4021  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn Bitcoins Simply By Posting on: July 30, 2014, 08:09:43 PM
We now have confirmation about that escrow funds will be increased in case it looks like 5btc isn't enough.

The OP and I have decided to check how many members have joined after a week and then calculate (based on assumptions) if we need to increase the escrowed amount. That should do for now.

BTW, why we are talking about Dicebitcoin campaign here,

Just leave these things for there.

Because it is competitor of this campaign and it effects a lot for this campaign.
But I don't have anything else to say for now so I will remain silence now.

Stunna almost decided that, he will change the campaign format in 1-2 terms.
So it's not matter much now, it will soon fixed pay per month campaign.

That was before this new competition Wink
But we will what happens at 17th...

Competition is always good.  Competition forces you to up your game.

PD had to up his rates when Ritz was around.  If Dice proves competent and legit, then it can only good for everyone.
4022  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs. War: Can Bitcoin End War? on: July 30, 2014, 07:30:01 PM
War has been going on for centuries on end.  Whether it be through religion, politics, gold, oil, slavery, etc...

Bitcoin, a fledgling cryptocurrency in it's 5 year of existence...no way in hell!
4023  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is this site legit? on: July 30, 2014, 07:27:27 PM
Why would you want to swap to Paypal.  Fees up the asshole especially when dealing with Ebay.

I hate Ebay!   Angry
4024  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which Bitcoin logo do you prefer? [I want your input for a study] on: July 30, 2014, 07:25:23 PM
Has to be Classic.  You know exactly what it means, what it stands for, and what's behind it.
4025  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is this site legit? on: July 30, 2014, 07:09:25 PM
Looks scammy as fuck!  Just look at the Contact page:

http://paypal-bitcoin-exchange.com/contact

Elmhurst, NY zip code is 11373 not 21383.  Also (691) 210-5909 isn't a US phone, it's Micronesia.

Avoid like the plague!!
4026  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Andreas Antonopoulos on Bitcoin | Maker Faire 2014 on: July 30, 2014, 07:00:03 PM
Gobble all media related to Andreas...he's just that good!

We need more speakers of his caliber extolling the virtues of Bitcoin.  Always speaks in a way that anyone can easily understand.

I'll keep my eyes on this campaign.  Might have to jump on this come the 17th if there's still availability.

Escrow definitely helps alleviate payout fears.
4029  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Antminer S1 for SALE 2.5BTC OBO on: July 30, 2014, 03:09:33 PM
You forgot to post your BTC Address to send to.

S1 for 2.5 BTC is a bargain dude!  I would buy it for 3 BTC!   Tongue  (YEA RIGHT)

I think I saw a posting somewhere that another seller was selling their Spondoolies Tech SP10 for 2.5 or 3 BTC.

200 GH/s miner for over $1400.  Good one dude!   Tongue
4030  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do I use bitcoin if I have no internet? on: July 30, 2014, 01:16:54 PM
I'm not clear on this, is it if the individual's internet goes down or ALL internet goes down.

Individual's internet, there's a ton of workarounds.  Like many mentioned, public wifi, radio, flash drive, sms, etc..

Because if it's ALL internet like a terrorist or EMP attack, Bitcoin would be the last thing on my mind....

In the case of an EMP, not having internet is the least of your troubles let alone Bitcoin.  No electricity means grab yo guns....
4031  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC engagement ring? on: July 30, 2014, 12:43:56 PM
As much as I love Bitcoin and Crypto, my wife would not say "Yes" if I proposed to her with that minecraft ring.

She'd probably throw it in ocean, smack me upside the head, then leave me in Aruba when I proposed to her 7 years ago.

Women are silly like that...aesthetics matter to them!   Grin
4032  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 29, 2014, 08:46:00 PM
All we're missing is Black Arrow Matt and david123sesamestreet and it's a party!   Grin

These guys have major cajones trolling their customers that they robbed and long conned for so long.  Too busy going tete a tete with posters instead of making things right.

Scam organization from the get go.
4033  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: RockMiner Rocket box vs Antminer S3 on: July 29, 2014, 01:25:53 PM
Got to give the edge to the S3 based simply on it's design.

Simple yet effective enclosed design, no messy cables, no RaspPi, web interface for easy setup, SSH available for overclocking, high resale value.

Bitmain just knows how to build rock solid miners.
4034  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 29, 2014, 01:19:44 PM
I hope karma catches up to you guys and you and your facilities literally burn (but let bobsag know so he can get out in time).  This sorry excuse of a company is bringing down what bitcoin stands for and does nothing but to hurt its image.  Luckily, they aren't even competent enough to drive the difficulty up.

Possibly BA's only redeeming quality.  They're so incompetent they don't even have a datorhall the size KNC has or the massive mining farms of Asicminer, Bitmain, or Bitfury.

They can't even self mine right!   Cheesy
4035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Shit Bitcoin Fanatics Say, Part 3 on: July 29, 2014, 02:52:59 AM
Haha, love this series!  Hope it continues.

Each video has some funny, but true observations regarding the state of Bitcoin.

Loved the part at the end when he asks the guy if the place takes credit card.   Grin
4036  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is Otoshi Laughing? on: July 29, 2014, 02:00:54 AM
Is Otoshi, Satoshi's evil alt coin twin brother?

Tomax and Xamot?!  Superman and Bizarro Superman?!  The Olsen Twins!!!! Shocked
4037  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: IS mining on CEX.io is profitable for small scale? on: July 29, 2014, 01:41:49 AM
CEX.io isn't a cloud mining site, it's actually a trading site.

Buying small scale GH/s won't net you any profit at all.

What you have to do is buy a decent chunk of GH/s when the price is low, then after a significant price increase, trade in your GH/s.  You'll profit on the price per GH/s difference.

But just straight cloud mining for profit, no way in hell.
4038  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Brand New BTCGarden Blade with PSU, rPI, and all cables on: July 28, 2014, 10:56:40 PM
Pending sale for just the BTCGarden Blade no PSU.

Awaiting escrow service from OgNasty.

Update: Sale under way with btljuice for the blade and OgNasty providing escrow.  Will update thread upon delivery and completion of sale.   Smiley
4039  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow - Status of pending orders - Prospero X-1, X-3, and Minion on: July 28, 2014, 01:57:46 PM
I requested for refund initially, but opted for store credit instead from Minersource, since it was a faster process.  Their co-owner Dan Murtha was very attentive and proactive in processing and delivering my Minersource gift card.

Bought a bunch of a Zeusminer Blizzards and a BTCGarden Blade with the store credit.  Sold off the Blizzards a few weeks ago, but if anyone wants the BTCGarden PM me!    Wink

That said, FUCK Black Arrow.  Skeevy bastards...

4040  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Brand New BTCGarden Blade with PSU, rPI, and all cables on: July 28, 2014, 01:06:59 PM
Would you ship to Canada?

Hi JennaK!

Depends, what's your postal code in Canada so I can figure out shipping costs?
