Oh, you are thinking of it all worng! You have to think about:
- Create a fake community to make your project look legit. It should be easy as most people are ok to be paid in tokens.
- Hire a team, again with tokens. The team you need is just 3 community managers, one blogger, four people to call names to anyone who speaks the truth about your project.
- You will also need a programmer, but you can just use someone´s name without permission. That is also valid for advisors.
- Fake partners are important, for example if you use Azure to host your web, you can claim Microsoft as "strategic partner"... easy!
Now, tweet campaign, sig campaing, blog campaign,... all tokens remember?
Launch the ICO, IPO pay an exchange (sorry, they accept only hard cash - bitcoin) and dump all tokens ASAP. Go live somewhere nice and progressively update less often until the project dies.

You guys are right but sometimes this mempool fee thingy can be confusing tbh. Today the slow withdraw fee on FBC (faucet) is less than a dollar.
The most easy way to frequently go to your computer, log in to your roobet account and the check if the transaction fee has been lowered or not. During my time in the Bustadice campaign I got to know (and love ) the "Slow Withdraw" at Bustadice. Instead of an instant withdraw, you could choose a withdraw that could last up to 24 hours. Bustadice collected all withdrawals and transferred them in one batch, which made the fees much cheaper (5-10x cheaper). Maybe such a system would also make sense at Roobet, as a user you only have the problem of having to wait a little longer for your valuable coins. In my opinion, that is a good system, and I don't know why other casinos don't use it as well. Roobet probably processes a lot of withdrawals per day and batch transactions only make sense if users opt for the low fee option. Ne postoji ništa 'službeno' što bi definiralo je li neki projekt u potpunosti decentraliziran ili ne, ali postoje neke odrednice za procjenu je li decentraliziranost u prihvatljivoj mjeri. Postotak ukupne količine coina u posjedu top adresa je jedan od kriterija. Osim toga, postoje još četiri točke na koje treba obratiti pažnju: - Je li softver projekta otvorenog koda?
- Potoje li mining/staking pool-ovi? Koliko utjecaja imaju na mrežu?
- Postoji li nagrada ili neki drugi vid poticaja za validatore transakcija (rudare)
- Kako funkcionira upravljačka struktura? Kakav je proces donošenja odluka na mreži?
