I offer the following main technical characteristics to discussion:
1. FIATMAKER must be composite system and contain two blockchains. Blockchain cryptofiat transactions (hereinafter - NOTEBLOCKCHAIN) and blockchain voting (hereinafter - VOTEBLOCKCHAIN) and respectively two independent cryptocurrency NOTECOIN (hereinafter - NC) and VOTECOIN (hereinafter - VC).
