These MMA fighters should have a shin conditioning regiment similar to Thai boxers. We cannot expect these type of injuries to stop in the octagon if the fighters have not done the proper conditioning. Conor’s shin was not hard enough for execution of that type of technique.
This. I said the same thing too in the past... There’s a method to make your shin harder and ready to do all out hard leg kicks. Basically what they do is to cause micro fractures to happen to the bone and letting them heal to make them like they’re ‘calloused’. So there’s a thin layer of bone on top of the bone. How many leg breaks have we seen in a span of one year? Three? Gyms should train their fighters for calf kicks not aim for the knee like McGregor did. Those are easy to check.

I feel for Saka... And why did Southgate let Sancho and Rashford take those pens and not players with more experience like Sterling or Grealish? And Sancho and Rash came on at the last minutes of the match... They haven’t really warmed up. Dumb decision.

^ If that ever happened, Messi would be public enemy no. 1 is Spain! I don’t think even the Real fans would be too excited to have him after what he done to them. Transfer rumours: Manchester United lead Chelsea and neighbours Manchester City in the race sign England striker Harry Kane, 27, with Tottenham asking for £100m plus two of the Red Devils' first-team players. A very interesting race, who will eventually succeed and bring Kane to their club? Manchester City have made contact with France forward Antoine Griezmann, 30, about a potential move from Barcelona. Very interesting news, whether Griezmann will really go to Manchester? Manchester United are said to be "very tempted" to try to sign Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti, with Arsenal also linked with the 27-year-old France international. It seems to me that for Umtiti a better choice would be Manchester. Source: https://www.bbc.com/sport/57783865Griezmann? But for how much? And he flopped and is still a flop at Barca, right?

UFC 264
Dustin Poirier VS Conor McGregor ~~ Ryan Hall VS Ilia Topuria ~~
Thank you for posting your predictions about these two fights but what do you think of Irene Aldana vs Yana Kunitskaya and Stephen Thompson vs Gilbert Burns fights? I don't know if you have seen it but along with the triple winnings bonus on Dustin Poirier vs Conor McGregor, there is a double winnings bonus up to 200$ on a treble from Marlon Vera on Stake. He's betting : Irene Aldana to beat Yana Kunitskaya @1.85 Stephen Thompson to beat Gilbert Burns @1.66 and Dustin Poirier to beat Conor McGregor @1.79 What do you think of this parlay? Don’t change your picks on my account but I’m on the other side with Kunitskaya and Gilbert Burns. Aldana missed weight by 3.5 lbs while Thompson vs Burns should be closer imho. At 2.45, the books are giving Burns too much value. The only concern, Burns just got starched by Usman... Then again Thompson got starched by Pettis. Pettis! The guy isn’t known for knocking out people.

|
^ At the current line at 1.80, I wouldn’t bet on Poirier. If anything McGregor at 2.17 is the slight value play imho. But would I bet it? Nope, I’ll just pass. There are a couple of spots I like better in this card like Kunitskaya and Giles. I kinda like Gilbert Burns too. I think the line should be a tad closer.

^ Me likey. Nom nom nom. 1 mil USDT on England ? Wow , that makes me wanna bet on Italy as this really changed my mind regarding the finals. That is a huge stand alone bet but if we gather all the other bets on England , I'm sure he will have much more bigger results but still ....single bet of 1mil on England ? Sketchy. Also , the fact that his ticket got approved , makes me think we might have ET or even penalties. Do we know if he has England to win or England to win the trophy ? This is a small detail that counts a lot .
Who’s crazy enough to bet 1 mil USD in a single bet? The guy used USDT.. so he’s prolly a crypto whale. And the fact that Sportsbet approved it makes me think he’s prolly a known crypto whale. This could sound really dumb but the first guy that came in my mind who I think is degen enough to make this bet is Justin Sun. He fits the profile. IMHO. Edit: Typo.

Arsenal Legend Patrick Vieira has become Crystal Palace’s new manager. Lol. He was once upon a time thought to be groomed to be the next Man City manager after Guardiola by the football journos which I found hilarious.
He did manage the academy and the b squad then moved the MLS to manage Man City’s sister squad NY Red Bulls. But I don’t think that’s enough judging from what City wants to achieve in Europe.
Lets get to see how he gets the Crystal Palace job Done. I want to see more of the attacking players and side from them. Total rebuild of tje squad going on at the moment. Honestly, I'm not sure if Viera will do a good job and it's a shame that Crystal Palace have to make Viera their coach for next season, even though Viera spent her career in the English Premier League but I don't think Viera has enough experience to coach a team in the English Premier League, as far as I know, Viera was sacked from Nice last December because it wasn't able to lift Nice performance in League 1 last season, and that's the reason why I'm not sure if Viera will be able to lift Crystal Palace performance next season. Yeah... It could become like another Frank De Boer moment. Lolol. I think De Boer managed Crystal Palace for 7 - 8 matches or something which was hilarious cos he wasn’t really given much of a chance. But let’s see. He could be a decent enough manager and enough to lift Palace to the middle of the table.

^ The thing with McGregor is he doesn’t really have the gas tank to last the whole 5 rounds. If the match goes deep to rounds 4 and 5, rest assured Poirier has the advantage. I got Poirier but if Conor wins..? It will mostly be before round 3 imho.
Btw both main event and co main event fighters made weight. Lezzz go!

I can't believe that UFC is still posting those bus incidents to pump this fight with McGregor, but I guess that is the only thing they have left unless he makes something new in next few days. Dustin Poirier is much better human being and I guess this is classical fight between good and bad guy, and my pick is on good guy this time. Starting soon: UFC 264 Pre-fight Press Conference Poirier vs McGregor 3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLlkx9c1TzUI wasn’t really too excited for this main event but man... McGregor sure knows how to hype up a fight. But I still don’t think it’s worth actually buying the PPV. Lol. I mean I’d like to see something different.. I guess? But it’s still gonna be more of the same imho. Anyway, live weigh ins starting in around a couple of hours followed by the ceremonial weigh ins a few hours later. If you guys are betting on these matches, it’s always good to see how they look at the live weigh ins if you have’nt made your bets yet. Don’t take it for granted guys. Those free bets could win you a decent win with a parlay. Sportsbet.io’s UFC 264 Multi Master Challengehttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5348149.0

Well, the sentiment for the longest time has been that he ain't really motivated at all, but he still shows up and delivers great fights. I have yet to see a boring CMG fight (and that's even going pretty far back), So motivated or not, we might see a good one. But he was motivated during the build up of the rematch vs Poirier. But then he lost. Lol. Now it’s like he’s just there.. apathetic and indifferent. Even if he wins the match this weekend, I don’t think he’ll be going for another title run. He’ll just prolly take Diaz or another boxing match. If anything, he could be mentally done.

^ For all that money spent, why are they spending it on those players? Lol. They could recruit younger prospects for those wages. And it doesn’t seem to be Poch’s style. I wonder what he feels about PSG’s transfer policy.
Messi or Ronaldo could still be worth it tho. But it’s only those two.

The sentiment around here seems kinda mixed. WO thread seems slightly bearish but I see people in other threads that are slightly bullish. So.. for the bulls out there, do you guys think BTC will break out of its recent high of 65k USD this year? If yes, please explain why.
Not sure at all for this year can reach $65k bitcoin price. for now there is no news or cases that can trigger the king of sleep, so bitcoin bounced back in such a short time. but above $35k - $45k it could possibly go up and breathe again. Would really hard to determine because we know that news could just pop out from nowhere on where everybody wasnt expecting and this had been done or happen for how many times. This is why i dont mind that much when it comes possible price in the future or just simply within months or even in the end of the year since its always unpredictable. You cant tell on when news specially hype and fud would happen where it is the greatest factor that could led to change of market trends. So you should be prepared no matter what situation you might fall into. one big news, and it may create big impact in the market. however, we don't know when and what it would take to change again the path. however, considering that we are still above 30k, which has not been in the past years, i can say, we are still doing good. but not good of course for those who bought it above 40k. those are the ones that are waiting for btc to go up and waiting for good news to happen. we are just halfway this year, and the possibility of another bull run is always there. we just need another trigger factor that will move the market. But don’t forget, it could obv go either way too. One big bad news will surely make a negative impact and break everything down like a house of cards... In the end, our fate is at the mercy of however the market reacts to events outside our control. Who would’ve thought how it all panned out with China this year when we’ve already seen these happen before since 2014 and resulted to nothing. I honestly thought the China ban was just another empty threat til I saw miners running away. Lol.

Russell is a Mercedes junior driver anyway, and would be the right decision for the Mercedes factory team to build up a world champion candidate after the Hamilton era. I don't think that Hamilton after his new 2 year contract will continue to drive. Where Bottas could accommodate I have but no idea, many sponsors he will not have in the background for a new team? I still think Russell won’t be Merc’s second driver as long as Hamilton is with the team. He doesn’t want another incident like he was in when he had Rosberg and Alonso as team mates. But if he does partner with Russell then I guess the game plan is: Get that driver’s championship one last time, breaking Schumacher’s record then it’s the ‘passing of the torch’ to Russell. I’m kinda hoping to see him go back to McLaren.. Where it all started.

This is an easy straight bet for England at 1.76 - 1.80 depending on what book you use. But if you guys want to squeeze out more value then going for England to win to nil at 2.50 should be good. England has been keeping a clean sheet as of late.
A win for England ? Possible... An easy one ? I think not. Denmark in my opinion will definitely ask more questions of the England's defense than the Ukrainians did in the Quarter finals. I would not expect an easy win and Denmark to score is likely outcome in you ask me, the only game in which they've failed to score in this tournament was in their opening fixture, in which of course everyone expected them to win effortlessly if not for the unfortunate occurrence. Turned out you were right. I didn’t factor in that it was the semis and Denmark wants to bring it home as bad as any in the tourney. Those fouls commited by Denmark alone should pretty much show how much the wanted to win it... Too bad Sterling knew what was up and dived his way to get the soft penalty. ROFL.

^ I kinda feel the same just so 155 becomes more interesting again. But it’s going to be more of the same imho. Poirier is the more improved fighter.. McGregor is more of the same and hasn’t really showed us anything new in the cage. I want to be proven wrong tho.

^ Yup. 155 has become slightly uninteresting after Khabib retired. They should get some new blood in the top 10. I currently have my eye on Rafael Fiziev. Go watch his past wins in the UFC at MMA Core.
Anyway, McGregor doesn’t seem to have much media exposure. There wasn’t any new footage of him in Countdown and totally nothing in the first three episodes of Embedded. I wonder what he’s up to. Lol.

Common sense says that Italy are favorites and they are playing best football in tournament. But Spain is my team and I can't not support them. I don't know what to expect from this game. Defense of Italy is hard to beat and Spain have wasted so many opportunities to score during tournament. So, my support to Spain isn't based on logic, it's emotions.
Did your emotions made you bet on Spain? They’re looking good in this first half... Slightly better than Italy. I’m starting to think this could end in a draw. Maybe it could end with Spain going to the finals. Edit: And yup.. Just saw the Olmo guy waste an opportunity. Edit: And that Spain defense doesn’t look shakey this match.
