All deposits are processed instantly. It's true that you may have had a different experience a few months ago, but as of now our deposits are all being processed within seconds of the transaction hitting the blockchain.

As for withdrawals, most withdrawals are processed instantly too. In most cases, your withdrawal hits the blockchain the second you hit the withdraw button. However in some circumstances, such as a) for very large withdrawals, b) if one of several anti-fraud clauses are triggered, or c) the hot wallet is empty, we manually review the transaction and re-fill the hot wallet if needed.

It's important to note that all deposits go directly into cold storage - all player deposit wallet addresses are cold storage addresses - so the hot wallet is only ever refilled manually. It's best this way, for protection of player funds.

As for the 90 BTC winner, we will of course respect the player's privacy, so if he/she wants to come forward to share their own story then we definitely welcome that. I can tell you that they were betting the max on roulette for several hours, and won over 170 BTC across two sessions.

Finally - our customer support - it's something we're constantly working on improving, and we appreciate any and all suggestions for improvement.
