401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: September 08, 2017, 07:39:13 AM
Second round of TourismToken airdrop started. Maximum 150 participants allowed: https://twitter.com/CryptoAirdrops/status/905878981521616896. So you better hurry up.

Note, it is only available if you did not participate in the first airdrop round.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HOWL | Mobile Social Application | No ICO | AIRDROP on: September 08, 2017, 07:16:31 AM
I noticed the windows, andriod and apple logo's on the bottom of the illustration in the OP. Is there a plan to develop these wallets or is it going to be an ETH token?
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ANN[AIRDROP] Tourism Token * *Trade On DEX Exchange* * on: September 08, 2017, 06:38:28 AM
Why is it that people that joined the first airdrop are excluded from the second airdrop?
So others can participate as well, its the same thing as double dipping if the first participants are allowed to join, having a few more people holding tourism coin can increase its visibility to other traders.
It's a pity, but probably for the good of it. Let's see if this approach works.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Deep Onion airdrop available for new members? on: September 07, 2017, 06:41:30 PM
If you look at the requirements to apply, the number of Deeponion airdrop participants must be getting smaller instead of bigger. I tried to participate in the beginning but failed to post for a few weeks because of travel and got immediately banned. Pity, would have liked to be part of that show.

Another funny one: Dracula coin
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1438371.0
They call it a bounty, but it is actually an airdrop (only wallet install)
For all you Romanians and Transalvanians
406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] HOWL | Mobile Social Application | No ICO | AIRDROP on: September 07, 2017, 06:23:13 PM
I see a lot of people sending details via PM, but I think the idea is to send an email (see OP and second post).
407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is it about WAVES? on: September 07, 2017, 05:29:42 PM
About 6 to 9 months ago, I started putting some money into waves and started using their DEX. A few months ago, I had some issues with btc not arriving and contacted their support. I must say I was very satisfied with their fast and professional support. That really convinced me that they have a strong and involved team behind the project. I have been following Waves ever since and it has been one of my main portfolio assets.
408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: DRACULA - BOUNTIES on: September 07, 2017, 03:33:19 PM
There was a virus in the old 2015 Dracula coin: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1078590.0
I hope this 2017 Dracula clone is clean  Wink
409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Top-100 coins with most competitive transaction fees on: September 07, 2017, 11:53:21 AM
I have frequently been moving around coins in the past months, between exchanges and wallets. Transaction fees can differ a lot I noticed. I also calculated that in some cases it would be more cost efficient to exchange a coin with high transaction fees into a coin with low transaction fees before sending to another exchange (and then change them back).

Is there any overview on (current) transaction fees for let's say the top-100 cryptos?
410  Local / Altcoins (criptomonedas alternativas) / Re: LiteShares (LTS) and LightEOS (LEOS) - AIRDROP A 10.000 USUARIOS on: September 07, 2017, 08:22:19 AM
¿Alguien sabe por qué el sitio web y el ANN official han desaparecidos?
411  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any new airdrop coins? on: September 07, 2017, 08:20:05 AM
Hi guys,

What happend with the liteshares thread.
It disappeared. Why?
It was a great give away.

I noticed that too. Please try to give any update of a new thread. I sent a pm to the dev but no reply

Last week, everything seemed to go offline, including liteshares.net
Also the official ANN was moved to trash because of "On-forum altcoin giveaway. Even if you don't state it in the rules, if you credit users posting (instead of applying elswhere, e.g. PM or off-site), that's still on-forum."
That surprised me as it is not the only "on forum giveaway" in the ANN section I think.
Anyway, pity because was a nice airdrop and experiment. I hope they will return somehow/somewhere.

There was an interesting article recently that got some interest on reddit as well:

413  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Nodum - Masternodes Community on: September 07, 2017, 07:55:27 AM

It's alive!  Grin
I was already holding on to my Nodum UserID. I am hopeful this is going to get interesting soon.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CYDER] Cyder Networking Lounge [FULL-POS][NOW REBRANDING] on: September 07, 2017, 07:47:42 AM
What's the market cap/ total supply of this coin?

Total supply is 80,000,000 coins I believe

So is the market cap only about five or six figures?

80 million coins @ 0.00000020btc per coin would make a current market cap of 16btc (or 72k usd)
Fairly cheap I would say, particularly considering the impressive trading volume that we have seen in the past couple of days.
415  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] [ICO 07.09] 🔥 BeOne bounty campaign earn up to $100 000 on: September 07, 2017, 07:39:14 AM
•In order to receive your reward, you must have left at least 20 messages created while using the BeOne signature until the end of the campaign.

hello sir dev , i just have a question with this rule in the signature campaign , do we need to post this 20 messages per week to be able to receive our stakes per week?

Enough 20 posts throughout the bounty campaign to get stakes for signature
thank you for the answer sir dev , we will continue to support this project . goodluck to beOne team.

So I presume that the bounty campaign continues until the end of the ICO period (that is October 7th), right?
416  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Realiable source of news for trading on: September 06, 2017, 01:00:25 PM
I like to listen various podcasts about crypto's. There are plenty to choose from and some are almost on a daily basis. It is a nice way to get some different opinions and hear about background stories is my experience.
417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The END of ICO's? on: September 06, 2017, 12:54:13 PM
There is so much rubbish among all the ICOs. Most of them are currently not based on a good business plan looking for financing, but a few types wanting to score a quick buck. I would like to have a full team of financial whizzkids to go through all the offerings and preselect the serious ones and filter out all the rubbish.
418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: List of staking dividend paying Tokens on: September 06, 2017, 12:47:39 PM
Cryptopia has a nice list of coins with their algorithme: https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo/

I am personally staking the following POS coins with success: Stratis (low return), Pivx, Walletbuilder coin (WBC), Crocodile Cash (CROC), Deeponion (ONION), Cydercoin (CYDER), Bannercoin (BANC).
419  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: September 06, 2017, 12:35:21 PM
If you want to properly invest in ICO's, you will need to do extensive research yourself, which costs a lot of time. A bit of experience with good and bad ICO's can also not hurt.  Time and experience with ICO's are two thing I do not have, so I stay away from ICO's.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KMD][dPoW] Komodo - Zcash Zero Knowledge Privacy Secured by Bitcoin on: September 02, 2017, 10:35:44 AM
Same problem here. I have been able to do a few small test transactions out of basilisk without the proper balance. I could see the transaction in the explorer and the went through fine, but it feels shaky.... I do not even bother if I got my interest or not. Not a trustful feeling to have my coins in a wallet where I cannot really get them out.
