i did a deposit this morning and untill now it`s not credited, why?

Transaction ID?

I have a likely problem, Kazuldur.

Faucetbox did a payout transaction many hours ago and It stills pending.

Transaction link: https://btc.blockr.io/tx/info/226ca7a732d5ad8d365d94f42868c9f86f4c3652c3a70b52b217cbd069e508da

My btc address: 1HGuA4rfLgTpv9Fv7NTovW1FbcV9Zj9BUk

I would like to receive it as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Payouts are not related to deposits and it's normal for a payout to not get confirmed for even a day. However these one already has 4 confirmations, so you should see it in your wallet for at least 40 minutes now. If not, then your wallet may be out of sync.

Unless you are using FaucetBOX.com deposit address (which is not recommended). ~~Then you have to wait until it has 5 confirmations to get it credited to your FaucetBOX.com balance.~~

EDIT: actually we only require 4 confirmations. So this transaction should be credited since a few minutes ago if you used a deposit address.

Hello,

the change we did yesterday and 2 days ago isn't related to this. We moved our database server and for some reason our frontend server went down. I'm rebooting it now and I hope it's nothing serious.
I hate when things like that happen while we're asleep.

Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: The Maximum number of outputs in a single transaction is 250

what happen with faucetbox Huh

Not related, that always happens with FaucetBOX.com transactions. It'll show up again as soon as it gets confirmed.

Please send me any TXID that has at least 4 confirmations and isn't added to your balance on faucetbox.com, I'll check that.

EDIT: I've found the issue and fixed it, please check it now.

Sorry for downtime, our database server didn't come back to life after reboot, we're working on it.

EDIT: and we're back. I hope for good this time.
Do you mean that you already finished with the server transfer? Because i got a payment today but you were so pessimistic yesterday("should finish today evening but probably it won't").

 Grin

Yup. First test payouts went out already and we're processing the rest right now.

Why I am getting an error "Server error 500" while enter in my admin Page and claim satoshi through my faucet.

Set $display_errors = true; in your config.php file, you'll see something more then. Probably you just don't have cURL enabled or something like that.

We're forced to move FaucetBOX.com to new data center sooner that we expected. No payouts will be done in this time. We'll send all pending withdrawals after successful migration. Also you may experience decreased performance and random failed requests. We're really sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Hi, i send you pm please replay when you can Smiley

Contact support@faucetbox.com, you have a better chance someone will reply you there. I'm too busy right now with all that migration madness Smiley

What about deposits? Are they going to be processed?

Deposits will be processed.

When it starts and when should be done?

It has already started an hour ago and if everything goes right, it should end tomorrow evening. But there's quite good chance that something will go wrong, so even 2-3 days without transactions are possible.

Just to clarify: API /send requests will mostly work, altough they may be slower than usual. What won't work for a day or two are blockchain withdrawal transactions to users.

My site ramdomly dont dispense satoshis, times yes, times not, trying claim from my computer and not reward, just reload and nothing pass.

My error log in similar condition, actived the sentence $display_errors = true;  my site show: "Notice: Post request, but session is invalid. in /ares/a1aweb/b1961/mior.bitcointowalletcom/index.php on line 2061"

"Post request, but session is invalid." means that for some reason coins were requested, but server doesn't know or remember who requested it. It's important, as everyone gets different token for claiming coins for security reasons. In most cases that's because a bot is trying to claim coins directly as a first request to your faucet, but if that happens to you then one of these happened:

1. you waited reaaaallly long between opening your faucet and actually requesting coins
2. you cleared cookies or your browser didn't accept cookies at all
3. your server doesn't have sessions configured properly (that happens a lot unfortunately)
4. your server clears sessions too often
5. your server is under too big load and it's forced to clear sessions to free space, or it's not even able to properly start a session anymore
6. you have multiple web servers with separate session stores and your load balancer isn't sticky (I've actually seen that happen on one shared hosting)

do you have any idea, why when i visit my faucet, always have message that i need to wait xxx min. to claim. But i am not claim on my faucet, also other user suggest that problem. this is faucet http://pickupcoin.com/btc , anyway second faucet works fine http://www.pickupcoin.com/litecoin
i set the same settings on both faucet i think that i use R61 version
thanks

You're using CloudFlare and you haven't configured your faucet properly for that. Go to the "Reverse Proxy" tab in your faucet's admin panel and configure it there (but make sure you know what you're doing).

with the same settings ltc faucet working good, but btc faucet make the problem

If you didn't protect your faucet from direct access and the script detected that, then it reverted the Reverse Proxy settings for safety.
It's not recommended to use CloudFlare for faucet if you don't know how it all works.

I read in the thread before that your system has a cutoff point where all the payments are bundled etc and the amount logged at that time is sent.

I think something went wrong between the time the payout was logged and the amount that remained. It didn't make sense to me. BTW Gifted, what do you mean - paid duplicate amounts?

What's your address? It looks like everything is correct in the system, we didn't detect any anomalies and didn't have any other reports, but I'll look into that.

Gifted, I'd like to have your address too if that's possible.

Kazuldur... Follow my suggestion.

When I block a bot referrer address, the faucet stops to send referral rewards to it. This is ok.

The problem is that the main claimer address still getting rewards through the bot.

Looking the index.php I noticed that the faucetbox code first send the main reward (and block if this address is banned) and after the referral reward (and block again if this address is also banned). If you change this order sending first the referral reward, the banned function could stops the both address.

This way, banning a referral address of bot no one more address will claim from that referrer (bot).

Sounds good to you?

I'm not really convinced. What if you ban a rotator address by mistake? What if someone deliberately uses referral link with bot address in it and then uses someone's else address just to ban this someone from your faucet? I have to investigate further.

Bitcoininker simply paid me for about 200 claims.. not :/  Cry

Bitcoinker is known for not paying out.

Code:
[28-Oct-2015 03:36:47] PHP Notice:  Post request, but invalid address input name. in /home/fceth/public_html/index.php on line 2063
[28-Oct-2015 03:43:26] PHP Notice:  Post request, but session is invalid. in /home/fceth/public_html/index.php on line 2061
[28-Oct-2015 03:45:26] PHP Notice:  Post request, but session is invalid. in /home/fceth/public_html/index.php on line 2061

[28-Oct-2015 03:54:42] PHP Notice:  REFERER CHECK FAILED, ASSUMING CSRF! in /home/fceth/public_html/index.php on line 91

I keep getting a lot of these. My error log is about 1MB now. Running the latest version of the faucet script r62.

Nothing wrong here, probably just logs of blocked bot attacks. If you don't want to see that in your logs, set your error_reporting in php.ini to something that doesn't include notices.

i got complain from user faucet
why faucet box cant detect LTC Addres like this 3QdS5DNSy8AndnXCA8j2yJFNTufwCMu1mk <<?

FaucetBOX.com only supports P2SH addresses for Bitcoin and Dogecoin, Litecoin P2SH addresses are not supported.

I will try Nastyhosts.com. GetIPIntel is a bit too expensive, I don't think the site is priced for faucet owners particularlly.

I think this sort of functionality would be amazing. Obviously implementing it so it's fair and not abused is important, but faucet owners really need this. I have a tonne of addresses to add to nastyhosts, how do I go about that?

If you're talking about IP addresses, just send a txt file with them to me.
416  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FaucetBOX.com Discussion on: October 26, 2015, 06:03:09 PM
Another large bot attack today. I probably have some of the best security features available (certainly more than the average Faucet admin), but I'm still being attacked.

Email verification makes little difference, disposable .yandex.ru emails are all the rage at the moment it seems. Banned around 100+ addresses, but not before losing ~30,000 satoshi per address. Not being able to retrieve funds when they are lost like this is a shame. I can see my satoshi sitting in someone's account and it's annoying.

Honeypots help, but aren't perfect.

Do you use nastyhosts.com or getipintel.net? I think they're the best and pretty much only solution that works. If you do and that still happens on large scale, then I'll think about creating a nastyhosts.com like service, but for banning cryptocurrency addresses, not IP addresses.

help. why does when im logging in to my site, it always says

There was a problem with accessing your session data on the server. Check your server logs and contact your hosting provider for further help.

Then when i check server logs, it says..

PHP Warning:  Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/var/php_se

What should I do to fixed that? Thank you!

Set the session.save_path in php.ini correctly and make sure that the directory you've set in session.save_path exists and is writeable by the user that PHP scripts are run by.

In other words: PHP sessions aren't configured properly, it has nothing to do with the script.

Thank you.

But if I change the referral reward to a different value. Will the referrers receive the old value (value valid on the first referral moment) or will they receive the update value?
They will receive the updated value AFAIK.

That's correct.
419  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FaucetBOX.com Discussion on: October 22, 2015, 04:43:09 PM
You're using PHP older than 5.4. Faucetinabox script requires PHP 5.4 or newer
Couldn't he just use array() instead of the []s? Or would there be more errors in the script later?

He can. And as far as I know it'll even work for now. But we really don't recommend it, we don't test it with such old versions and bad things may happen, including security issues. Even PHP 5.4 isn't supported anymore by PHP developers: http://php.net/supported-versions.php. There's a big red "A release that is no longer supported. Users of this release should upgrade as soon as possible, as they may be exposed to unpatched security vulnerabilities." next to PHP 5.3 and PHP 5.4.

I mean if there are a way to set the referrals for the entirely life. For example, If I send an user to claim in a faucet. Everytime that user claim again from the same bitcoin address I will receive the referral reward even is the user don't use my referral link again.
That's how referrals work using the vanilla FaucetBox script I believe. There is no option to change the length of a referral, unless custom coded in.

Yes, that's how referrals work and there's no way to change it without changing the code.

is the script compatible with any altcoin?

With all that are also supported by FaucetBOX.com, which currently is DOGE, LTC, PPC, XPM and DASH.
