4001  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: the easiest way to make a profit from gambling? on: October 24, 2016, 11:34:22 PM
Start your own casino or control yourself and manage your money. Both of them CAN be profitable if you're careful enough. You can make a lot of money out of a gambling website if you are making a secure one. Hackers will always target your website to steal funds, so you need to be extremely cautious about that option because you never know when you're on the target list. Controlling yourself and managing your money is harder because most of the time we're greedy and it is hard to do anything about that.
4002  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin wallet in bank? on: October 24, 2016, 11:31:57 PM
Bitcoin in banks = anonymity 0%.

This is exactly what they want: CONTROL. Over anything they possibly can. If they could control how much you eat and drink per day, they're more than happy to do so. Having a wallet linked to your bank account would mean your name linked to your wallet... So anytime you'd do a transaction, everyone would know who sent it and to who exactly. And I'm not even going to mention a word about the taxes we would see for using Bitcoin.
4003  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: FUCK! The Bitcoin is dead again. This time for sure. on: October 24, 2016, 11:25:48 PM
I personally believe that Bitcoin now is reaching a stage where more and more lay people are interested in earning it and also holding it like an investment, as they would hold metals and bullion. I think it is here to stay for a few generations at least.

It seems that it might be increasing in price. Keeping Bitcoin as a investment might not be a good idea, though holding at least a single Bitcoin could be a wise choice.

If nobody would invest in it and we all would just buy 1BTC and held it there, it would die the next second. In order to increase the price, we need to use it. We have to show that we're interested in it, and the price will increase. Investing in anything can be a bad idea, not just Bitcoin. It's all about the luck you've got. You can turn your small investment into hundreds of thousands if that's what you deserved.
4004  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Irak bans alcohol on: October 24, 2016, 11:22:58 PM
I don't think it's a normal thing to do. In Morocco, Algeria, Turkey or Tunisia, alcohol is legal. Muslims shall not drink it, but anyone is able to buy a bottle. This is a sign that the Iraki politicians have no plans to turn their country into a modern democracy where people are free to choose what they want to be.

I guess the number of Irakis trying to emigrate to Europe will only increase...

Well, that's exactly what they want to happen: more immigrants in Europe. It's a plan that has been thought well for a long time. Otherwise, why everything looks like a coincidence to this? I mean come on, almost all the news we've seen recently are only reasons for them to keep coming in a higher and higher number hoping for better. I don't like alcohol but it shouldn't be banned. There are Christians in Irak too, not just Muslims..... This isn't going to end too well.
4005  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people keep saying BTC is dead?! on: October 24, 2016, 11:15:11 PM
Its mostly because people want it to be dead.  They say its dead in the hopes that people believe that it is, government in general does not like bitcoin for the obvious reason that it is anon and because they do not have control over it.

People don't. Governments do. I'm surprised they didn't do anything until now about Bitcoin pretty much anywhere in the world, and let Bitcoin become a semi-big thing. If they'll let us continue, in two years we will become a huge community and they won't be able to do anything about us anymore. People want to take control over themselves, not to be controlled by others.
4006  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin replaces the money? Could happen? on: October 24, 2016, 11:12:18 PM
Not only that we all would become anonymous and evade taxes, but also poor countries will not be able to do anything because they don't have electricity or Internet. If the governments would agree with us, anonymity wouldn't be a problem right now but they don't like it. Bitcoin will never replace the money, maybe a government-created cryptocurrency that can be tracked only by them..
4007  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: October 24, 2016, 08:39:00 PM
I think is nice to have some Bitcoin as an investment, but also have a plan B and have other investments like gold, real estate.

That's great. Having more investments is better because if one fails, you have the other backups. Congrats for thinking about them. I'm relying on gold and Bitcoin only. I prefer gold though because it's real, it exists in a psyhical form and it's rare. Therefore, it would exist even after an apocalypse and could be used. Getting rich isn't easy. Nobody got rich the easy way unless they came from a rich family. It's everyone's dream but it's not that easy to be done.
4008  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to convert Bitcoin to Paypal? on: October 24, 2016, 08:20:26 PM
I have thought about this too, but it is a mistake if you want to be anonymous on Bitcoin because as soon as you finish the transaction on an exchange website, you're going to automatically enter the banks' database and anyone can look upon you. So if you wish to remain anonymous, you better find the closest Bitcoin ATM and exchange your Bitcoin to cash. Then, you can deposit it in your PayPal or anywhere else you want. This lets you stay anonymous.

Regarding your question, there aren't many exchange websites offering BTC to PayPal and you should be careful about them. You can write a thread on this forum at Marketplace and other users may be interested, or look for other websites like localbitcoins that accept PayPal.
4009  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: October 24, 2016, 08:06:57 PM
Sports gambling is interesting if you are a avid sports fan, most fans has the ability to analyse the match situation and has some certain expectation in every match and to wage that with money is a really fun and addictive thing, addiction wont harm you unless and until you start wagging more than you can lose

I have to say that Sports betting might have a higher chance of getting you addicted to it if you like sports and if you play it at least once. In sports, luck isn't controlling the bets. Your knowledge about the respective sports and teams matters too, even though it's in a smaller percentage.
4010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin quantity go down? on: October 24, 2016, 03:55:41 PM
No, the quantity cannot go down because that would mean our wallets being shrunk down. The price can, so can the popularity of it. Quantity will ONLY go up. If it stands still, we will know it's the end of Bitcoin.
4011  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin affects life a lot on: October 24, 2016, 03:53:32 PM
It affects my life? Definitely yes, as I am always checking my coins on exchanges LOL

The first time I learned this bitcoin and its opportunity it brings to earn lie in trading, I am very excited. Even at midnight, when I am awake I am checking my coin stock. Eager to see whats being sold, and bought. What coins is up and down and calculating my profit/loss.

You shouldn't rely on trading, gambling or any other 'job' that involves luck at all. Start your own business and you'll be fine, but both trading and gambling are known for loss after a long run except if you're a billionaire that hears about any news before anyone else.
4012  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: October 23, 2016, 07:43:13 AM
I heard we've already passed 11 million users. More users = higher price, and if it becomes popular then we're going to see a lot of stores accepting it. Of course governments want control though so I have no idea how would they control that though.
4013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addict....!!!!! Are you??? on: October 23, 2016, 07:22:27 AM
I think we've all been through this, and we know how bad it is to be addicted to.. Anything. Any addiction has its pros and cons, but the worst thing that can happen to a gambling addict is simply becoming homeless. Yes, you can become homeless in seconds if you don't know what you're doing.
4014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction. on: October 23, 2016, 07:20:18 AM
Why is someone get addicted to gambling once he gamble ?
Anyone Who is New to Gambling Becomes Addicted to Gambling and It has Two Reasons Behind it:-
1) He thinks that Gambling will Made Him Rich But this is Not a True Fact.....
2) Or He Addicted to Gambling In Hope Of Winning Some Big Amount By Betting Money in Gambling.....

Both reasons are based on the same idea. It's obviously not true because otherwise we'd all be rich here and have a luxury life. This idea is not being implemented by anyone but the gamblers themselves in their own mind. Casinos sound like a fun, easy way to win a lot of money. It can be fun if you can control yourself and you play JUST for it, but as soon as you want profit you'll never have fun and you'll also lose.
4015  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BITCOIN INVESTMENT!What would that be? on: October 22, 2016, 08:34:10 AM
Either an international service like Uber that ONLY uses Bitcoin or creating a physical, real Bitcoin casino where you can deposit in real life and play on some machines with a control system (where you can choose a wager limit for the day so you won't spend more). Both could have a very high potential and could become big in short time.
4016  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do YOU know Bitcoin? on: October 22, 2016, 08:32:07 AM
I heard about Bitcoin in 2013 when the price rose up to +$1000. Never heard of it before that day, but I wish I did. I'm wondering now if the same thing is going to happen the next year, which would be awesome for all of us.
4017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing of Bitcoins is against Bitcoin. on: October 22, 2016, 08:04:35 AM
I would stop storing it for two reasons: if I knew the price wouldn't rise anymore and if I had something useful to spend it on in my country. There aren't many things to do with Bitcoin here. I have already bought what was necessary and I don't mind spending it on random things now. I want to wait for the next year to see if we will have any price increase, and that'll be the time I'll take a decision.
4018  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why would customers use Bitcoins? on: October 22, 2016, 08:00:56 AM
They should use Bitcoin because it's anonymous, secure and fast. Although the confirmation is needed, there have been found ways to 'escape' from them. For example, Xbox is using a system that just asks you to pay the Bitcoins and automatically gives you the games or codes. Probably most of us have been through moments in which we wanted to be completely anonymous when paying for something.
4019  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin Changed my life has it changed yours? on: October 22, 2016, 07:55:44 AM
Mine didn't really change much because Bitcoin isn't really known by many in my country. I don't have where to spend it in my city, only online on some products but still. Maybe I'd feel a difference if I could pay with Bitcoin at restaurants or different shops I have been to.
4020  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: October 21, 2016, 07:04:12 AM
On the first hand Bitcoin will never reach that value and we have to be realistic and not dream because this is all wasted time if we talk about that it will reach the $10,000 so stop it also.
And no Fiat will be not worthless if that is going to happen but first you must let it happen and than we all can talk futher, the price is not even rise in the halving now.
Right 10,000$ in only in his dream because we know that the price of bitcoin can not reach that price.
Fiat is can not be worthless because you can not use bitcoin directly to buy you want you need it first to convert it and use fiat to buy things.

It's not really just in our dreams. Bitcoin used to seem impossible to reach $1 in the first years. Then it seemed impossible to reach $10, and then $100 and then $1000. Now it seems impossible for the price to reach $10k, but in my honest opinion.. With the recent halving, it's not impossible at all.
