IPO will be Sundayish.
TYGRR-BOND.D is an interest bearing loan or bond. The funds generated from this loan will be used to finance high risk business ventures. This loan is not guaranteed and is provided on a best effort basis.
The specific investments which the funds are used for will not be disclosed.
Each bond issued will have a face value of 1 BTC and will receive an interest payment or dividend of .01 BTC per week. Dividends will be paid every Sunday. You must hold the bond at the exact time of dividend payment to be entitled to the dividend. Payments will be made weekly around 9pm Thailand time.
This loan can be called at any time. If the loan is called, the issuer will place a bid of 1 BTC for every oustanding bond. Interest for the weekly period will be paid out on a pro-rated basis.

Goat, why are you only paying 1% for a high risk venture with no disclosure? NYAN.A pays 1% and is backed up by several guarantees and a fully transparent business model. And there are other guaranteed investment vehicles which pay more than NYAN.A (although none are guaranteed by a company). I know people love you, I personally love your 6.8% passthru bond, but don't you think you should offer investors a greater incentive to take on an unknown level of risk? I'm not flogging my security, off the top of my head TEEK.B, GIPPT, YARR, Imsaguy's plan B, Hashking, Starfish Bank, and so on, hell even mining, all either pay more, or are insured & transparrent, or both. In fact all of those pay more than NYAN.A. I'm just wondering if you could increase the interest rate on this? With risk should come reward. Yeah, to be honest I feel the same way. The fact it deals with LTC implies it carries great risks, since LTC is so speculative right now. More so than Bitcoin at least.

It has begun.
At least according to GeniuSxBoy it has... No rally until it hits $11 again :/
Haha, good find

No this will not be the case please read the google document provided for details Imsaguy, will hold INeedAuserNames backings, and in the case where pirate defaults he will transfer them to me . They will be making interest rate and there's of course a chance of a default, in this case the debt for the insurance still lies with INeedAUserName. If both ImsaGuy and INeedAUserName defaults then, I will pay out my 5% and we will shut down (this is a VERY unlikely scenario, I highly doubt this will happen. It would take a three fold default for this scenario to happen) Imsaguy makes his profits mostly from mining, which is why we chose him I'd just like to confirm this. Tonight, INAU and I executed a GPG contract that effectively bought out all EIEIO.A holdings. Those coins can be recalled from EIEIO on a two week notice. It gives me latitude to interact directly with DeaDTerra should INAU go missing in action. Thank you for the confirmation Now I just need INAU to get his ass onto the forums and confirm the third part xD //DeaDTerra Just got some shares, thanks Do you have any news on INAU? I would love to have a confirmation from him if possible. I've PM'd him, but he isn't responding Thank you very much in advance!

Could you please ask INeededAUserName to confirm in this thread that he insures 95% of the face-value of all bonds? It's not that I don't trust you, it's just better to have this written down somewhere. Thank you very much

Both spikes were buys. The reason the volume bar is red is because the close price of that candle stick was lower than it's open due to some minor selling when the candlestick closed. The majority of that volume was buying.

Wow, sentiment is extremely bullish. I'm beginning to worry. Keep it real people. We don't want yet another bubble. Thanks

It took me 8 days to recieve funds from MTGox via Euro Bank Transfer. Can you promise me you will do it faster? Because then I will change to you.
Read my post on the previous page. I wouldn't touch Intersango with a 10-foot pole.

5 of 6 confirms to glbse already. ill post the bid at like .9999997 or whatever spot is free.
thanks
Why not buy into the asks up to and including 0.1? That's where my shares are located, among others. Edit: Probably because of the fees. Hmmm, so we are actually forcing the price down without you being able to do anything about it. Oh well, it's only 3 Satoshis less per share though, so no big deal yeah, i don't wanta pay fees, sorry:) 6 confirms so whenever glbse sees them.... thanks Thank you, pleasure doing business

If there are enough bids, what's the minimum price the shares will be sold into? 1.00? 1.02? Something else entirely? Thanks for the information The Initial Share price will be 1 BTC per bond or are you asking something else? Oh, yeah, sorry I missed the part where it said they would be sold for 1 BTC each. Found it now though I knew the face-value would be 1 BTC each, but wasn't sure for how much they were going to get sold. All good now, thanks

If the order book fills up to the point where there isn't much slippage, I'm going to take a huge dump. probably if i can sell it down to >$9.35 for 12.2k. it depends on where the walls are ofc. right now there is too much slippage (like $2k) to take that kind of dump.
Sooooo, where's your dump of doom?

Chiming in on the whole Bitcoin conference ( www.bitcoin2012.com) boycot idea, just to let you know that the Intersango guys are not the only ones involved in organising it. If it's boycotted, all the work, time, effort, reputation and money that I and others(who are not involved with Bitcoinica) have already put into organising this conference will be destroyed. The venue has been paid for, awesome speakers have been arranged, over 100 tickets have been sold(and continuing fast, it's going to be sold out), and we've already got loads of sponsors (small bitcoin businesses mostly). This event is going to be monumentous, as well as being a fantastic opportunity for bitcoiners to meet up, watch the talks, take part in the workshops, it's going to be a boon for bitcoin related businesses and some major PR for bitcoin itself. If you guys want to turn this into a Bitcoinica rage then you'll destroy all this(other peoples money) and get nothing in return as a result. Don't mix the conference up with the Bitcoinica affair, it will bring no good for anyone. It's going to be a great, historical event for bitcoin, and soon enough the world in general. Nefario. +1000 Please don't boycot and hurt the conference over this. You're just hurting Bitcoin as a whole.

This is how the people behind Intersango handle things when shit hits the fan: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=97272.0I advise everyone to stop using Intersango until (if ever) this mess is resolved. I quote: Donald Norman, Patrick Strateman and Amir Taaki accepted responsibility for Bitcoinica on April 24 as Bitcoinica Consultancy and have retained the -only- legal authority to act on behalf of the company. At this time it appears they have abandoned their legal duty.
They now refuse to reply to communication, refuse to acknowledge their responsibility, refuse to resign voluntarily, and refuse to act. In particular they have refused to do anything to recover stolen funds, even where the required action is as simple as providing a payment address. This is now hindering the efforts of others to minimize loss to Bitcoinica's customers.
