In order to eliminate any CREDIT CARD FRAUD SUSPICIONS I would like to specify that : ALL MY ORDERS ARE PAID WITH GIFT CARDS !!!

Gift Cards = Cardable = Credit Card Fraud
So this whole thread is a scam? Is anyone here used this service and received requested products? I really want a service like that for my PC hardware...

I am not saying this thread is a scam. He may have made sales to users and it worked well.
What I am pointing out is he claims these are not credit card frauds and they are obtained via Gift Cards.

Truth is he is honey-dicking everyone with that post and lying. It still can be fraud as Gift cards are easily cardable...its actually easier to card gift cards then amazon payments directly. I will be making a whole thread explaining to everyone about it.

Anybody who is selling something 10%+ off is obtained via blackhat methods no matter how hard they try to justify it.

408  Economy / Marketplace / [PSA] Public Service Announcement - Regarding all Gift Codes sold here on: February 25, 2015, 10:10:36 PM
Hey guys it has come to my attention that people who are selling gift codes are making false claims saying they are not obtained via carding. Many users who purchase these from shops always have that question in mind if they are obtained legally or illegally. Because the shop owner is running a service they will falsify and lie to their clients saying they are obtained legally without providing any proof whatsoever.

I am here to just let you guys know how they are obtained. I am not claiming any one of the sellers as scammers but due to the fact people are offering 10%+ off has lead also scammers to make fake shops to scam people as come on at least 25% off is a very good deal and people would fall for it. That is just on a scammers point but there are people who do professional carding and card gifts cards > Sell to users via Bitcoins > profit. Those people run a legit service but they will say they are obtained legally which they are not.

Gift Cards known to be used and carded and sold to people:
  • Amazon - For their reputation it is pretty sad to see how Amazon gift cards are easily carded.
  • Best Buy - They have some anti fraud measures but a professional is still able to do it.
  • Starbucks - Have the worst security ever!

Why the seller does not care:
Once they card the codes they will work as fast as they can to sell them as in 40% of all cases on Amazon cards they will be revoked within 24 hours of it being carded if caught.
They are not using the codes themselves so its not a worry to them.

Possible risk to buyers:
  • Although this will not happen there are still people who have their orders canceled or are asked to return the item. Failure to comply will result in contact of your local authorities (All you have to do is say you don't know how it was obtained and that you just bought it).
  • Termination of your account and blacklisted - This rarely happens but if you are...trust me its going to suck big time
  • Being lied straight to the face - As I mentioned you as a buyer would be asking if they are obtained legally and they would just lie and tell you no so they can make sales.

Common Sense:
  • Anybody who is selling something for 25%-70%+ off is pretty damn obvious they are obtaining this from a method not legal. Even if they are not carding it themselves there can be many factors like buying from a supplier who cards or using exploits to buy it cheap (This happens more than you think). Hence its still obtained illegally or in a shady method.
  • Every purchase you make goes to them funding into more Credit Cards which can be obtained for about $2-$5 each allowing them to card more. Thus, creating a endless cycle of promoting carding.
  • If you noticed they will soften things up and try to ignore obvious questions and or if you ask a question that can shut down their service they would just reply to you with a "Send me a PM" instead of posting a reply to the public in case they mess up.

Educational Purpose: How they are able to Card the said Gift Cards

Keep in mind I am only posting this as some people don't know how it works so I am posting the method on how the cycle works.

1). The seller purchases or obtain a hacked credit card from many sources.
2). Based on the card holders details the seller would obtain a Sock5 Proxy i the same location(City) as the card holder.
3). The seller then uses the card holders information to purchase the gift codes via email so they can sell or redeem (If does not work they will skip the Hacked CC and try a new one)
4). Once sold to a users on BitcoinTalk they now have enough money to Buy new cards and Sock5 Proxies allowing them to rinse and repeat the cycle.

I just thought I give people a few heads up regarding things like this as I am pretty sure this site doesn't allow blackhat or illegal means of obtaining these but I don't know about that. Otherwise I thought people should know.

Hey! Thanks for the feedback.

Here our my answers to your questions:

The coins would most likely be held in a account separate from us, but held by Elliptic a insured bitcoin storage.
Whilst the legal implications are only something I have looked into briefly, I am sure there is a way to get by any problems.
The 2,500 investment figure was more forced apon me by my partner at the event, as a more experienced hackathon attender he suggested I added an investment page at the end. It was spontaneously made with no real intention of anyone investing. I wasn't to keen on having it there as I wasn't looking for investors nor did I think it was appropriate at that stage in the development of the idea. Hopefully that answers other questions. Like the again spontaneous "buy the things I will need page" page. They are purely on that powerpoint to adhere to what my partner said was the right thing to do, they don't mean anything.

Thanks!

Something that makes me uneasy about this the fact you mention you will be using Elliptic. You technically still own the money when goes to you..its just more secure from theft. Anywho you can still run off with that money. You have nothing to justify that part.

416  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Lottery -Teenage developer/co founder? on: February 21, 2015, 11:53:42 PM
You have a very nice idea but I have spotted a few things that seem wrong in my opinion. Keep in mind this is what I think..I am not saying that this is what you are doing but people may assume this.

  • You say it is transparent so that the owners cant just run away with it. Even though it is transparent they can still run away...
  • Offshore and US IP - You will get into some serious trouble even if you hide yourself etc. They will still find you.
  • You said you needed at least £2,500 to run this operation.
  • You are 16.
  • You are too new to announce something like this.

[.] You are asking for money (investment) into your project with no proof of guarantee and or collaboration for it

[..]"Work on this all summer" - Trust me a project like this will take a lot longer. If not expect to get a lot of negative feedback as you are not a actual team of developers. From what I see you are only doing mock ups. Something like this would take at least 1-2 years of building and a good few months of bug testing.

[...]"buy the things I’ll need (e.g. Balsamiq, Sublime Text, ...)" - Balsamiq is just a mockup application which people commonly use to make interfaces to make fake projects and get people to invest and run from them. Sublime Text works just fine with the free version. It seems like you are just asking for money to buy things that are not even needed and does not help this at all.

[....]"contract a developer for a few hours if needed + get some professional regulatory advice" - With a £2,500 budget you won't get this project finished and that you are looking for developers means you actually have no POC yet but just a mockup which doesn't do anything if you have not had a team working on it yet. Also that budget won't get you the experienced people needed to make your project except freelancers who lie their skills or just scamlancers.

whats the point for selling the keys so cheap if they are legal and not hacked?

Because people here sell keys for $3-4. There is no point selling them for $50+
I do sell it for $100+ on facebook etc but here I sell for 1.50

They are not hacked =D

Visual Studio versions?? 2010, 2012 or 2013? ultimate, professional...?

As stated in thread. All versions.
So there is no any problem when I try to upgrade any M-soft app?

I am pretty sure. I would just uninstall your current version and download the latest?
No, I would like to upgrade.

I have never dealt with someone doing a upgrade. So you just use a license of the latest version and it auto updates?
