Hello guys, im supporter of XST, because it have good feature, such as anonynimity, and POS, energy efficiency.. Cheesy, although, the price of this coin is falling, i believe it will increase significantly.. Cheesy

but, i have question, i just downloaded XST wallet, but it synch slowly and then stop synching, and it always happen when i close the wallet and then reopen it, how to fix this Huh

Read page 1. Download the blcokchain etc etc

Follow the instructions

THIS ^
the slowness and stuck happens only in first sync and are because tor network
If you need help to install blockchain write again here

i have done all the instruction on page 1, but i get same result, synch slowly and then get stuck.. :/

which block is stuck?
try close and restarting again

If that doesn't work, I'd leave it running overnight. I had that issue a while back & it solved the problem. But yes, I had to re-start it first.

Every day this coin drops like a stone.
What's the next big release?

I believe late this week or early next week from what I've heard. No worries here, just scooping more up in the meantime.  Grin

Here's a great article on the OpenBazaar project, that's worth spreading around:

The mature and graceful response would have been to acknowledge that your post was wrong and move on.

...

Edit: Wow. You actually started deleting comments.

The mature response would be for you to stop repeating yourself and move on.

I deleted your message because it was the third time you made the exact same post. Here's what you posted for the third time: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=850210.msg9476759#msg9476759

If you post new material I'll keep it. If your fud turns to spam (which I have a feeling it will), I'll enter your user name in the bot.

The dude's trolling xst right know. Same M.O. Start's with FUD, & then tries to turn it around & play the victim. If he wants to argue, I love to argue! He can just PM me. I'll argue about what color the sky is. I don't care. LOL!

Well, I seem to have solved my previous mining issues... but I still can't get this scrypt-n algorithm to work. Boggles my mind.
'Will you my Vertminer .conf file? User guide for merged mining Vertcoin + Zerovert : http://simplevert.com/configuration_guide  .

Thanks! Looks idiot-proof... perfect for me. LOL! Cheers!  Wink

Edit: Not idiot proof enough... I'll wait for the patch.

Check this out: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=850210.new#new

A troll delete bot called XSTerminate.  Cool

LOL
This bot would make FUDsters cry

BTCwriter, as far as I know, you can set up web sites right?  Why not to up a craigslist similar listing website where we promote XST?  We can encourage vendors on that website to use XST as the payment method.

Yes, I can and working on it
Please vote for XST here;
https://www.coinpayments.net/vote

Buddy, have u checked this wesite: https://litepaid.com/

It offers great tools to merchants. Buyers pay with XST and the merchant receives fiat currency. Check it, maybe they provide you the module you need.

I think we're already in on Litepaid. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Greetings,

As many have come to find out recently about the
Shutdown of Silk Road 2.0, Cloud 9, Hydra

One of many reason is relying on Central servers (Big no no)

Agora & Evolution still up and open for business.

There is a big demand for Decentralized Markets

Now is the time for stealthteam/Dev to perr-fect their
innovation and show the world how its done..

Stealth technology + open bazaar = great potential

Here is where we possess the Holy Grail!

Ok, I began having this problem when I gave up mining some months back & couldn't figure out the answer to. When I would open any CGMiner bat files, the dos prompt would immediately close upon opening. I was hoping this wouldn't happen using the Vertminer. Anyone know what could be causing this? I really want to start mining some of these.

Invalid option somewhere. Wrong kernel or extra parameters.

I've tried messing with all of that... I'm probably missing something.

I'm using this bat file:

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://hashmonster.net:1334 -u xxx.xxx -p xxx --thread-concurrency 16000 --lookup-gap 2 -w 256 -I 18 --temp-target 85 --no-submit-stale -g 1

Could it be a driver issue?

EDIT: If I try to use the bat file in CGMiner, I get... Rejected (share is above target)

Prolly the fact that vert is scrypt-n not scrypt. So trying to use a scrypt kernel wont work. Btw you shouldn't really be mining this coin straight. It is aux-pow which means work is being submitted to it via the people mining on the vertcoin network. That makes it difficult to mine by itself. In short, you should be mining vertcoin on a pool that is also giving you zerovert.

Have you guys/gals seen the op's trust score -6 thats a bit drastic isn't it? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=391031

Hmm... I'll give it a shot. Hell, if he had something to hide, wouldn't he just use a different account?
Thanks, I will try it... even though you were a pain in my behind during the xst/sdc war.  Tongue

It's so much better when we get along.

True... since I fly off the handle easily LOL!
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: XSTerminate: A bitcointalk deletebot to rid unwanted visitors from your threads. on: November 08, 2014, 02:43:44 PM

If a community makes a black list, it won't hurt free speech. Posters will reform the way they post to avoid getting on a community blacklist. That would promote civil discourse over time, which is something sorely lacking from bitcointalk at the moment.

Behavior modification achieved through censorship and/or the threat of? Splendid. More power to anonymous devs!
Reminds me of George Orwell's 1984.

• "We do not merely destroy our enemies, we change them. Do you understand what I mean by that?"
• "We do not destroy the heretic because he resists us; so long as he resists us we never destroy him. We convert him, we capture his inner mind, we reshape him."

This is comparing apples to oranges. In Crypto-Land, all it takes is a few posts to destroy a coin. There are many out there who make it a mission to destroy competing coins. This have become very problematic in the realm of alt-coins, especially those in the race for the best anonymity. I admit that I have been guilty of this myself, though it was a matter of retaliation. Letting the free market decide without people FUDing competing cryptos endlessly is actually not a bad idea at all.
The proof will be in the pudding.

Yep as mentioned above you are using the scrypt kernel and this is a scrypt-n coin. I don't mine much anymore but you could try Vertminer.

I started with Vert miner. I'll adjust the settings & see how it goes, thanks!

Ok, I began having this problem when I gave up mining some months back & couldn't figure out the answer to. When I would open any CGMiner bat files, the dos prompt would immediately close upon opening. This just started happening out of the blue, as I had never had this problem before. After pulling my hair out for weeks, I threw in the towel. I was hoping this wouldn't happen using the Vertminer. Anyone know what could be causing this? I really want to start mining some of these.

Owned! ZeroVert is the first coin to have this ZK implemented and not Shadowcoin!
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=846471.msg9440756#msg9440756
Shadowcoin bagholders swarm to write bad comments about him.

It's still closed source. The bit depth of the security is unknown. It doesn't look like they have solved the problem of bloat.

But don't worry, SDC will suffer from all these same drawbacks. zk-snarks are expensive no matter how you slice it.

If zerovert didn't screw up royally here, then SDC is beat.

I guess Longandshort will be up for a few days doing crystal meth & whipping himself into a frenzy again. LOL!

Probably with a different BCT account, since XSTerminator is here now.

Depends if ZeroVert starts using it or not. If they are smart they will. Great program, btw... who came up with it?
