401  Economy / Economics / Re: JP Morgan buys Bitcoin (after Dimon crashed the market) on: September 17, 2017, 08:34:57 AM
He did it on purpose, he knew that he was about raising fear, accordingly price decreased and so easy for him to buy with an interesting price.
It's just a question of strategy
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Wow everything is down today!! on: September 13, 2017, 06:04:40 PM
What's the deal this time?  First China ICO ban and now what?  It's been a shitty few months for crypto!!  Is there any clear skies in sight or everything is just crashing and burning into the ground!!?

It went down after CEO of JP Morgan, USA's largest bank said something FUD on bitcoin. That it will go down and is some kind of nonsense internet money. Experienced investors especially crypto people are happy on this since they can buy some. Either Dimon wants to buy at cheaper rate or he is warring crypto as it is decentralized. Something centralized banks and rich people are against since they cannot control it.

Exactly, it's in all the newspapers today. He's just freaking out of the cryptocurrenies. Banks have been at the top of the hierarchy for too many years.
403  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Student without much $$$ on: September 13, 2017, 05:38:14 PM
How many hours can you dedicate to the crypto? If you have enought time, I would advise you to participate to campaigns. You don't have to invest anything and it will help you to understand the cryptoworld
404  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Population on: September 13, 2017, 11:20:56 AM
It's hard to think to a solution. Families with more than two children are located in the developing countries where it would be hard to implement regulations or any other thing.
Moreover, the global population will stabilize around 11 billions at the end of the century.
It's more a question to  streamline our lifestyle
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So many new ICO, how to check if it's scam? on: September 12, 2017, 06:11:17 PM
You'll never be sure 100%. But if you check the team (most important criteria to me), if they have experience, if the profiles are relevant for their project, and then the project itself , is the project well explained? Do you have the feeling that they know where they are going?
If these two points are suspicious, don't go further
406  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: September 12, 2017, 05:57:19 PM
It's specifically the good moment to invest. Price has decreased, so for the moment if you want to buy Bitcoin, it's the good timing
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best airdrop you ever got (or didnt get) on: September 12, 2017, 05:53:23 PM
NEM was a very good airdrop.
We'll see if the DeepOnions' madness will continue:)
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: September 12, 2017, 05:41:39 PM
HVN is an interesting choice. The project is solid.

SLVR also. I will follow them closely

409  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Negative effects of technology on: September 12, 2017, 05:18:20 PM
Kids and adults are spending way too much time in front of a computer screen.
I agree with you. If you spend time in front of the computer screen to work, that can be sympathetic. But there are a lot of people sitting in front of the computer screen just to do nothing and no purpose. That makes our eyes weak and may be close, the brain will get worse. Technology has many good points but also many negative ones.

If these people weren't in front of their computer, what else would they do? Maybe nothing, it's not a question of technology. I am sure very rich and educated people don't lose their time in front of their computer doing nothing
410  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin goes up very high should i buy a house? on: September 12, 2017, 05:15:42 PM
Original post was two years ago.... so did you buy the house?

I sure hope you did!!!
If he did he would be very stupid. Two years ago the bitcoin was like 5 percent worth of today's
price. That house of 2 years ago would be worth a real fortune now  Cheesy

Haha indeed ! I can't imagine what the house will worth in two additional years! Probably a complete country
411  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: September 12, 2017, 11:08:01 AM
Gold and Bitcoin have very different purposes.
I see Bitcoin as an investment.
Gold is not, it allows people to preserve the value of their capital. You don't speculate with gold.
Who knows if bitcoin will still be there in 5/10/20 years? i am pretty optmistic but it's too recent to foresee.
412  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I Go To College ??? on: September 12, 2017, 10:27:58 AM
Without any degree, it's very difficult to find a job or a job that you like.
It will give you a general culture that will help you all along your life.
413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves Vs. Ethereum on: September 11, 2017, 06:03:06 PM
To me, Waves is undervalued as it was launched after Etherium. But both have separate applications and can so coexist.
414  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: September 11, 2017, 05:45:05 PM
We see the results of a very flexible legislation regarding the guns in the US. So guns have to be very controlled, it's the only way to reduce it.
415  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Impact of drinking alcohol. on: September 11, 2017, 05:41:42 PM
Drinking or not drinking that's the question! Of course, it's probably heathier to not drink.
But it's also a social pleasure and as long you drink with moderation, I don't see where the problem is
416  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: September 11, 2017, 05:39:26 PM
Cryptocurrency is probably built on a better model  (safer, faster etc) and to that extent,it is better than regular currency. But we probably need both
417  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: September 11, 2017, 05:27:59 PM
In 2022 the majority of population will still use fiat. It's too close from now. Anyway, I think the two sytems will coexist.
418  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Not Declaring Bitcoin Income on: September 11, 2017, 05:26:26 PM
It's very difficult to find trusted sources about taxation and what we have to declare or not.
What seems logical is to declare it. If you have a certain amount that you convert into fiat, anyway you will be asked by your bank where does it come from.
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: And the most undervalued coin award goes to... on: September 06, 2017, 05:41:39 PM
Waves the most awarded coin in this cryptoworld hehehe maybe not now but there's a time that might be WAVES would blown all around hehehe. It's nice the waves growing slowly but surely hehehe better to be sure than to be sorry

That's a solid value indeed, I am sure it will keep growing in the future months. I follow it since the begining and I strongly believe in it
420  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Legal method to exchange paypal to BTC ? on: September 06, 2017, 05:10:44 PM
