would be too much to make him look like the worst criminal, I still think this is a victimless offense IMO and they understand that sports men are prone to gambling.

Big businesses like the NFL and NBA will save their people just like OJ Simpson.
IMO a long prison sentence would be just. These guys are paid millions per year and are role models for millions of kids. They should be held to a higher standard. All leagues need to come together and come up with a standard they expect their players to live by. Gambling on their sport, drunk driving, battery, domestic battery, murder, guns on instagram, etc all should be instant bans with instant loss of their contract and possible jail time.

These guys wanna have their cake and eat it too and know that they'll get a slap on the wrist basically. Shouldn't be tolerated by the leagues, the teams, the owners, or us the general public.

412  Other / Meta / Re: Why is merit not common on trading discussion board on: April 19, 2024, 12:04:36 PM
I have noticed that someone will ask question on trading discussion, you will give answer but your post will not be given any merit. Sometimes like 1 out of 20 or 30 or more, you will only be given just 1 merit. If it is technical board, any useful answer will be bombarded with merits.

Is there no partiality in merit giving and receiving?
I have always considered most of the posts on all the "Discussion" boards to be spam and low quality. There are a few gems on each of the boards, don't get me wrong, but a very large number of the posts are from sig spammers and are filled with trash content.

If a merit source also feels this way, they will likely avoid that section. I'm not saying they all feel that way, it just could be the case.
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the game 'Fortune Tiger' or the little tiger game famous in your region? on: April 19, 2024, 11:13:17 AM

I heard that you have to play at the right times and influencers promote new platforms, as the previous ones stop paying and users have to migrate from platform to platform. I'm curious about how to get the hang of this game, but it's a game where you shouldn't be greedy, as it starts with paying and takes your money as your greed increases.
Isn't that most slot games? The point of them is to entertain you and get you feeling like you're unbeatable to keep you playing until you eventually lose everything. They aren't stupid when they design these games and casinos make their money from slots mostly.
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Investing in a casino's bankroll...Still worth it in 2024? on: April 18, 2024, 11:40:13 PM
Bustabit and Bustadice were still accepting investments last I knew. Even though they recently sold, the owner seems to have been associated with the project since the beginning.

As far as most of the other casinos, A lot seem to turn scam once they tokenize themselves. There might be a few legit investments out there but DYOR and be careful.
415  Economy / Services / Re: 8ombard Signature & avatar campaign(FULL) on: April 18, 2024, 09:12:46 PM
All spots are filled for now. I'll let everyone know if that changes.
416  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Opinions or experience about MeaTec Mining? on: April 18, 2024, 01:08:30 PM
I really don't think you need to justify anything. The burden of proof is on the company, not you. Can you show me 1 cloud mining service that hasn't been a scam from the get go? Serious question there actually. I remember back in the day I tried that CCex site or whatever and it did pay but you always lost money. Fee for this and that ended up making you lose a few bucks each day or whatever. Not the same company, but cloud mining is cloud mining IMO, waste of time and money.

I wouldn't advise anyone to have anything to do with cloud mining period.
417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: April 17, 2024, 07:10:50 PM
5 minutes left on Q4.

Safe to say congrats in advance to the Sacramento Kings. So in the first round of the playoffs, we'll see Thunders vs Kings.

Not yet; King needs to face and beat the Pelicans first before facing the Thunder. Looking at the game, the Pelicans hold the season record against the Kings with 5-0, and it is either a blowout win or a double-digit win. With this, I can see the Pelicans beating the Kings and securing the 8th seed if Zion is healthy. We know that late in the 4th, Zion injures himself and goes to the locker room, and it is a devastating point in the 4th because they have and can overturn the outcome of the game, but sadly, yes, Zion injures himself and the Lakers never looked back and get the victory.

If Zion is healthy, Ingram and McCollum play very well (they played poorly against the Lakers as Ingram got benched and McCollum shot poorly), and if they defend Fox and Sabonis very well, we can see the Pelicans win.
Was just announced that Zion is out with a hamstring. The Kings are a 1.5 point favorite as of now, I would bet quick before that line jumps to -3 or 4. Zion is the heart and soul of New Orleans and without him, the season is over for them.
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where would you prefer to watch your favorite team? on: April 17, 2024, 04:46:07 PM
At home or at a sportsbar are the best seats in the house. Your television is going to give you a better view then being at the stadium in person. You miss out on some of the atmosphere of being at the game, but you save $$$ and can have friends with you to watch at home or the bar.
419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Heat vs. 76ers 2024 NBA Play-In Tournament Odds & Preview on: April 17, 2024, 02:30:23 PM
With Embiid back the heat may as well just pack their bags and go home. Playoff Jimmy Butler can take the rest of the year off unless he shows up in the losers game. I don't see a scenario where Embiid doesn't dominate this whole game.
420  Economy / Services / Re: 8ombard Signature & avatar campaign(All ranks open) on: April 17, 2024, 10:25:46 AM
Had some spots open for all ranks to apply. Will only look at applications below this post, so apply away.
