401  Economy / Economics / Re: List of Decentralized/Centralized Exchanges on: November 13, 2018, 06:11:29 AM
I guess you need to update the list because Shapeshift.io just released statement that they are now requiring mandatory KYC. So say bye-bye for decentralization. Time to look for other crypto swaps like Changelly.

Introducing ShapeShift Membership

Wow, oh my gosh! I don't know if I am going to be sad about this news were Shapeshift now is no longer categorize at decentralize instead it is now centralized, well as long as it is still good no any negative feedback, perhaps I can consider it a good one. Isn't right? But honestly, I would rather comfortable to use the exchange that are being categorized in centralized as much as it is really has a good market volume as well.
402  Economy / Economics / Re: You Can Now Keep Your Bitcoins In A Bank on: November 13, 2018, 05:57:02 AM
I would rather to keep my bitcoin on my own cold storage wallet which is electrum or Nano ledger rather than a bank. There's a tendency in the near future once you put your bitcoin in bank they can hold your Bitcoin. Because, they are centralized while bitcoin was not instead it is
decentralized, I don't know if some of you would agree with me.
403  Economy / Economics / Re: If you had 10000$ on: November 13, 2018, 05:33:00 AM
If you had 10000$ where would you invest it?  I'm hoping for 10x in about 2 years, how would you personally split that money? There are so many altcoins that I dont know which to pick, I remember the top 5 altcoins from years ago and  now they are all gone, so should I only invest in  BTC end ETH or others like NEO, ADA and EOS?

If I do have this huge amount of money I will divide it into 5 coins/altcoins such as Ethereum, Utrust, Pundix, Loyal, and Xem these are really good coins to hold in a long term, they have all brighter future for the up coming generation or years from now. And of course, once the right time has finally come where it need to sell it because we know we gain that's the time were going to have Bitcoin as well too.
404  Economy / Economics / Re: Mistakes That Make You Poor Poor In Cryptocurrency on: November 13, 2018, 05:02:05 AM
With cryptocurrency, you have to be careful with any fraud and theft. and usually many people who are caught in the losses in the world of crypto is:
1. Not Backup Key
2. Electricity Billing Mining More
3. Lunes In Phishing Sites
4. Buy Coin With Rumors
5. Create a weak password
6. Steal With Stealth ICO

With cryptocurrency, no bank or other institution or regulation will protect you in the event of a loss.

The reason why there are some of the community in crypto world is they are lack of knowledge, because if they only have enough for this matter for sure they will make a back up key, they will become aware of phishing sites too, they won't buy coins easily without doing a research first before buying it and they will make a strong password.
405  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin reach $100,000 in two years? Bitcoin statistics and predictions on: November 12, 2018, 01:47:21 PM
In the beginning Bitcoin was only an idea. With a value of a fraction of a U.S. penny. This was in 2009.

Then in 2012 bitcoin gained popularity on the internet and gained its first publicized value of $13.28.

This was the first recorded value of Bitcoin. Now let’s see how Bitcoin progressed over the years…

2009 — $.0003

2013 — $13.28 44266.67X gain in 4 years

2014 — $770.52 58X gain in one year

2015 — $315.42

2016 — $435.82

2017 — $959.15 1.24X gain in 3 years

2018 — $6355.70 6.63X gain in one year

2019 — $? 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k, 50k

2020 — $? 60k, 70k, 80k, 90k, 100k

With these mathematical statistics it is sure enough that Bitcoin will be rising to the 100k mark within the next couple of years.

What is you basis on this matter anyway? was this only your own speculative opinion? Trading market since from the beginning up to now it became unpredictable, though every speculation has a tendency to be happen but it depends on the situation happen so far. Though, 3 years there's an experts predicted that by 2025 bitcoin will reach 100k$.
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to exchange your altcoins for dollars or btc? on: November 12, 2018, 01:38:54 PM
I believe that those of us involved in the field of cryptocurrencies should feel compelled to act in accordance with our ideals and therefore, we should prioritize the accumulation of bitcoins before the accumulation of dollars.

We must always keep in mind that one of the reasons that led to the emergence of cryptocurrencies is the search for alternatives to fiat money, therefore there would be no reason for us to exchange our valuable cryptos for centralized money.

I would rather go to exchange it into bitcoin, because the volatility is much more aggressive rather than dollars.
For sure most of the member in the forum will do the same answer for this things. Also I think its a good time to exchange it now then
hold it in a long term too, for sure in the end it will bounce once again.
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Very soon we will see a new wave of market growth!!! on: November 12, 2018, 01:29:32 PM
I believe in the cryptocurrency market and believe in its huge potential. Though now and not the best times in the market. But experienced investors understand that this is only a correction of the market, which is a consequence of the significant growth of the market before!  But I think that many newcomers now need support. I wish us all patience! Soon we will see a new wave of growth, there is very little!!! For those who are quite sad reminded that " those who in 2013 and 2014 believed in the basic cryptocurrency ideas and invested very little in crypto-coins, then, a few years later, became super-rich»

Don't worry buddy, I believed majority of the community so far are bullish including myself of course. I don't want to take risk my coin which I hold it now. Because as a traders we supposed to trade with extreme cautions, I don't know if this is the right terms Cheesy
I guess we are close to bull run, so let us still be more patience since we've waited for a months lets extend it more.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do ethereum compete with bitcoin? on: November 12, 2018, 01:08:21 PM
it can beat bitcoin, bitcoin has market gone down, because buyers are buying less bitcoin, they are checking other bitcoins, which is good and highest price.

Your reason was too irrational, its not because the price value dumped, it doesn't mean will continuously decrease of course not!
I'm not against with Ethereum, but in terms of stability and popularity of Bitcoin it will always prevails among the cryptocurrencies, therefore,
its will always on top even in any exchange platform for sure.
409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are the banks going to kick-out bitcoin with their new digital coin on: November 12, 2018, 12:56:17 PM
We saw in the news earlier that about 10 strongest and biggest banks in the world are preparing to launch the phase 2 of their own blockchain  cryptocurrency project, which first launched in 2015,  which is said to aid them in settling transactions over blockchain.

Luigi wewege also said that the coin has the power to blow off other cryptocurrencies, especially the most rival of all coins “bitcoin” out of the market.

Continue reading => https://zycrypto.com/banks-going-kick-bitcoin-new-coin/

I don't that banks has a capability to kick out bitcoin. What happens then, the bank is a centralized company
system while Bitcoin is a decentralized system where no one can control it... So whatever they create tokens it will still
be centralized always bear that in your mind.
410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So today I used my new cold wallet CoolWallet S on: November 12, 2018, 12:38:16 PM
So today I used my new cold wallet CoolWallet S. Before I explain about my experience with this wallet I want to share with you guys about my everyday use of crypto.

I live up in Berlin, many restaurants and shops accept crypto ( Mainly BTC and ETH).

Usually, when I go out to eat with friends or family, I bring my Ledger that holds the majority of my crypto holdings and pays with it.

The shop has a computer where you  can connect the ledger with USB cable and the software on it, every time I do it there's one guy who asks me what am I doing and when I explain him I pay with Bitcoin he laughs and says "so this is the new money??"

How is it good if for paying you need a computer with USB and it takes around 1-2 min, why would I use it if I can just swipe my credit card in a second"ץ

I always use the same lame excuse, in Bitcoin it's safer, and you don't need a third party, which to extend it's a good reason but not enough for the majority I guess...

Anyway, I saw a new cold wallet on a Reddit post around 2 weeks ago, after I read about it I decided to give it a shot!

The wallet I ordered called 'CoolWallet S' which is a cold wallet that looks and feels like a normal credit card, same size, and everything.

It has many security features  (Well, it's considered a cold wallet), and it uses bluetooth technology to make transactions so the payment is exactly like a hot wallet, just scanning the barcode and paying with an app on your phone, after pressing a bottom on the card the transaction is confirmed and that's all, I still have my ledger and some funds in it ( CoolWalletS yet to support all coins like Ledger ).

After using the CoolWallet I realised that Ledger feels more like a safe than a wallet, because wallet has to be mobile and simple to take money from it and put money in it, which both are a bit annoying in Ledger ( if you have no computer next to you it's impossile to get the public key unless it's written on a paper or somewhere else ).
If you use crypto on a daily or weekly basis this is a  must, at least to check it out, these wallets should co-exist like people can have a safe and a wallet, people can have a ledger and CoolWallet to going out and paying outside comfortably

More info about the CoolWallet S you can find Here

This is good news for the Bitcoin holder actually, especially can be downloaded into our mobile android phone.
In fact, I only used for cold wallet was Electrum and now I think I also try to use this one I guess its kind of a cool things to me too
actually. It was nice and great, I honestly downloaded it into my android phone which is required a cold storage card.
411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think only the rich can make profit from Bitcoin? on: November 12, 2018, 12:29:40 PM
A few people thought that Bitcoin investment is intended for just the rich to make the additional reach. That isn't true. Bitcoin can be utilized by either the rich or poor to make benefit. It requires smartness, patience, and less greediness both make a good profit from Bitcoin.

You've already given the answered to your questioned anyway pal. Besides, Bitcoin was intended to anyone in the world too.
This is open to all, whether you are professional or not, adult or kids, private employee or government employee are welcome to this business
industry. As long you have determination, dedication and passion there is a chance for you to be succeed in the near future..
412  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Quit cryptocurrency trading its not for you! on: November 12, 2018, 12:09:53 PM
The reason why there has been a serious insurge of people into cryptocurrency mostly populated by newbies and novices is because someone somewhere told them they can make 100% to 500% in crypto within few days, lol but how many really had such experience.
The worst still is that some don't even think learning is necessary in the crypto market, and so they just invest their money in crypto and manage to know how to open and close a trade, and as soon as any candlestick chart turns red they dash their coins into the market in fear to cut off more loss and the cycle continues till nothing is left.

If you are doing this at the moment just quit crypto trading its not for you.

That is obviously hyping people, encouraging someone by simply saying that can be one day millionaire is just a short period of time. And those people on that matter are the community who are greedy only. Besides most of the successful crypto enthusiast came to their position because of their hard and being patience in learning were up to now they are still an empty cup and continuous learning.

415  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When to get in and get out in Bear/Bull Markets on: November 02, 2018, 09:48:44 AM
Yes you do have a point and I understand technical analysis is not the only tool to be used but definitely worth learning right? Plus I really don"t intend to do it as a day trader, to be honest I am trying to capitalize on the next major bull run like what we saw in Dec 2017 and I was thinking learning a bit of TA wouldn't hurt too much. On a day to day basis what you mentioned holds absolutely true, its more of a guessing game and the potential of me left with nothing is very high indeed. :-)

Actually, you need to diversify your methods in terms of doing the actual trade in the platform mate. when you do bearish you supposed to have a well verse in this matter anyway, or if you want the safest methods perhaps bullish is the best tools for this, due to its less risky anyway and very far to loss our capital too.
416  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to increase my holdings/Tokens? on: November 02, 2018, 09:06:21 AM
I can't say I'm new coz I've been doing bounties for 10 months now, BUT I still don't know how to increase my holdings until now.

What I do with my participation rewards is JUST SELL them. That's it. That's the end of it. I often find myself running out of funds or decent token to sell because of this pattern. I end up being so broke I cant even afford to repurchase even just a little percentage of the token I sold. It's becoming a habit and I hate it.

I only know 1 thing: Buy low, Sell high. But even that is not enough.

So let's just say I'm still a newbie. I guess this post and the comments will greatly benefit those who are in my shoes now...

Can someone please comment or help me get started.

What is that one article or video that have guided you before when you were just starting to BUY and SELL. What words of wisdom can you share with me??

since that you are already oriented in the bounties, I suggest you to sell immediately the coins which has been sent to your wallet once its been listed on the exchange, because for sure in just a couple of days the price in the platform will rapidly dump but for sure also it pump its price again, then if the value gets dump rapidly lower than the price you sell better to buy again then hold until you know you gain more than capital you bought.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull Market is coming on October to December on: October 29, 2018, 02:16:34 PM
Do you feel excitement for the coming months of October to December? September was not the best month for the crypto market as we knew most coins dropped its value but this news will surely make all of us excited for the coming months.

‘Any Minute, the Bull Market Will Return’ According to Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao in an interview!

Check the source article below!
Source: https://www.cryptoglobe.com/latest/2018/09/interview-with-binance-ceo-changpeng-zhao-any-minute-the-bull-market-will-return/

What can you say about this news?

Well my rough estimation for the coming of Bull run is December I think or midst of November 2018, because according to my analysis, it is because most of the distribution of the token in the ico together with the list of their token in the exchange will be held and happen on this coming December 2018, on which I think ti could be the sign to start of rebound of bitcoin price and altcoins too.
418  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you making money in this bear market? on: October 29, 2018, 02:08:41 PM
Most of us that come into cryptocurrencies trading have this in mind that when bitcoin is in bearish trend we are loosing money and that is why we are seeing thread of loses in this bearish market.  Few know that you can trade usd/bitcoin and make money in this bearish trend all you just need to do is change your analysis from what you are used to to what is happening now and you will make money.

We are loosing money because the market was too unpredictable, and because of that no matter how experts is the trader their analysis is not enough to find out if this will be the price of the altcoins. I am just stating the fact in this reality things. Meaning, its too difficult make money while bear market is on progress in the market.
419  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need advice for the new investor on: October 27, 2018, 05:10:05 PM
I would like to attention from experienced traders. I'm going to invest in Bitcoin. What is the best trend? Could you please suggest me what should I do and should not do?

NB: In our country is prohibited for the cryptocurrency.

Your better idea would be highly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance!

In the first place lets tackle it for should not do, Never invest in any cloudmining site its too risky if attempt to invest in there because usually you're ROI after 8 months would be 75% only, then Don't go further into a loaning program that's a dangerous things, which it lead you into wreck scenario in the end. So it is much better to invest on trading by simply buying altcoins in any legit exchanges here like Kucoin, bitmex and
okex.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When do you know its time to sell your altcoins? on: October 24, 2018, 02:10:30 PM
Just wondering if ya'll have a typical formula you go by or a certain X percentage profit or loss.

I've been playing around with coins for just under a month now. $23750 total investment and currently up just under 10k in profit. One of the coins (IOTA) has gone up about 288%.  Obviously it would suck if it crashed but it would equally suck to sell if it continues to grow.

Just wondering what a lot of you folks do. I'm considering investing another 25 or 50k into coins. Ideally I'd like to net 15k a month off them but I know that may not be realistic on a monthly basis.

For those who have a huge amount of capital now in crypto trading, I could say that it is a good chance to buy of the altcoins such as Waves, Eth, Etc, Ltc, Xem, Omisego, Lyl, Tky, Neo and Qtum because all of this alts which I mentioned was totally dumped its value from a higher price, surely in just a matter of weeks these coins may have a chance to resume its original value when bullish happen I think.
