408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: July 07, 2017, 10:58:40 AM
There are many reasons why people should use bitcoin. First, in our generation today and in our technology we can use bitcoin to improve our lifestyle and it can help us more forward to the future. Having bitcoin as our currency will help us make more faster and easy transactions. Second, bitcoin is secure and it is global. You can get bitcoin in just internet and using a device like computer, or phone, or whatever that you use to connect to the web. As long as you have the web you can connect to bitcoin and most all of the countries around the world are connected to the web. I know there are some countries are not but I know in the future we can say that we will all get connected. Third, the privacy of bitcoin with block chains its hard to identify the transactions unlike banks they can easily access to it and other thing is that we can all create wallets as many as we want. Lastly, the rate of bitcoin. We all know that bitcoin has gain more attentions after the WannaCry ransom attack, this actually advertise bitcoin to all of the world and throughout the news but also the market price has gained attention not just in ordinary people but also for the big companies around the world. I know in the future people will use bitcoin, so that we can advance to our generation and let the past be behind. We our the future and we will make our future a better place for our future generations.
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has gambling affected your life in a good way? on: July 07, 2017, 10:44:32 AM
Hi guys!
We always hear stories about people's lifes destroyed by gambling and how gambling affected many people in a bad way.
But as always, the coin has two sides. I am sure that there are many of you whose life was affected by gambling in a good way. You maybe found new friends, made some money and used them for a good cause or bought a gifts for you and your close, or you discover a new world of internet or whatever...
So for once, let's show others the other side of the coin and let's share some good stories and happy-ending connected to gambling!
Yours OshiHugo, Oshi.io casino CM

Well there are some good things that can happen when you gamble but most of the time there are more bad things that happen in gambling. The most obvious of good thing that will happen is that you can win a jackpot price of money and become a millionaire in an instant but the problem is that the chances of that is really thin and I think there are more people who win in lotto than playing in casino or in a gambling site. Another good thing is that the entertainment in the casino if you gamble in casinos, they are enjoying and you can also meet new friends. Also, you can play gambling while drinking but the problem is that if you are drunk you might not control yourself on betting and might bet all of your money. There must be more good things but all of those are countered by bad things. Yes it has 2 sides but we hear more bad news than good news on gambling. I don't prefer gambling but it all depends on the person and for me gambling should just be for entertainment and not for income.
410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin cannot replace currency in the world because price is not stable on: July 07, 2017, 10:38:04 AM
bitcoin cannot replace currency in the world because price is not stable.

currency should be more stable.

you may reply me. currency is not stable also but you should think

USD currency price is up and down 1-2% in 1 month.

bitcoin price is up and down 20% in 1 month.

what will people think if they just change USD to bitcoin then their money down 10% in 10 minutes?

bitcoin can become stock but cannot become currency

What you are saying is right, bitcoin is still not stable but the chances of it is not an impossible and will not. Bitcoin has a possibility to replace or currency but it will take a long time if does but the chances are high. As we can see in our market price bitcoin is chasing the prices of our currency now and if that does happen or if it goes over more than what we expected bitcoin will really replace it. I believe this because in our generations and our technology is also upgrading over the years and we can't just stay on where we are. Our future and the future of our children is at stake we don't want to be stagnant we want to improve as possible.
411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: From faucet to thousands on: July 06, 2017, 01:43:12 PM
Do you know a good strategy to increase faucet satoshis (300-500) to couple thousand?

Well in todays date, its hard to find a faucets that gives a couple thousands of satoshi most of the time they its really small amount and they already have a minimum deposit, which is for me is a waste of time. If you want to increase your BTC is your best choice to invest or gamble, but i don't prefer on gambling. It may be the easiest way and fastest but it can also do the opposite real quick. As bitcoin is getting more know to the whole world the faucets are getting smaller and smaller and this is due to that many people are now doing faucets and many people are not investing on bitcoin. Thats what I believe.  Smiley
412  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: New to mining on: July 06, 2017, 01:23:22 PM
You can use pool Mining. That one is simple. Also you can mining easily.

It does not matter. If you try to mine bitcoin in a pool using your CPU or GPU it'll still take decades before you mined enough BTC to even reach the minimum withdrawal limit. So, eventough it might be simple and easy to mine with your CPU/GPU (wich i doubt, but to be honest, i haven't tried in a very long time), it's defenately not worth the effort.

This is true, mining in CPU or GPU will take you for a long long time well unless if you have 4 1080 GTX GPU then you have chances but it would take long time if you don't. Also, mining pools now has minimum withdrawal and also they have mining fees that will just waste your time on mining. I myself tried on mining and I downloaded claymore this is kinda complicated but if you search through it its easy to use. I'm mining LBC but it is taking so long for 2 weeks i think i only get 8 LBC because I don't leave my computer running night and day I just turn it on during morning when i'm using it also I'm doing dual mining that's might be also the reason why I'm not getting so much hashrate. Well honestly its not worth it but its a worth a try just for experience.  Wink
413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Good Reason to Own Some BTC on: July 06, 2017, 01:06:31 PM
...

If you are traveling and lose your credit card, but in a country that has a reasonably active Bitcoin scene, you can sell some BTC to pay bills while "over there".

This may become an issue for us.

Here is a case for having an online wallet, "travels anywhere".

This is really true, there are many advantages on having an bitcoin. As you said you can use your bitcoin when you lose your money if you are travelling or if you are just in your city and you forget your wallet and you need to buy something really bad. Bitcoin makes our life convenient especially the market price is high and we can buy more or save it for the future. I hope that sooner or later bitcoin will get accepted as a mainstream payment because more and more people are looking ahead of this and when this will happen it would be a big news to us and this also will make bitcoin advertise to other big companies all around the world and the era of bitcoin will begin.  Smiley
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC getting too expensive to gamble with on: July 06, 2017, 12:59:02 PM
What other cryptocurrency are you using and which casino are you playing at? BTC is getting to expensive to be depositing and playing in just BTC.

For me i'm playing I'm really not into playing gambling online and using bitcoin because as you said bitcoin has been getting expensive to deposit and those fees also just to deposit it in other sites. I would just prefer gambling in real casino using my money so that I can control my money and have a limit and there is no fees when I get money into my wallet than bitcoin. For me bitcoin is my investment and I hope in the future I can the market price increases more over time.
415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: July 06, 2017, 12:56:20 PM
It is not a sin to play gambling, if you do not lose all the money and do not get into debt. And when dependence on gambling is harmful not only to you, but to others, it's bad.

For others it is and for you it isn't. I have two thoughts for this, for those people that believes gambling is a sin, maybe they are thinking that it can lead you to bankruptcy and when you are now like that you'll think to commit crime.

Gambling is not just when you lose all your money and not get into dept. but for me gambling can lead you to be greedy and selfish that's why some people see gambling as a sin. Also, the thing is that people things that playing in casino is mafia, we don't know what's going on the underground world. Not all people are in favour if its a sin or not but one thing is for sure that gambling is sort of an entertainment to the people all around the world and it should be stay with that.
416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Afraid of August One? on: July 06, 2017, 02:50:48 AM
We are already in July and August 1 is coming...the day when Segwit would start signalling for all and what will happen after this date is something many fear of. Will there be a split and what will happen on the split?

I have already read some assurance that at the current rate things are doing, the possibility for a split is getting remote. Maybe the overarching interest of all stakeholders has already dawned to many.

For me I'm actually excited because we don't know what will happen and we have all many questions on what will happen. It could be a bad things and or it will be the opposite of it. We don't know and this is what excites me, for sure we all hope that after the update will benefit us all and all of this fear will be gone. Some of the people are just over reacting but maybe they are right we don't know, I know that we are actually getting excited or nervous but we don't know what will happen until it happens. So Good luck to us  Wink
417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In what situation would Bitcoin die? on: July 06, 2017, 02:39:00 AM
How and why would the end of bitcoin (and any other cryptocurrency) occur? Value decrease? Legality issues? Different technology/ideas to supersede it?

The possibility of bitcoin well end is slim but it is still possible, since the bitcoin was found and the price of bitcoin was still little not many people invested on it and does who only knew and have the knowledge of investing online did so. Over the past years bitcoin was not in near end it actually bloomed and now as we can look at it the market price has been increasing in over the years. We did not expect this to happen but it still did happen. If ever bitcoin will collapse their are many reasons why, in my opinion this are the reasons why. First, the internet will be shut off. Many people believe that in the near future our future will be full of destruction and wars, no one will care of investing if your life is in danger. This will trigger of the cyber world to shut down. Second, if we all people die its obvious that no one will invest or buy anything if we all die. Lastly, government shut it off or if their will be a big cyber crime that makes the bitcoin to stop following this is a possibility especially in our technology in our generations. I know some of my reasoning's are nonsense but in this world nothing is impossible anymore.
418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We can't buy something with Bitcoin quickly on: July 05, 2017, 09:57:55 PM
For exemple, I go to a coffee shop, I buy a coffee, then I pay with Bitcoin, we have to wait for a confirmation, no? or the merchant will just trust me if I show my wallet?
How can we be sure that it's not a double spent transaction or something else?

In our technology today, there bitcoin can make transaction faster like those wallets who make fast transaction when you buy something that the problem is that they charge you with fees and the fees are very high for anyone just to waste of money in just to buy a coffee for example and the fees are so high. It doesn't really make sense, to make the fees high but they are also making money into it. I'm sure in the future it will happen and hopefully it will. Cryptocurrency will be the next big thing and it will replace our cash money what we have right now. Bitcoin has still many flows and I know someone or somewhat it can happen.
419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What were your experiences with Bitcoin when you first started? on: July 04, 2017, 01:48:52 PM
The fist experience that I ever encounter in bitcoin is that never believe in anyone who say's that I will send you the altcoin when you pay me first, I was stupid at that time and still have minimal idea on bitcoin. I was farming XRB at the time and when i want to buy XRB because the market price at the time was less and someone PM and told me that I'll sell in XRB in low price so I actually when to trade with him because of course he sells it in low price and then there is no fees but the catch was I need to trust him and send first but I was hesitant to do it because I should not trust anyone online because of the scammers. Until I decided that I'll just pay him a little bit and see if he is a scammer or not. At the end he is really a scammer, when I send him the bitcoin he just went offline and never chatted me again. That day was the worst and I will never trust anyone and never should have trust him in the first place knowing that he is a scammer but in the end I recover the bitcoin that I lost by earning more and I hope that guy will get karma someday.  Wink
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can gambling help you with your life? on: July 04, 2017, 01:40:28 PM
Hey! Good day i really need some answers because its about gambling in your life and other people are playing for it with heart and i just thought that how can gambling help you with your life? and do you gain something from it? does it help you to be wise or worst your attitude will change.. i need answers please!

In my opinion, gambling does not help anyone's life especially if you have been losing all the time. The only one thing that it can help you is that when you win but most gambling sites, or casinos don't want you to win. You only have 0.001% of chances of winning and if you actually happened to win but not the jackpot that is still not enough to make you recover from all of your lost and or you'll just lose it again because you are to greedy and won't think about what you could have use of your money than gambling it and giving it away for free. Yes, Gambling can change a persons life when you win a big jackpot but it can also lose ones life in an instant. There are more people who got bankrupt because of gambling than winning, people feel more miserable than being happy in gambling. So I think it does change for the worst. I hope people will understand that gambling is not good for people and I hope they can control themselves. Gambling should just have been for fun and not anything else.
