401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Taking a break in gambling on: February 09, 2024, 03:09:35 PM
Busyness to work makes me always take a break on gambling or I can simply say that work stopping me gamble more due to my work load of my job. I rarely have a time to gamble which is why weekends is always best for me to gamble but I split it to my family and friends. I’m glad to play this way because I never become addicted or have a frequent urge on gambling due to lack of free time in daily basis.

As I already mention. I do most of my time working and free time is either socializing or movie marathon on Netflix and Bilibili still the perfect chill moment of my life.
402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress? on: February 09, 2024, 02:39:14 PM
Tracking wins and losses, stats, and all that stuff can definitely feel like a buzzkill. But listen, even though having fun is key, it's important to be smart about it too. Ignoring everything but the fun can be tricky.

Tracking progress is not that hard to do since casino have stats on everything that you do inside. Some casino have dedicated stats on the profile page or on your loyalty page. You can also use the live support to ask this personally and they email it to you since some user needs it for filing their taxes.

Chasing wins can lead you to push your limits further than you intended, and before you know it, that rollercoaster ride takes a sharp turn you weren't prepared for.

I think anyone that gambling chase to win. I’m not sure how do you play but that’s the reason why you will have fun on gambling or else just play a regular game without money involved. Chasing your losses is probably what you meant because that is different than chasing profit.
403  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ Shuffle.com | The next generation of crypto casinos | Sports, Casino + token on: February 09, 2024, 01:35:08 PM
As it's erc20 token it will get listed to uniswap, and because of it, it hopefully catches some whale eyes. And if that happens, i wouldn't be worried on CEXes. They will add it purely because of the volume.

It is how some successful memecoins did like Shiba Inu, PEPE and BONK.

I believe not, or it's not just the "whale eyes" that helped those big memecoins find success. The bigger part of it is definitely their community/the people who share the same ethos/philosophy. The whales and the speculators followed because the potential for profit was great.

Bitcoin during its early days was also sort of like a memecoin, in my opinion.

But in Shuffle's token, there's already a narrative of success behind casinos that mint/issue their own tokens - the proof is RollBit.

You’re correct that the community gives a huge impact on meme coin success but being an ERC20 token helps them to be easily seen by whales since ERC20 is still the most popular blockchain for whales to invest. There’s a lot of tools that whales using in there to determine newly created token that has a potential which they usually gamble through providing liquidity in early stage.

ERC20 is really a good chain to start because it's easy to promote in there on the real whales but of course having a multiple chain is an advantage especially on blockchain like BSC that has cheaper fees.
404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If I bet big I lose, but if I bet small I win on: February 09, 2024, 01:30:57 PM
Guys, do you often feel like me? when I raise the bet I lose and when I lower the bet I win. Does the casino system/algorithm know the betting patterns we make? So often when we bet big we are given a loss and when our bet is small we win, which is very annoying

I don't know if this applies to all games or not, but I feel like this often when playing table games. What do you think?

It's purely a coincidence. I experience this a lot before and made the same assumption that casino is the rig for making my huge bet lose always. Then I realize that my emotions are just blocking me from seeing reality.

We always pay attention too much to our bets when putting in huge amounts of money that’s why we always noticing our losses while we frequently ignore result when begs is small because we are good whether the result is lose or win since we can afford to lose it.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress? on: February 08, 2024, 05:42:55 PM
Do you have a habit of tracking your gambling progress?

I always track my profit/loss per month to analyze what’s additional profit/loss to my overall finances but I don’t track my overall gambling history since this is very hard to maintain especially on my case that I have an indefinite schedule on gambling on multiple casino.

I’m not sure either if tracking is still advisable while most of the casino already have loyalty page to track your total wager volume and stats on your casino account. It will be very painful to track progress if you are frequently losing than winning. This might ignite too a more chasing losses in the future so I really suggest to don’t do it in regular basis.
406  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO | SPORTSBOOK & CASINO on: February 08, 2024, 05:15:40 PM

No progress at all, in fact their last reply was 6 days ago and they have been ignoring/not reading my messages ever since.

The casino representative last login here was last Jan 20 while the account still doesn’t have any warning such as negative trust or flag while you have a proof your accusation. Does manager @little_mouse contact is not responding either?

Because there’s a high chance that they already abandoned Bitcointalk forum since the representative is always active here before when they active campaign.
407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you beleive in the concept of "Luck"? on: February 08, 2024, 04:52:08 PM

  • Do you believe in Luck? If so, how do you describe your perception of this concept?
  • How lucky do you think you are from 1 to 10?

Luck is just like faith. It’s only you who can tell whether it’s real or not since we can’t see it physically. But personally I believe on it since that’s the main factor you need to win on gamblings games that based on luck. It’s very hard to play gambling if you don’t believe on luck because you will always feel negative while playing.

Measure my luck from 1-10, I guess 5 since I rarely win but I’m not in big loss either.

Quote
  • Does your sense of luck in regular life correlate with your luck in gambling?
Definitely not

Quote
  • Do you believe that some special things or actions can increase your luck?

This is bullshit
408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Selling a property to play gamble on: February 07, 2024, 03:35:39 PM
It's unworthy to experience someone selling off their property to gambling, that is not fare enough, even when the property is not an asset doesn't mean it cannot worth a value sometime in the future when we wanted to sell it, once we release such property for the purpose of gambling and we don't make it up for winning while gambling, it will be a thing of shame and disappoinment on us that we loose in two categories, our property and then the chances for winning the bet on gambling, this is one of the silly mistakes many do the landed them into troubles when they cannot be patient with gambling and have their money earned for it.

Although selling property is bad to liquidate assets but I prefer doing that instead of loaning money for gambling in case I have only 2 option which I will not do in real life. Just referring that selling property is not the worst idea because you don’t owe someone with increasing until you can’t make the pay.

At least if your money come from property sales, You can gamble with less worrying on your repayment while you can have a chance to find a better one in case you win (fingers crossed ehem)  Grin.

But don’t do this bullshit srysly speaking!
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chess Gambling on: February 07, 2024, 02:30:56 PM

You might want to look at Coinplay here: https://coinplay.com/line/chess

Unless you want to get robbed then play with this casino. Coinplay has an existing scam accusation and active flags for violation here against forum user that play in that casino. Playing in that casino is high risk so I hope you should retract this suggestion of scam site.

You can check their trust page here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=3502111

@OP I doubt that there’s a casino offering a pure skill based gambling games such as chess. Casino has a lot of profit from the typically luck based game like slots compared to a minimal fee on a chess game that consume longer time per round.

Sharing some of my epic moments on Shuffle on my recent massive win. Even though I’m not part of Shuffle campaign fam but still I really love playing on their house Blackjack.

I manage to grow my bankroll on an insane level by constantly hitting this kind of bonus win. SHFL token is already near to launch so it’s time to grind more.
411  Economy / Gambling / Re: JustCasino.io | Get the Best Crypto Casino Experience on: February 07, 2024, 02:15:32 PM
@Justcasino, Why does the welcome bonus is not available for Philippines country while you allowed players to register and play. I was supposed to deposit and claim the bonus but I’m glad I double check the bonus ToS before I proceed on wagering or else I will just waste my time.

I hope this info will be highlighted on the front cover of the bonus cover even with just a small print. Since anyone who will successfully register without any IP restrictions will safely assume that they are eligible on claiming the bonus.

There must be a reason but as long as I know most casinos will not inform the reason behind the bonus restriction publicly.
At least I have experienced it in other bitcoin casino, a big name as it is one of the oldest bitcoin casinos where some time I'm not allowed to participate in their tournaments but at the other tournaments, I'm allowed to participate.
Those who are looking for bonuses, although they can safely register without IP restriction should always read the bonus terms before depositing to claim the bonus.
IMO, highlighting the terms for the restriction on the front cover with small print will not make any differences as it is always better to read the whole terms by clicking the more info button.

I agree with you on always reading the bonus terms since I’m always doing that but I’m just looking on the required part on how to clear the bonus and not the overall print about do’s and don’t especially if I knew that I’m legally allowed to play in the casino.

I’m just new to this kind of excluded from bonus but allowed to play. I’m just lucky to notice it before I play or else I’m just completing the bonus for nothing. This is a lesson learned for me to important things to look at before gambling. I’m only a casual gambler so I’m not always thorough on this.
412  Other / Meta / Re: My account was changed email on: February 06, 2024, 03:12:41 PM
This is something we recently started doing. If email sent to your email address bounces with an error message like, "This email address doesn't exist", then your email may eventually be changed to u...@bounces.invalid. (It's not possible for users to change their email address to something ending in .invalid, so this can only be an administrative change.) Because your old email didn't exist, somebody could've registered your non-existent email address and used that to steal your account.

I didn't particularly intend for the trust warning to appear for these automatic changes, but it's a niche situation and a bit difficult to fix, so I probably won't fix this unless several other people complain. It only lasts 30 days, after all.

Thank you very much @theymos for the reply. I just remember that I use an e-mail that I plan to create uniquely for my bitcointalk but I forget to do so like many years ago.

I will keep the thread open for a while for anyone who has anything to say on this update. I already updated the OP to include @theymos official response and mark the title as solve to help other user informed in case they encounter same confusion like what I did. Thanks guys!
413  Other / Meta / [SOLVED]My account was changed email on: February 06, 2024, 05:53:06 AM
My account recently changed email to something like ***bounce@invalid.com without my consent. I immediately change password and activate 2FA after noticing this notification when I try to view my trust page.

I’m not sure if this hacker or forum default. Is there anyone here experienced the same issue. My IP log shows there’s no anomaly since it’s all from Philippines. If ever my account will ask for loan or deal business please don’t deal with me. I will never ask for loan or any business here.

415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: February 04, 2024, 03:13:48 PM

Yeah for some reason Dallas totally fell apart after that great 1st quarter.
Milwaukee finished the 2nd on a 15:0 run and also had a 14:0 run in the 3rd, you can't show yourself in front of your home crowd like that.
Dallas never got Gianni under control, he could score at will so it seemed. Maxi Kleber is a decent defender in my opinion but against the greek freak he looked like a child that is playing with the big boys.
Still it was surprising that Dallas took such a big lead in the first place. They are still without Kyrie, that's a lot of points they are missing from him. Sure others step up but it's hard to replace him, especially against teams that have many offensive weapons. With Dallas it's easy to predict what's happening. It's Luka shootings, Luka drives or Luka makes the pass to an open shooter, that's pretty much it. With Kyrie they would have double this action.

This is the problem of the Dallas. They are always just compensating on lack of defense with the monster scoring of Doncic that usually always work against the team that will match their aggression.

It’s just bad matchup for them the Bucks since they have 2 scorer that is on fire that time that cover both inside and outside shooting. I believe Bucks can’t beat the Dallas without Lillard pestering them aside from Giannis unstoppable offense since Doncic can always cover the score being made by Giannis if they are just the only two toe to toe on scoring. This is why Kyrie Irving plays an important role before on Mavs success since he is the one helping Doncic to create some space and score when needed.

Chat GPT is simply just the modified/upgraded version of google search since it just collect data from the web and process it for you to become a whole thought on answering your question. The problem on using it you can’t verify all the details it provides since the source is not included.

I believe it’s better to do manual research and provide sources on your post so that you can filter what you are sharing here in forum. I only use chatGPT for my personal question when I need to have a quick answer then later on verify it. I never use it as reference to what I’m sharing in the public because I’m not confident that all chatGPT post is accurate.

Mismo.

418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a "gambling problem" which you can sometimes control for years? on: February 04, 2024, 12:02:06 PM
I don’t have a gambling habit. If you’re addicted and you feel it’s time to stop. The first thing you need to know is that it will not be possible to just automatically stop. You have to gradually reduce the time and amount you spend over time before finally stopping. That is a more realistic way to stop. As you reduce the time and amount you spend, you can engage yourself in other activities to help you too.
Most gambling addicts will not realize that they have a gambling addiction. They just feel that they are visiting casinos more often but they don't know that it is a gambling addiction. They need other people to be able to recognize and explain that it is a gambling addiction and they need to cure it as soon as possible before it is too late. But when they feel they have a gambling problem, such as spending too much money or starting to gamble too often, they should try to reduce their gambling activities before it is too late to realize it. It would be good if they could realize that there was a problem they were facing in gambling so they could immediately ask people close to them for help.

Yeah right. Addiction is not something you will recognized by yourself or else you will not be addicted since everyone knew that addiction can only harm someone. The amount of entertainment and satisfaction usually the culprit on why addicted never notice it by themselves.

Slowing down gradually doesn’t make sense since it’s very hard to notice when do you need to slow down. This is the downside on gambling which is you will never know if you are still good or not unless you already have money to gamble anymore. This why everyone should only deposit what we can afford so that it will still okay if you lose your balance even if you are showing addiction because this way the amount of your losses is already controlled before your mind becomes cloudy due to gambling.
419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe visiting a seer or spiritual house could make you win a game? on: February 04, 2024, 10:47:16 AM
So I was wondering if there is any connectivity here, or do you believe such could happen in your own situation? Can you do such a thing to win? Have you had the experience of going to such places to seek predictions on how the outcome or results of games could be if they worked in your favor or not? Have you had anyone say or tell you such before and how their experience was?

Let us discuss and share your experience so that people could hear and learn from your  story in the quest for you to win a game that led you to doing or going that extra miles in such engagement.

Even luck is still unknown yet people always use it as term on gambling. We always say being lucky is required to win in gambling yet it’s a form of superstition too since there’s no scientific way to prove it.

Nothing is wrong on believing with different kind of beliefs just win in gambling as long as you are enjoying the game using it. It’s good if it doesn’t give you negative effect such as stress and other side effects. I think the only crazy superstition that I will strongly disagree is when it already involves harming yourself and other violence since there’s tradition in my country called penitence that typically harm themselves because they believe that they will reduce their sin by doing it. Applying this on gambling is definitely a big no.
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What remarkable thing have you achieved with the money you won from gambling? on: February 03, 2024, 05:00:31 PM
Is treating my coworker to Starbucks coffee counted as remarkable thing that money from gambling profit won? This is only expenses I remember that use gambling profit since I rarely win that makes me happy to treat someone with the profit.

I’m only using a small bankroll when gambling so I never expect winning an amount that is enough to purchase house or a car. The only time I use huge amount of bankroll is only one time when I miscalculated myself on committing catching losses. Besides that I never out huge money on gambling. The only way for someone to win huge amount in gambling by investing huge amount too on bankroll or by winning a game that has a low bet but have a chance to win huge amount like lottery and slot games.
