401  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sigh... Do i need to hold and sell it later or now? Quite tricky situation. on: January 23, 2020, 12:55:07 PM

I am holding about 1.2 BTC now

But I need a money until Feb 22nd.

Should i hold until Feb 21nd and sell it? or Sell it now?!!

What do you guys anticipate in BTC price until next month?
You still have 1 month before the deadline, so you can comfortably make some money outside to pay for the problems you need. Do not sell everything too soon or you will regret it, from now until May, the price will definitely increase a lot so you sell BTC and you will lose a lot of profit. I have also seen a similar topic before. He sold all BTC in November 2019 to pay for life, and then BTC went up to $ 9100. He regretted a lot and bought BTC at a much higher price than before, so don't repeat his mistake
402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Selling milk tea for Bitcoin on: January 23, 2020, 11:58:47 AM
I had a discussion with my parents earlier, saying that they want to start operating our milk tea food cart. We had the cart ready, materials for making the milk tea and so on. Instead of waiting for June or July until the new school building opens, we decided to put our business in a mall rather than the school sooner than later.

My dad was a traditional business style guy. He kept failing because of not being creative and innovative, and sometimes ignoring my suggestions and advice. However, this time, since I am into crypto and blockchain industry, he was thinking about displaying a Bitcoin QR code.

In the city that I lived, there were no businesses yet who accept Bitcoin payments. They do have QR codes, but mostly from a centralized provider and not crypto-related.

I already have my mom's Bitcoin wallet verified, and may need to upgrade it to a Business account as it needs business permit and other requirements necessary. It'll be used for the business anyways.

I think this is going to be a worthwhile experiment, and a great way to start letting people aware about Bitcoin. Maybe I should put some creative promos for those who will buy milk tea using Bitcoin. What do you guys think?
If you are a business or a large store, then you can use bitcoin to accept payments. But you are now looking to start a milk tea business, which is like any other cafe. And for this type of business, it's best to use cash to receive payments because it is faster and a lot cheaper than bitcoin. Your idea is good but don't make things confusing. If you use bitcoin to accept payments then I think no one will accept and buy your milk tea
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still possible to invent certain Altcoin that can be better than Bitcoin? on: January 23, 2020, 11:18:06 AM

As the subject goes, can we expect the newly developed Altcoin that can go beyond Bitcoin?
What are you expecting from altcoin better than Bitcoin? Do you want altcoin faster than bitcoin, cheaper fees than bitcoin? and cheaper than bitcoin?
There are many altcoins like this in the market today, but there are still no altcoins that can surpass Bitcoin. Because bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency in this market and it represents the entire market. No altcoin will ever surpass bitcoin even if it is much better
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you prefer to hold for more than a year? on: January 22, 2020, 02:19:55 PM
Of course I would choose bitcoin and a few altcoins in the top 10 to hold for a year or maybe longer. 1 year is a long time for altcoin growth, if we do not carefully choose the altcoin then it can collapse and we can lose money at any time. My long-term portfolio is Bitcoin, ETH, NEO, BNB, XLM and ADA .. these are altcoins I consider to be the best and safest for long-term investments.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Coin completes its 10th token burn worth $3.9 M USD on: January 22, 2020, 01:47:37 PM
Today the coin price grow up 5% based on CMC, idk this happen because that news or just the common things in altcoin market.
A couple years ago the burn coin news will affect the price but different when all the market is still in bearish trend.
The current price of binance coins is increasing because they have just announced a new IEO in the near future, immediately the price has increased by 5-7%. If this IEO is profitable for investors, I believe that the price of BNB will continue to go up, in February I expect BNB's price to go up to $ 21-23.
406  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who bought Bitcoin in late 2017? Still recovering or fully recovered? on: January 22, 2020, 01:11:37 PM
It would be frustrating if we bought bitcoin at a high price like the end of 2017, which was a bad experience for so many newcomers at the time. bought for $ 17000 but later panic at $ 5000-7000. They have made a lot of losses when investing in the wrong time, and at the moment there are very few people holding bitcoin since 2017, most of them have cut losses from 2018 or sold it when the bitcoin price goes up $ 13000 in 2019
407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright claims , today will be the last day for Bitcoins. on: January 22, 2020, 08:23:42 AM
I don'y believe anything he says.  He is a proven liar so he has to show us he has the keys to the wallets by moving the coins or there is no reason to believe him.
That was the only way he could prove he was Satoshi Nakamoto, and I read the article a few days ago about this. His lawyer confirmed that Craig Wright does not own any private keys. So I'm 100% sure he's a liar and what he said about Bitcoin is completely false. I also never believed in anything from him.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some exchanges charges are too high on: January 21, 2020, 04:24:48 PM
How many exchanges you know of that have too high withdrawal fee? I was shocked that Dcoin exchange wants 0.001 for any bitcoin withdrawal you want to make while other exchanges charges only 5000 Satoshi for bitcoin withdrawal, I was forces to exchange my bitcoin for litecoin before getting my coins out
As I think small exchanges often have very high withdrawal fees, like yobit ... they also have a BTC withdrawal fee of 0.001BTC. I think there is no reason for you to use small exchanges in trading, it is better to choose the top exchanges in this market. They have cheaper withdrawal fees and their exchanges are also much more reputable
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: By now, is it worth to invest in major altcoins for the long term? on: January 21, 2020, 03:13:29 PM
For long term investment you should invest in major coins like bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin they are really worth to invest and I'm sure these coins will gain you a big profit in the future or just wait bull run.
If investing in ETH, LTC ... how long will you wait to get a profit? There have been a lot of people investing in ETH and LTC since 2017 but until now they are still losing money many times, the current price is still 10-20 times lower than before and they have been holding for 2 years. Investing in altcoins is difficult to predict and you cannot be sure it will help you to profit
410  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LSK good to invest ? on: January 21, 2020, 02:09:48 PM
hi guys
do u think LSK good to invest ?
do u think it can go up x5 to x10 ?
This altcoin existed a long time ago and it was pumped very high in 2017, almost all investors have closed their profits and caused the price to go down as low as it is now. It is better to look for altcoins created in 2019 because it can pump heavily if the altcoin market goes up. I do not trust the altcoins pumped in 2017, its price is difficult to rise again
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KBC scam ? on: January 21, 2020, 01:05:24 PM
When I visited KBC at coinmarketcap, I received a notice from them "We have received reports that warnings have been issued against entities associated with this project. For more details, please see the statements from Bafin and FSCA". If a project is warned by coinmarketcap it is definitely not safe, so you need to be careful when you want to invest in it. Altcoins are currently very boring, most of the altcoins are dumped just like KBC
412  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You CANNOT trade successfully without RISK-MANAGEMENT on: January 21, 2020, 12:07:42 PM
I found lots of threads here on the reasons for losses or the ways to earn in the long term.

Some of the threads are quite useful, but here I'd like to put special attention to risk management. Many traders, even those who use cool strategies lose. Everyone loses sometimes. This is a rule of the market.

I'm already 10 years in trading and can state that to save is harder than to earn, that's my position. So, always plan your trading system with a special attention to risk management.

Here you can read about risks and losses:
https://www.bitinsure.com/blog/?p=35

And also reasons not to rely fully on trading bots:
https://www.bitinsure.com/blog/?p=59

Probably after it you will pay more attention to risks. Hope this will be useful.

What types and methods of risk management you use? Any software? What risk limits do you set?

Let's share Wink

Totally agree with you, In this market we need to know risk management and have a clear investment plan. We cannot succeed if we blindly invest in this market, sooner or later we will lose all or invest in poor quality projects without any profits. When I started in this market, I invested in what I liked. But after a year of losses, I also learned how to manage risk and cut losses if necessary. Obviously it helped me a lot in this market and now I rarely lose
413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Peter Schiff Lost His Bitcoin on: January 20, 2020, 04:35:16 PM
He didn't mentioned how much he lost here.

So I'm thinking this is just another attempt on his end to discredit BTC here.

Of course, if you invest on it, you should take care of your wallet's password, in which Peter Schiff doesn't really understand on the first place.
He forgot his password, and he could not access his wallet. It was all his fault and it had nothing to do with Bitcoin reputation, we are human and we can forget anything we don't want and for a cryptocurrency market investor, we should be careful to store everything because it's our money. But it seems that he is very indifferent to this matter
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is WPP Project finally scam? 60 Million USD for nothing? on: January 20, 2020, 03:46:49 PM
It is very unfortunate indeed that the WPP project which has been running quite long in sales so far has not done anything, because many are waiting for them and have big speculations. maybe it can be bad news, but this is the world of crypto sometimes we can get stuck at a loss when investing.
WPP is not a big project !, look for WPP in Coinmarketcap and WPP is only in the position of more than 1000, is it feasible? of course not! WPP still does not have good criteria
This is quite a scam project in this market, and we have encountered many similar projects in the past. WPP completed the ICO with $ 60 million but now their total capitalization is only $ 45,000. I do not understand why the WPP team has not been arrested and compensated for investors, they have scam a huge amount of money from this market.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin provides more long-term profits on: January 20, 2020, 03:05:57 PM
many choices, the price is relatively cheaper than bitcoin and the opportunity to make more profit. Maybe there are some benefits if I spend more of my money investing in altcoin and holding it for the long term. But the negative value that I found is that the influence of bitcoin is too big on altcoin until now.
There are thousands of altcoin projects in this market, if you are lucky, you can choose an altcoin that will help you gain a lot of profits in the long term. But 99% of altcoin projects in the long term will collapse, this is a very dangerous investment so you need to be absolutely careful with it. Don't be too greedy in this market because you can lose it all anytime
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can BitTube entro into Top 100? on: January 20, 2020, 02:10:21 PM
Hi People, I'm 'study' this Coin and I'm intrest in this project. You know something about BitTube, You think is a good investiment right now? Let me know what You think about...
I have not thoroughly investigated this project. But after a quick look at this project at coinmarketcap, I realized that it is difficult for this project to be in the top 100 of coinmarketcap. The project does not have an investor and currently this project has no volume, although it is listed in Bittrex but still does not help this project go up. I do not overestimate this project
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What about WAVES? No one talks about it anymore! on: January 20, 2020, 01:15:47 PM
I also don't know why this project is so silent. WAVES was once a leading altcoin in this market but now it has lost its position in this market. Too little discussion about WAVES and no one seems to invest in this project and if the project continues like this in the future, I think it is difficult for WAVES price to rise again in the future, even it may die.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin SV drops 40% as lawyer admits craig wright has no private keys on: January 19, 2020, 06:13:56 PM
Bitcoin SV drops 40% as lawyer admits craig wright has no private keys

My question is:

What comes next?

How much Bitcoins SV will fall in the future?

How much losses people who bought Bitcoin SV have?

Why people still believe in Bitcoin SV?
According to my prediction, BSV will reduce 99% of the present value if the court does not recognize him as Satoshi. And it certainly will be because we all know that he is a liar and the project is created from a liar should not exist. Everyone who has invested in a BSV project should sell them as soon as possible before it's too late.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: This is why you shouldn't trust a Centralized Exchange! on: January 19, 2020, 04:31:59 PM
Hack, scam are common things in Centralized exchange. Don't get fooled by the high rank or huge trading volume, still, they are not safe! Binance CEO CZ was very confident that Binance is like a hardware wallet, he tweeted about it and after one month of that tweet, Binance got hacked and 7000 Bitcoin was compromised! Bithumb, Coinbene was hacked several times, many centralized exchanges scammed us.

Recently BCNEX exchange is likely to scam, they locked withdrawal, after 20 days when they unlocked the withdrawal function, people started withdrawing their money, but BCNEX is not finishing our withdrawals, they limited the itl by 50$ only! I have withdrawn my ETH 6 hours ago, still pending, some withdrew 14 hours go, still pending!

So, this is proved again why you shouldn't keep your money on a centralized exchange! Your money can be a scam or hacked anytime!
If BCNEX has a withdrawal limit of $ 50 per person, their exchange is certainly scam, it is better to accuse them and most likely the Vietnamese government will punish them. I don't understand why they were able to complete an ICO with a $ 30 million hardcap, which is a huge amount of money for a new project in the bear market. But it's clear that the way they have been working for the last time is not worth the money, a bullshit exchange
420  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price on: January 19, 2020, 03:50:23 PM
I think you should buy bitcoin soon. because it seems like this year bitcoin will be bull run. because since these two weeks bitcoin has continued to increase at this time the value has reached $ 9k. but some say bitcoin might dump at Chinese New Year. let's wait if bitcoin is dumped then I think this will be the last chance to buy bitcoin at a cheaper price. because after bitcoin is reduced by half I think the price will continue to rise.
I don't think Bitcoin price can fall because of Lunar New Year. In the past few years, the price of bitcoin did not drop too much when the Lunar New Year came, it had a small effect on this market. Most traders and investors in Asia will not invest in this period, and the market may be quiet for a while. And I think the current price is reasonable for reinvestment, 8600 $ is a low price in 2020 and certainly this year the price of bitcoin will go up because we are going to halving.
