Does anyone want to bet 1 dash with me on what week we will reach 3000 masternodes for fun? I will let you choose a particular (7 day) week first then I will choose another week slot. (suggest that the weeks can overlap but if result is on the same day as both choose then no payouts are made)
look competition in setting a MN. It is very interesting watching the MN number changing. I think under 20 days to reach 3000 MNs. It looked like end of July a month ago but the gradient is decreasing, I would say early September if the trend continues.

Ugh, it's ground to a halt at 2 years 35 weeks. Probably because of increased transactions or something starting around that time. Thanks Yer 35 gigabytes is weighty by anyones standards, but you do right to have the full client, its more secure, you can create as many addresses as you want and you won't accidentally hop onto a fork when the chinese coal miners decide to do header first SPV mining to add slightly to their weekly pit bonus

Geepers, I haven't opened my bitcoin wallet since January or so (for good reason) and now I'm trying to sync and got from 25 weeks behind to 9 weeks behind, and now it says 11 weeks behind! I'm going backwards! How? And it's been 3 freakin days!!! I fear I have to -reindex. Geepers, Bitcoin sucks! Thank God Evan is constantly speeding up and honing Dash so we sync up super fast (though I know our blockchain is younger, you can't deny that it syncs up lightening fast!)
Ugh, now I'm 6 years, 28 weeks behind, LOL
You will be on the old 9.3 version, download new release .11 , you will find its a lot quicker.

Funny comments made by fintech startups and entrepreneurs http://finiculture.com/startup-kids-say-the-darndest-things/and http://finiculture.com/fintech-startup-kids-say-the-darndest-things/“We will reach $1m/$5m/$10m by month 18.” I categorize these types of statements in the “i have no clue about growth rates and the friction of traction” category.“We are building a core banking system, a system of record, from scratch.”“We have built a sophisticated algorithm.” With emphasis on the word sophisticated. As if some intend to not built sophisticated algorithms. The words sophisticated, innovative, complex, advanced, cutting edge get to be over used in every presentation I read and pitch I attend.

Ooo nice, looks cool, fits in your pocket and accepts Dash, I see timeslides of the future falling into the present Are you ready to do another Tao ratio test with V12? Too right, and I need to update bitcoin to version 11 as well, should be interesting as bitcoin has speeded up but so have we

that is interesting, didnt know the volume 24h shifted this way. Normally Cryptsy has the largest Dash volume and Bitfinex less, that seems to have changed at least for these last 24H. And looking at BTER there could be an indication we are getting more interesting for Chinese users. It would be nice if we could look at some longer intervals (24H is very shortterm) to see if volume trends are developing on certain Dash-trading exchanges. Can you remember usecrypto having the highest volume, even more than cryptsy, and now its ___.

https://medium.com/blockcypher-blog/a-bitcoin-spam-attack-post-mortem-s-la-ying-alive-654e914edcf4This attack was too cheap Consider this rough estimate of the attack’s cost. Before the spam attack, blocks were about half full, with an average of ~750 transactions each. To fill the block, the attacker had to pay fees to miners who confirmed the blocks containing their transactions. Consequently, the attacker paid fees on ~750 transactions per block * 6 blocks an hour * 24 hours a day * 15,000 satoshi average fee = 16.2BTC per day. At an average of $280/BTC, the attack cost the attacker $4,536 a day to fill a 1MB block.
$4,536 a day buys you a Bitcoin denial of service attack.A “new normal” in higher fees:- 'But $0.10, instead of $0.05, makes a difference if you live on $100.'There are no double spends with instantX as such are there? Some frustrated people had to wait a day or more for their transactions to confirm. Some transactions never confirmed. In other words, some people had bitcoin they couldn’t spend.

Errr, cough, testnet, working on a sunday, updates, cough On a Sunday? Definitely the sign of a cult leader. Busy day Sunday, lots of chickens to sacrifice to the Gods on Sundays
