So have you thought about who are they invest in these coins? If Facebook creates a stable coin means even it would be sold out among Facebook users especially those who need to run advertising on Facebook. It would be an easy way to advertise on Facebook without PayPal or credit/debit cards. So, why peoples will not invest in Libra stable coin? Of course, they would get support from multiple big exchanges which would drive more investment.

There are a few issues when they will refund the funds. I am not sure if they are using their party API or using their own server to accept BTC. Usually, I don't think the support team has access to the wallet. There is an API call to identifying each transaction and most probably there is a time frame as well when you made a transaction. I think receiving an address designed for one-time use to identify your transaction. So definitely there is no easy way to refund your funds and most probably that's why they wrote it on their terms (I am not sure if really they wrote since we hadn't read it).
But if the platform is honest then it's possible to recover your funds. Because somehow the funds on their wallet either its third party or their own server. The address has been generating from their wallet. This means the funds should belong to the same wallet. If they mentioned it on terms then you can't take any legal action. Sorry for your loss and this is the disadvantage of using centralized organizations.

Thanks for sharing it with us. I am facing the same issue, someone annoying me with a similar telegram username of mine. Even I have written a note in my profile, but I have received a couple of messages that imposter succeeds to scam. Although there is no fault for me, but I feel bad. I have also created a few warning threads as well to prevent that imposter.
Peoples should make sure via forum PM with a signed message that they aren't dealing with scammers. Bitcoin is an irreversible cryptocurrency, we can't do anything after a scam happening. So, it's quite important to make any financial deal via forum PM by using a trusted escrow from here.

I have seen many dummy private keys and seeds. But haven't noticed yet if anyone was scammed this way. Why should we look and use dummy seeds or recovery phrase which is available online? Most probably peoples posting such stuff for example, I don't think any crypto user will use that.

I think you may use the BTCPay server. Just a week back I made a payment on a website via the BTCPay server. The payment made in USD, and there were popups for the payments with a certain BTC amount within a certain time period. So, I think it would be helpful for you. Even you can set your own server so that you will no need to any third party. This means all the control will be under you including private keys. Anyway, you may take a look Bitcoin Payment Processors, so you can choose the right processor for you by comparing each other. |

You can create both wallets. I am using Ledger and installed Bitcoin apps with Native SegWit and Nested SegWit as well. So, wherever you want to accept funds you are free to do. If you accept BTC into the native SegWit address then you can spend it with low fees compared with other addresses. But from a few exchanges, you can't withdraw funds into native SegWit, then you have to use nested SegWit. That means, wherever you need the receiving address, choose the appropriate address accordingly. It's quite ridiculous that peoples are getting scams from Uniswap already by fake tokens. But now some other scammers copy the name and want to get the advantage of that. I think by copy-paste the platform names, scammers want to convince victims quite easily. And more easy methods of building a platform with plagiarism. They don't need to research hard and spend time to write the whitepaper.
Anyway, good to see that you already exposed that scammers, never mind if that project hasn't listed on the forum. But this thread would search on Google search.

Is there any income (money) generator that will generate profit for you when you are holding your Bitcoin? I don't Thinley so if any then it's called a Ponzi scheme where you will lose your bitcoin eventually instead of generating money. You have to move your bitcoin if you want to generate profits, which means you have to buy/sell. In a short word, you need to trade bitcoin. Simply we can say buy on the dip and sell it when the growing price. But unfortunately, no one can give you a guaranty when it will grow or never grow. So, here is the risk, and without taking risk very less way to earn or generate profits from Bitcoin.

Most probably I had raised a similar question previously. Although I can't recall the thread, but I have remembered that there was no response from the admin. During sensing merits you would notice that admin reserve right to decay unsend merits, There is no point in hoarding sMerit; keeping it yourself does not benefit you, and we reserve the right to decay unused sMerit in the future. But we don't know when or how the admin will do that. Most probably admin has been giving them chance to spend their merits. So merit circulation would be increased. I think the admin doesn't have any intention to decay unused merits lately. Future means it would be happening even after 100 years. |

First of all, it's quite complicated to take suggestions from the forum about your financial investments. It's because every user will suggest their favorite coins and you will be confusing. We wouldn't be your financial advisor. Anyway, here is my opinion. You may take it at your own risk. As we can see, bitcoin almost is near ATH, and probably very soon it would record a new ATH. But ETH is quite far from ATH and it needs to run more to touch ATH again. In the current situation, I most likely invest in Ethereum would well choose IMO since Bitcoin is in the bull mode. You may decide your portfolio 30% & 70%, which means 30% on Bitcoin and 70% on Ethereum.

Good points. To be honest, maximum peoples are thinking Bitcoin is an investment opportunity and they want to get the advantage of the volatility. Most peoples don't want to know the goal of bitcoin creation and they are fully unaware of how bitcoin technology works. We know that bitcoin gives you full freedom to control your funds, but unfortunately, due to the use of wrong wallets, we are losing that freedom. Many exchanges and web wallets blocking user's funds. So, the realization of bitcoin technology is quite important. |
