If you are in control of the private key then there will be a way for you to claim those coins. Holding coins an exchange is always a risk. I don't know whether exchanges might theoretically be obliged to credit you the respective amount of coins. Might be difficult to enforce your rights.

Naja, "die es bereits gibt" ist eine relativ unbelastbare Antwort. Selbst wenn es die Blockchain gibt, heißt das nicht, dass dort aktuell erfolgreich 660.000 Transaktionen pro Sekunde performt werden. Ich würde gern wissen, ob diese Zahl bereits unter Beweis gestellt worden ist.

I don't think you are on point here. Bitclave does compete with Google, but it doesn't mean there isn't enough place in the market for both of them in the beginning. However, if Bitclave turns out to be both more protective in terms of user data privacy and also more beneficial towards users in terms of monetization, where do you see Google winning the fight against such a decentralized monster?

Aber manchmal passt das get rich quick ja auch noch. Wenn du selbst in den letzten Wochen einen richtigen Pick hattest, konntest du über 100x erzielen. Ich weiß aber natürlich was du meinst. Das ist schon nicht mehr ganz so krass wie am Anfang. Aber ich glaube, dass in der beschleunigten Cryptowelt der Satz von Buffett noch exakter zutrifft: "The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient".

Wenn man jetzt die richtigen Projekte identifiziert und etwas Glück hat, dann kann es mit etwas Geduld in zwei bis drei Jahren für viele hier schon ganz anders aussehen, falls es das nicht schon tut.

Hehe hat ja auch irgendwie was, wenn man im digitalen Umfeld wertvolle Produkte schaffen und dabei anonym bleiben kann. Satoshi hats ja vorgemacht, wobei irgendwie dann doch nicht so cool ist, dass man nicht weiß, ob nicht irgendeine unangenehme Regierung dahinter steckt.

Naja so lang nicht wirklich Interkommunikation zwischen Blockchains möglich ist, sehe ich den Vorteil schon bei Ethereum, weil dort deutlich größere Netzwerkeffekte greifen und die Integration mit Projekten, die ebenfalls auf Ethereum laufen, viel einfacher ist. Also einfach bisher viel größeres Potenzial für Synergieeffekte. Aber wer weiß wo das alles hingeht in ein paar Jahren.

Und vor allem ist die Übersetzung und das ganze Wording auch eine totale Katastrophe. Da hat sich einer so richtig viel Mühe gegeben!

I can only smile when I read all those numbers people throw around in the ICO space. Facebook's first larger investment was $500,000. It completely change the world. And these days every second ICO is asking for $100 million. And what do they change? Nothing most of the time.

Mein Fehler.... Ja ich meinte NEO. Dass Qualität sich durchsetzt langfristig, das glaube ich auch. Aber das eine einzige Platform bestimmt was Qualität ist und was nicht, davon halte ich nicht so viel. Es wird zwar trotzdem darauf hinauslaufen, dass es zunächst solche Plattformen gibt, die Qualitätsstandards entwickeln und auch durchsetzen, aber langfristig glaube ich, dass sich Qualitätsstandards organisch entwickeln. Ein bisschen so wie sich nun die Bewegung zur Dezentralisierung organisch entwickelt. An die Probleme, die mit Zentralisierung einhergehen, hat ja bei der Gründung von Facebook, Google und Co. auch kaum einer gedacht. Und selbst wenn es der Fall war, so hat man von Dezentralisierung damals trotzdem noch nichts gehört. Wenn Dezentralisierung wirklich das ist, wonach die Gesellschaft ultimativ langfristig strebt, dann wird jedes Projekt mit zentralen Elementen entweder verschwinden oder sich über die Zeit verändern müssen. Und mit der Veränderung ist das dann so eine Sache, wenn die Infrastruktur erstmal nur auf Semi-Dezentralisierung ausgelegt ist.

Trotzdem handelt EOS dann wie eine zentrale Institution und entscheidet für andere was gut und was schlecht ist. Auf lange Sicht wird sich das mit der Qualität auch bei ETH einpendeln, weil es immer mehr Apps gibt, die dann Kontrollmöglichkeiten umfassen. Und man läuft nicht Gefahr, dass EOS langfristig irgendwann irgendwie seine Position missbrauchen kann.
