gigavps, I had in mind that screenshots worth nothing because they can't prove anything.

Turbor, do not shout at me. You are also in my potential scammers list now. Good luck. Cool

LOL, and with that comment you're now on my watch list.  Good LUCK!

Bear with us, I'll make it right. Smiley
Please don't tell me that I wasted perfect sarcasm and you missed it Wink  ....lol

Oh I got it... I just used it as a point to address others that may be worried.  Smiley

I don't want to be the 'petty' one, but...

Are there any plans to go back to the mid-day payment schedule by chance ?....since on-demand withdrawals are still not implemented ?

I just find myself in a bit of an odd position, where as I need to pay someone back some owed BTC and would hate to miss that 'due payment' window, as doing so might put a current 'investment' that I have in jeopardy, due to the 'bank' having strict rules about financial problems on the forum Wink

The payments system is being worked on as we speak and is the primary reason for the delays in payments the last week.  Doing this much work manually each day has become a PITA and getting worse every day.  Bear with us, I'll make it right. Smiley

I haven't seen any hashes come through my purchase.

If your purchase has not started this morning your pool is not supported.

The wallet just doesn't seem to work anymore. Sad
412  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: February 24, 2012, 08:52:04 PM
As, I've mentioned a few times here and IRC.  GPUMAX is much bigger than what you see now.  We're simply building a core to much more to come. Smiley
413  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: February 24, 2012, 05:47:31 PM
This is news to me.  How are people timing their share purchases?  I don't see any way to do that.  I expect the start time was luck, but maybe there is a way to time the start of your purchase I do not know about?

It wasn't timed, it started at the end of a round and caught a block.  Then found a few blocks within an hour.  It was not a hop just a thrashing of power.
414  Economy / Services / Re: GPUMAX | The Bitcoin Mining Marketplace on: February 24, 2012, 05:42:23 PM
That's my guess to, but i have to ask.

It was our hopper-detection that found the user, as he begin mining at the start of a round.
So it has to be intentional, either from his or from pirateat40's side.

Update:

We have added the following pool to the non-supported list.

  • Bitlc.net - Doesn't Like The HEAT!

416  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [120 Gh] MtRed:MM(BTC+NMC) PPS, LP+, API **0 FEEs** on: February 24, 2012, 01:46:14 AM
GPUMAX is still getting about 2.5% - 3.0% rejects from the pool with phantom LP requests.  Until this issue is fixed we won't be able to remove Mt. Red from our non-supported list.

Let me know if we can help.

Thanks,

Hi, why aren't all pools implementing real accounts (payout AND payin) so that they can act like banks with mobile clients that use QR code scanning and transfer money with a click on your smartphone?

Most pool owners would prefer you get your coins off their servers rather than hold them for you.  You see probably once a month or more some pool/exchange getting "hacked" and losing coins.  While I don't believe any major pools (Slush, Deepbit, BTCGuild, Eligius, ArsBitcoin, EMC) has had ever had their wallet hacked [which is why I still suspect most/all of the "hacked" pools are just thieves], that doesn't mean it can't happen.  Being a major pool comes with the expectation that if something goes wrong, the pool op will fix it out of their own pocket.

You mean Graet is a scammer?Huh  I'm telling mom!!! Smiley jk
