What are you putting up against the loan?Collateral should be worth more than the principal and it should include some verifiable assets without any liens or encumberances.Its not viable to enter an agreement in btc either for this amount due to volatility and lifespan of agreement maybe?You should draft up some proposal but you could also look at crowdfunding your idea and selling equity to raise capital but if you have any assets worth more than the principal you would be in a better position maybe?

Whats the IPO Price per Coin?
This crowdfunding type of ICO is not a fixed price. It will be a donation type. The coins will be calculated after the crowdfunding period. The ICO will be a Bonus Decrease Model. Each day a bonus will be assigned to motivate Early adopters. For example the bonus for the first day is 30%. 2nd day 28%, and so one to 0. For the first 5 days a 2% decrease 6th day 1% decrease and for the rest 3% to 0. We will use a formula to distribute the coins. The distribution formula will take in calculation the total amount of btc crowdfunded, the bonus applied and the invested amount. The distribution will take place after the ICO, Bittrex will escrow and distribute the coins. So like the WAVES scam you have now decided to accumulate as much BTC as possible and then distribute the coins among those who have invested into the ICO.That way the more BTC that enters the fund the less EDON given per BTC.AM I correct in my assumption? Based on the amount issued for .0009 btc the current price calculation is approx .000156 which is 15X that price that was suggested and for anyone who is not a sophisticated investor or of low IQ or generally lacks much attention that initial price suggested would have been what was represented to them.Besides the point the secondary plan or new structure would not make any difference regarding the ability of one person/entity having the ability to buy the whole or majority of tokens and the changing of the price to this now 15x times higher is not consistent with that excuse.It appears simply a pretext in order to allow those 100m tokens to raise more ICO/IPO funds for those behind this subtracting value from those who are investing "donating" towards this ICO/IPO "project". |
