https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0 - the Goods section does have a variety of products on-sale, whether physical or digital, so maybe the same rule apply here in local.

I just want to share that I do have an online shop before in the Facebook marketplace. I tried J&T and Black Arrow as my courier but it takes time for them to deliver the item to buyers. The pickup was fast though. As an alternative, I've used LBC but sometimes they don't support some address so in the end, the buyers need to pick up to it in the nearby branch. Lalamove and Grab are far better by these two, at least within Metro Manila.

...and I think they might still be an underdog if they will face any of the popular teams in the west that are consistent in the playoffs.

Yes, they will be an underdog. The same happened last 2010-11 playoffs where they are the underdog against the defending champion Lakers but able to take down this team in clean 4-0 sweep. And takes the favorite Miami Heat in the finals with the triumvirate of the superstars LBJ, Wade and Bosh but still managed to win the trophy that year.

Expect a nice odds to this team if ever Mavericks will successfully seal a playoff spot. Smiley

BTW
If someone can find projects and wants to be a middleman and receive compensation, I am ok with it.

Your supposed middleman will have a hard time explaining things to your future clients since you can't show a portfolio. Give them references.

Projects, companies or any individuals will not just hire a service without that. It's a necessary requirement.

Show everything why should they hire you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

There is no such thing as someone who will make an effort guiding you from scratch without an attempt of taking advantage of you.

Too good to be true always lead into bad and negative results.

Who's with the sentiment of feeling sad for Timor Leste?

I hope that they'll be able to get their first medal whether it will be gold, silver or bronze. They're still a new country and hoping that in other games they'll dominate and continue to improve with their focused games.

It's like PH when competing in a global tournament, few medals, but never received such a strong recognition by others.

And Timor Leste is not a new country. They are just new in terms of joining the South East Asian organization.

But I believed they can grab at least a bronze medal or even better. The event is far from over. They still have time.
4026  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 03, 2019, 10:36:38 PM
Raptors managed to win the championship last season all thanks to many injuries ..

That was a disrespect for Raptors' achievement. Others really considering that as a reason why the Raptors won the championship. Warriors are really the expected team to win there and all NBA analysts, fans, enthusiasts, troll, bandwagon, know that a healthy Warriors is way too much for the Raptors but we are just speculating here at the end. Even with the Warriors healthy lineup, all speculations will just lead into "WHAT IF?".

As for the East, we must not close the door yet that no one from that conference can match the much stronger West. I don't know what's the basis but I can't even see Lakers and Clippers as the teams that are close in getting the championship this season. NBA today is unpredictable and teams are balanced compared during the Warriors era that we can predict already who will the championship right from the start of the season.
4027  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: UNFAIR TREATMENT OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS on: December 03, 2019, 07:03:34 PM
The bounty hunters has to find a way to stop this unfair treatment as it is already becoming unbearable.

You are the one who needs to make some adjustments.

You accept their terms without an assurance that they will be true to you.

If you want to get out on that unfair treatment, don't do bounties at all. It's a risk joining in the first place.
4028  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Some problematic things about Coinbase on: December 03, 2019, 06:42:13 PM
Because generally exchanges are rather insecure comparing to other wallets like Electrum or Coinomi. It could be hacked or might also be a scam, you can't be

Where did you get this idea? Electrum and Coinomi do have their own feature on which Coinbase or any exchanges didn't have. Vice-versa, Coinbase, and any exchange also have their unique feature that hardware wallets, desktop wallets don't have.

Regardless of features, non-custodial wallets (like Electrum and Coinomi) are generally considered safer because they have fewer attack vectors (more resistant to phishing, don't have to worry about password leaks, etc.). They don't have the capability to hold your funds for any reason either.

Coinbase does have the advantage of insuring their customers' funds (so they might actually be better than a lot of exchanges for storage), but you won't really need insurance if you know how to take care of coins.

Of course, and I think everyone already knows that Electrum and Coinomi are generally much safer compared to any centralized exchanges out there even how reputable it is when we are talking about storing our own coins.

What I'm pointing to my statement there is not about the security between those wallets but where did OP got the idea that exchanges are insecure to those non-custodial wallets.

OP is telling anyone not to use Coinbase to store their coins which is already a general and basic rule, guidelines and a must thing to do. Why use Coinbase for that purpose? Just use their features instead.
4029  Economy / Gambling / Re: Opinions - Advices - Tips&Tricks - Casinos online on: December 02, 2019, 11:39:38 PM
Hello everyone, I want to ask you the tips and advice with a gambling site. I have documented myself about these sites, there is no existing site that is perfect for players. What do you think ?  how should it be, design, games, contests? I look forward to your advice and opinions on how you should be a perfect site. If I haven't posted where I should, please have someone move the topic to the appropriate section.  Thanks

Check those popular gambling sites today like Primedice, Sportsbet, Nitrogensports, Yolodice, Bitsler, Cloudbet, etc.

Then list some question like;

How these sites became big? What did they do?
What have they done before that they able to meet meets gambler's requirements?

Search for it, maybe via browsing the whole site, checking ANN's and so.. and from there, you will have at least have an idea how they able to meet gambler's criteria.

The sea games are worth to watch but sadly, I don't have enough money to watch it live. I would like to see beautiful event places like in Rizal memorial stadium.

Honestly, ticket rates are cheap. At least on the majority of the venues.

Although, when I say cheap, obviously don't expect a ringside nor front seat. Cheesy But believe me, for example, lower boxes seats of MOA arena isn't that far from the main stage as everyone thought while watching in a Live TV broadcast. Been there about 5 to 6 times.

Even outside venues do have cheap ticket rates. Although if you are from Manila, you will should transport fees so better just stick around the Manila venue. Smiley

a few days ago there was a new where the president ordered that the tickets for the SEA games be given free to the public except for basketball, football and
volleyball since they were sold out before the tickets became free to the public. the only problem now is your fare.

The reason why every venue is full of audience.

Aside from cheap tickets for sale, there are free tickets too.

I just check some of the ticket prices and I can say that some do have an affordable rates that even a student can avail of it. Lucky those who lived at nearby venues. In the MOA arena, lower box C only cost Php50 with the lower box a at Php 250. What a price and in exchange, you will see our athletes especially our own bastketball team since this sports will be played at these arena.
4031  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Withdraw your funds on CryptoBridge Exchange by December 15, 2019 on: December 02, 2019, 10:26:18 PM
It's good that they made the announcement long enough, but the main purpose is to steal depositors' money.

They can just simply do an exit scam. Why bother making an announcement if the main purpose is to steal money. Just to make it more professional and no one can blame them for stuck funds if ever there are users that aren't aware? We can't get much feedback here about their users itself so we don't know if that KYC thing was processed fast as stated.

For those who have stuck funds there, if your coins or tokens listed there are somehow near in becoming a dead coin or no progress about the development, think of saying goodbye to those now instead of submitting your personal information. I don't understand what's the use of that KYC. They can just verify their users according to activity logged as no password changed, usual IP used, email verification, etc.
4032  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How do you come up with business ideas in crypto space? on: December 02, 2019, 09:20:18 PM
I'd like you to take a moment to think about the way in which you explore new opportunities in crypto world. I'm sure there's a lot of concepts one can use to bring a new business to crypto.

I'd like to open a discussion that might inspire others to look at places they never even knew existed. Smiley

Edit:
Although it may sound like it, I'm not actually looking for a concrete ideas for my own business. Sorry if I made it sound like it. What interests me (and I hope others as well) are general strategies to find one, particularly in crypto. E.g. In what way is it best to look for some emerging trends that might be good to explore?

You are the only one who can make up better ideas. There are lots of ideas but only you can tell if you can manage to handle those along the way. Try to spend some time searching those suggested ones in a silent room, solo or be accompanied by your supposed partners. Try to analyze if those on the lists can handle well - in other words, brainstorming.

Because that is a crypto-related idea, you need someone with basic knowledge about it. Try to search if one of your colleagues might be a help or maybe in your local section. It's easy and more approachable if you will consult there first.

How did you end up using that site and just use their service without doing further research? I didn't even see good reviews around. Did you have a smooth transaction there before?

4034  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: November 28, 2019, 11:15:01 PM
Luckily Kemba doesn't suffer a severe neck injury and now performing like nothing happened. It's like he managed to escape career ending injury because it's his neck that's sprained. Dropping 39 points coming from injury is really amazing.

There is no player in the world who will miss just a single game on that kind of injury.

He managed to perform like nothing happen because he didn't really come from an injury. That's how sturdy he is. It's a scary-looking though but right after the test did on the same day the supposed serious injury happens, he just immediately came back to Boston to rejoin the team. The pain he feels was because of the impact like what we feel during the collision or sudden injury.

He managed to avoid that serious injury. I appreciate what he did that instead to take the reason that he isn't able to play just to have a long rest, he still plays.
4035  Local / Pamilihan / Re: South Korean exchange Upbit hacked for $50 million on: November 28, 2019, 10:34:14 PM
Hmm. what are the chances na baka sila-sila 'lang din gumagawa nyan? Declaring they were hacked then exit na kasi nalugi.  Roll Eyes
Tingin nyo? Posible mangyari ganyang scenario?

Possible but compare to other incidents where the involvement of a certain exchange is obvious, the Upbit hack is far different. This exchange is regulated and if found guilty, all people behind this will touch their precious prison gates. SoKor's regulation and their law about crypto are so strict so I think this is not an inside job and the CEO will not put his name at risk. Upbit's assets will be liquidated too to cover the loss so I don't see what's the benefit of an inside job if the CEO is involved.

Maybe not the Upbit owners themselves but might be sabotage from their employees. Let's wait for the progress of this issue.
4036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ESPORTS - predictions and tips (Dota 2, CS:GO, LoL) on: November 28, 2019, 09:33:22 PM

@OP

Do you have some knowledge about participating teams in SouthEastAsian games in the E-sports category?

I mean, by any means, I think you encounter already the names of some participated teams.

If possible, can you also cover that. Want to compare my analysis to your analysis.
4037  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Please answer this question, ( What to mine with low budget GPUs) on: November 28, 2019, 08:41:21 PM
I would like to mine something.
I used to mine ETH in 2016 with RX480s

I sold those and now i only have RX560 4GB

offcourse these 4gb 128bit cannot mine ETH anymore
But what can they mine succesfully ?

THANK YOU , PLEASE ANSWER ME WITH BEST CHOICE !

None. Change your plan.

Use your hard-earned money to buy top coins. Your video card is good for gaming. Enjoy HD games instead while holding those coins you pick as part of your portfolio.

GPU mining is not profitable anymore. Those easy to mined coins back then didn't able to handle the 2018 bear market.
4038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever done to experiment to determine percentage of winning? on: November 28, 2019, 08:09:55 PM
Then conduct an analysis of the percentage of winnings to determine if there are some tricks we could find with these experiments in different gambling sites.

If the purpose is to determined if there's a trick, then you are just wasting your time.

Dice, Roulettes = luck
Sports Betting = analyzation
Mind games = strategy

I don't know how can we determined the trick based on our past bets and listing our 10 bets per day. What can we only see there is how much we risk on that week.
4039  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptopia Exchange on: November 27, 2019, 11:53:25 PM

The process of their supposed refund will take years.

I'm not expecting good to this exchange anymore. If they will become true to their words then good.

Good thing is, this case is filed legally at the court so at least investors have a slight chance for recovery.
4040  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: November 27, 2019, 11:34:04 PM
Kaka interview ko lang din ngayon sa coins.ph ngayon naman hinihingan ako ng mga documents about financial documents na wala ako nun paano kaya yun?

There is a list. Try to choose what's convenient for you.

Since nasa campaign ka, naisip ko baka pwede 'yong income mo from Yobit. May payment history naman sa Yobit panel na pwede mo ipakita sa kanila. Tapos 'yong nasa signature page din para sa rates.

It will be rejected 100%. Believed me.

What he needs to do is not to answer that form then have a separate ticket explaining that crypto earnings source. Then the support will tell him what to do.

But that already should mentioned in the interview. How come he didn't brought up the concern about financial documents. I wonder what's the question or just a basic question indeed?
