I think the articles are not specific on the subject matter and fact in issue. The case or court might order that status quo be maintained until an amendment of the article is completed. If this happens, the status quo will imply that business continues until the government is specific on the forbidding or not of bitcoin. I know how slow these Indian courts are in passing down the judgement. This case will most probably go on for 10-15 years and by the time we get a verdict Bitcoin may not even exist.
But if bitcoin does not exist, other altcoin might take over because they are all cryptocurrency unless you are guessing cryptocurrency itself won't exist anymore.

For developing countries as you asked, bitcoin will help grow their financial strength by providing the citizenry another opportunity to make money. It will lead to financial independence because a lot of the masses will try their hands with bitcoin. It will further create jobs because they will always be busy on the internet and make money from other internet related businesses. The effects are many and it is to the advantage of those countries.

Hello to all,
New here was looking for some advice how to go about getting a btc loan? I looked over several sites, but not sure how to go about it. Not looking for a huge amount, and could pay back. Just looking for advice or help? Thank you
I'm just surprised why you will come here and talk about loan. People asking for loan with their security (if at all they have) should rather sell whatever they want to use as security and convert to bitcoin. If you are really serious about getting bitcoin. I don't support this loan talk because a mistake can get receiver to disappear.

Buying and hodling is what I think will profit me. Though sometimes, I don't really take a better decision to sell until my profit gets back to entry price. I have to work myself more. I wanna be a trader. Cause one can trade even being old. I'm 36 now, so it's kinda important for me. One more plus to all the pluses of trading.
Haha... Old age needs better site. I pray you don't dash your money out to trading exchanges freely

Certainly it will affect price or it should affect it. If the amount of capital to be controlled by an individual or company is reduced, it will cause a reduction too in the investing power of the investor. Therefore, buying bitcoin will be limited and bitcoin price grows as a matter of demand but when demand is reduced, pricing too will be affected.
Anyway, after china ban ico and bitcoin did not die, most FUD from China afterwards, don't have any major effect on bitcoin price instantly unless other FUD from another dimension hit the media. So, this capital control might not affect the bitcoin pricing.

Well to me you didn't make a bad decision of taking your profit while it was still hot there in your face. As you said, profit is profit. Thus, waiting longer could either cause you some problems, you can be busy and forget to monitor it to where you expecting it before market reverses.

Oh.... You went in when the whales and dolphins where already going to bed and you were left with the sharks - is unfortunate.
On a serious note , I guess ONT is now the envy of most investors but you don't have to sell what is remaining from your wallet to buy into it. Hodl what you have and if you have money, you can into ONT. Good luck.

You can add https://www.worldcoinindex.com/ in this list and the list goes on. As more and more bitcoins and altcoins are becoming popular people are getting such sites made for the information of the people and to get traffic n ads earning etc. But i still see coinmarketcap to be better of all of them and it has a big name in crpto industry. Nice alternatives to coinmarketcap. But I guess I will fairly stick to cmc for now because I don't want to chance things around in my end. Usually that is the first thing I do when I woke up early in the morning, check the current price and see how it goes. But I don't have anything against those other websites mentioned though, yes I would agree that they all look good and loads much faster as compare to cmc, but I guess I don't want to break my habit on going to cmc for the time being. Unless they go on a scam accusations of sort like patronizing scam ICO in their ads. Edit: It makes to think to check those other websites as well. Oh! Yeah! Like old habit die hard or that you don't try to change a habit while on old age. I'm also using cmc and satisfied with it for now, no reason to change. More like trying new things are hard to do.

What difference does it make? Let's say the price of a coin is tied to the cost of one carat of a diamond. Then it will always be stable. This will not attract investors who use the strategy of the holding and will not be interesting for traders. Those who have a lot of money easier to buy diamonds. What is the meaning of such a coin?
Exactly, it will be like a regulation on the coin. Anyway, what benefit should it have on the coin? Is it only on security or will it help the coin's volatility? Or just the security and keeping the coin stable without increase.

Its not really that hidden as it is in front of your eyes when you open up the top 100 on coinmarketcap, but I think that AION is still relatively unknown/overlooked in comparison with its comrades (Icon, Wanchain...) and could explode when finally getting the exposure that it deserves.
Aion is not unknown but maybe overlooked compared to wanchain. Aion has more than 13 million volume (24h), this is big enough. The coin is doing well in its own way.

Op's suggestion isn't out of place but maybe he didn't understand thats what the forum is already doing and like somebody said, bitcoin involves high level of security because it involves huge money investment. We are already doing well and going like facebook etc would further expose us to bigger level of scam. The security, red lights from members warning others is really ok and working. I'm enjoying this forum mods and handlers. They are up in their game.

Alright... This is about halfcoin wanting to run an ico, nice analysis. And you needing some partnership from airdrops (maybe) bounties and icos is understandable. The project will be looked at and researched on. Good luck halfcoin.

It's about time, considering that market manipulation on cryptos is like the norms of today, and if people are really serious in getting this thing to the next level, they should realize that bitcoin--and cryptocurrencies in general--should mature. Regulations IMO are not as bad as what other people portray them to be. If the right regulations were placed in a given market, it will flourish and attract more people into it.
They're too afraid about the regulations that it might remove what was the purpose of BTC to give anonymity. But in reality all of the actions from the government was I think to protect the people. As you said, this regulations is needed for the cryptocurrency to level-up. Despite the position or your position, I think they are particularly talking about regulating the icos. That is the new comers coins that most times are not keeping to the promise made while some will never distribute rewards but disappear.

how often do you check BTC price and how to cope with stress associated with this? I am checking it every few hours and it drives me crazy and makes me anxious. Is there anybody in a similar situation and how do you cope with this?
PS: I was trying to do this once a month, but I think, I missed the beginning of the bear market in January this year because of this.
Thanks, Mike
You do not need to intentionally check the price if you have something to do with cryptocurrency. You just would see the price either while researching on a coin, you want to buy or you read in a thread. Your eyes and fingers can take you to cmc. If is your business, you will definitely see it.

I can't move away without appreciating nice and hard work. This kind of work is worthy to emulate in other spheres of the forum not only in the case of merit. This forum has really got members thinking and innovative. Good work OP.

The blockchain will change our daily lives, but I don't think there is a good future for cryptocurrency markets. Because the cryptocurrency market now looks more like a hype.
How do you mean you "don't think there is a good future for cryptocurrency markets" . Are you not contradicting yourself when you also said, "blockchain will change our daily lives". The market is not a hype ok... It has existed for some years now and many exchanges are opening up. You just go and identify a good coin.

Nice job manager. I see post were manually and carefully counted
I report that I have received payment for this week. Thanks
|
|
|
Apart from being busy with other jobs and some also being in another campaign, there are other reasons why a manager would not respond instantly. The question might have been asked and answered before, so the manager expects you to go through the thread.
And, it might not be a reasonable question concerning the campaign.

I have to report that I have been witnessing reduction of my posts since four days ago. As I'm writing now, I have 26 post already for this week excluding the shortage. I hope it remains so. I don't know if any other member has same issue.
I guess is my turn to witness such this week.
Please manager, take note incase there are more reduction. Thanks.

This should settle the EU contemplation about adoption of bitcoin because Germany is one of the powerful leader of the eu community. It means in a short while, we are going to be getting some more positive news from the European countries.
