4041  Economy / Speculation / Re: The good moves of Bitcoin. on: December 29, 2021, 02:00:22 PM
You are now not studying the nature of market movements, but rather the psychology of a biased random sample to estimate the price of Bitcoin, which is accurate if the sample has accurate experience regarding the price and looks at it in an impartial manner, which is not available in the price analysis currently.

Market psychology analysis may not be a good indicator because it is linked to news and past and Khaled market analyzes, all of which are factors that give a wrong impression about the price.
There are some sites[1] [2] [3] that provide such predictions and depend on the accuracy of previous predictions to build an analytical model.

4042  Economy / Speculation / Re: What about 2022? on: December 29, 2021, 01:45:03 PM
Trading during a year, especially next year, will be impossible, and therefore no one can say the price, but the probability of breaking the 100,000 barrier is higher than the possibility of obtaining those heights in the next three years.
In general, we must define that the stage will be for the market, which witnesses a lot of fluctuations, not stability, meaning that we will not maintain a price level within 10k, but rather severe changes, but this does not mean that we must continue with a price above 100k, but rather break the barrier even for a few seconds or approach it will be useful.
4043  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [Exchange] 7b Crypto Broker - Unlimited trading opportunities on: December 29, 2021, 12:44:12 PM
Is the only option to make trading is to download the app? I don't want to be pessimistic but it's hard to trust an anonymous third party app so creating the ability to trade from the web would be a confidence booster.
The fees are not clear, the rate is 1% for each trading, or is it for each trading client, and the withdrawal fees depend on the withdrawal amount? If this is true, for example, if I want to withdraw 1 bitcoin, does this mean that the withdrawal fee is $500?
Below is the platform Powered by Binance? How is KYC not required?
4044  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Help btc,eth wallets on: December 29, 2021, 12:29:35 PM
This would be a problem if the platform was decentralized, as the user manages his money without controlling the platform, but in the central platforms, they do not make transfers on mainNet network only when deposits or withdraws.

The solutions to the problem will be as follows:

 - Create a token where the user converts all the dust balance to it and then can exchange it to BTC with zero fees: as BNB dust exchange.
 - Possibility of withdrawing to networks with low fees: sidechain network or second layer as LN or Polygon.
 - Enable VIP user option: When your account is premium, the platform can incur a withdrawal fee (make it zero) for monthly subscriptions.

Other marketing solutions because the administration is updating the database balance, which is a central thing.
4045  Economy / Economics / Re: Corporations use inflation as an excuse to raise prices and fatten profits on: December 29, 2021, 12:04:38 PM
I think the statements of Former US Labor Secretary Robert Reich are trying to pay attention to a symptom or a side effect of a disease, not a disease. Corporate profits have increased due to monopoly and centralization, but if inflation rates do not rise, companies will not find a motif in the increases.
In addition to the uncertainty, freight price increase, economic war, supply chain problems and others, many companies will find an opportunity to increase their prices, but where is the government role, especially in times of fluctuations that need some interventions.

Companies are guilty, but blaming them without focusing on economic problems is unrealistic.
4046  Economy / Economics / Re: Gibraltar moves to become world’s first cryptocurrency hub on: December 29, 2021, 11:44:53 AM
Personally, I do not take any news linking cryptocurrencies, bitcoin and dogecoin as a reliable source, I have always thought that such news aims to get more views or may be inaccurate.
We've heard that Malta is going to be a hub for crypto and other countries, but I've always said that taxes aren't the only thing to make a place central to something, it's infrastructure, state policy that encourages innovation, ease of doing transactions, and making everything look legal and smooth.

Any country that succeeds in these things while setting low taxes will be a crypto hub.

In short, I'm not too optimistic despite it being positive news.
4047  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Binance Received Regulatory Approval From Canada and Bahrain on: December 29, 2021, 11:17:34 AM
This makes the Canadian financial services (and potentially many other countries' services too) look A LOT less hostile towards cryptocurrency.
The problem is that Binance will be a model for how to deal with all cryptocurrency exchanges and cryptocurrency in general.
Binance has many black points and I hope it ends well, but if problems occur, many countries may take a step back before issuing any licenses in the future.

For some time lately they are no longer hostile. Everything has change since big companies invest into bitcoin.
And as long as Binance does all the legal steps, the financial services will accept it, at least in the more open minded countries.

I agree, in 2017, we only heard the link between cryptocurrencies, drugs and support terrorism. Today, a lot of people talk about them as digital investment tools.
4048  Bitcoin / Legal / Binance Received Regulatory Approval From Canada and Bahrain on: December 28, 2021, 04:49:19 PM
According to the official filing[1] with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), Binance’s Canadian arm will be operating as Binance Canada Capital Markets

Quote
It will also engage in foreign exchange dealing, money transferring, and virtual currencies.

The exchange was incorporated as a domestic entity on December 1st, 2021, and the license is valid for the next four years, i.e., till December 31st, 2024.

Binance also announced[2] receiving in-principle approval from the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) to operate as a cryptocurrency service provider.

Quote
The CBB has been a progressive pioneer in developing a robust crypto-asset framework focusing on compliance with global standards of anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, transaction monitoring, consumer protection amongst others. It sets a benchmark bridging traditional financial systems and the crypto industry to facilitate safe adoption and deployment.”

Binance is expanding east and west. This may be good news, but I hope it will end well.
Overall, it is good that it is the second platform to enter the Middle East. If they continue to provide their services in a simple way and verify identity quickly, they may get millions of users.

4049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will AVAX stop working soon? on: December 26, 2021, 02:16:41 PM
I do not think that relying on the views of a YouTube channel will be useful, and if there is real news, you will find that the price of that currency will begin to collapse quickly.
Therefore, if there is a problem, you will find it directly at the price, you are now safe, but what will guarantee the future.

Most of the altcoins depend on the failure of ethereum to upgrade to V2, and therefore the fee problem will continue. Once the fee problem is resolved, most altcoins will be worthless due to the lack of any demand for them.
4050  Other / Meta / Re: Can a merit source use it's status to shill own project by giving merit ? on: December 26, 2021, 01:40:14 PM
I can understand your concerns, but it will be twofold:

 - Bump the topic: A lot of people will reply to get Merits, so that topic will be first.
 - False reviews: If you can prove it, it is like selling merits for a positive feedback, which is a behaviour that deserves a negative trust.

Therefore, you need to prove that Merit source use Merits (indirect selling) to get positive feedback
4051  Other / Meta / Re: [TOP-200] The most generous users giving merits on: December 26, 2021, 01:29:01 PM
Sorry for bumping this topic but:

Are the Merits for some sources increased? I thought that 1,000 merits per month was the maximum, but based on this topic ---> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;stats=topsend, @DdmrDdmr sent about 1,700 Merits.
Did I miss something? I haven't been active in this board for a while.

if you donate assets that would otherwise incur a long-term capital gain (such as BTC you bought more than a year ago...) then you get to deduct the FMV (subject to AGI-based limits & some other restrictions

This is related to Bitcoin donations directly without the need to convert it into dollars and then donate dollars.
The idea is to stimulate charitable giving but if you intend to donate it is better to donate Bitcoin directly rather than donate with US dollars.
4053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Satisfied what you gained with altcoins in 2021? on: December 24, 2021, 11:23:52 AM
A person loves to own more. If greed cannot control you, you will prefer more, especially with a falling market of 80% or more that enables you to double your money easily.
The market has witnessed good rises during this all, as all cryptos have recorded new ATH and some of them were not even expected to reach those peaks.
If you sell now, you may be lucky or in the middle of a very fast train, so if you are not afraid of losing money, wait a bit.

Finally, altcoins are not an ideal option for those who want to keep them for the long term.
4054  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Identity needed in the markeplace: the point from deceber2021 on: December 24, 2021, 10:55:19 AM
Its a pain in the ass
I have noticed it is getting harder and harder to buy bitcoin or other coins without KYC even P2P platforms while some may not need it the actual platforms you need to transfer money do
I also noticed that Payoneer has frozen my account until I KYC have 100€ in it

It's not the hardest but the old ways are quickly shutting down. You can still get bitcoins without identity verification if you trade with P2P who wants what you're selling so you can find them from:

 - Forums: This forum has a section for currency exchange.
 - Social media: It may seem dangerous, but only trade with a trusted person and in very small amounts.
 - Peer-to-peer trading: Find a money transfer method that has many clients.

And many more, but the important point is that it is difficult to hide the identity, and therefore if you want to transfer large amounts, it is better to verify the identity.
4055  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Help a newbie on: December 24, 2021, 10:45:04 AM
Are you the actual owner of this snap of video or what? Because I think it will be valuable if you shoot it yourself otherwise don't expect a lot of money.
In general, the tour through time will be good, but it is difficult to say that it is worth paying these amounts, especially for someone who has experience in the cryptocurrency market and knows the fluctuation of its price.

If you are looking for buyers from outside the market, you must convince them that you are the owner of that image.
4056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Delusional or not? on: December 24, 2021, 09:56:38 AM
This can be obtained using third-party apps such as block explorers, but I do not know what the intrinsic value is if you do not know the difference between legal and scam? But will it solve problems like liquidity? High gas costs? Speed transfers? Decentralized (if it was central, it would not need smart contracts)?

Generally, this can be implemented centrally or decentralized and within the blockchain level, but it is difficult to implement it between several blockchains.
4057  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LucPey - Top-notch Cryptocurrency Exchange on: December 24, 2021, 09:37:12 AM
Once again, everything is clear. Promptly, transparently. Virtually no unnecessary worries. Keep it up.

you still want to use alt accounts (newly created) in order to prove your credibility? You are making things much worse.
You have to set the upper bounds, speed of implementation but I don't think you will get any positive feedback here.

How do you plan to respond to customer requests when you don't want to log in again?

you can use BestChange for better exchange rate.
4058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull or Bear Market? on: December 24, 2021, 09:24:10 AM
It is wrong to take a chart without explaining more details then take a low point and assume that the next year will be happy.
We can't say if it's a Bull or Bear market, but a lot of people seem optimistic about the coming months.
Everything is predictable so the downside has been tested many times and we may see some good bull market.

So, we may witness both directions in the next year, meaning that the price will rise above 90k and then return to be below 30k.
4059  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When Bull Market will Start on: December 24, 2021, 09:03:44 AM
By ATH you mean more than 68k or more than 100k?
Many analyzes expect that we will reach levels close to 100k in 2022, specifically in the first quarter of that year, but the question is how long will the prices continue and how will the correction levels be.

It is wrong to build hypotheses based on inaccurate analyzes, but in general I can say that the bottom is at 20k, and therefore you should base your calculations on this, and therefore any level above 20k is a gain for you.

As for reaching 100k, it will be temporary and fast.
4060  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Question about receiving addresses on: December 24, 2021, 08:52:30 AM
I still do not know why many people prefer it. Well, probably as a result of the people using bitcoin now are not security and privacy oriented.

I can mention many reasons:

 - Domain name: It is the blockchain and when you use it you will find that it is a reliable wallet that has been operating for several years.
 - Web-wallet: Most financial services do not have a desktop app, but rather rely on a website, so it is difficult to find someone who has downloaded an application on PC.
 - Identity verification and the concept of accounts: As I mentioned, dealing with financial services for many is linked to creating an account and verifying identity.
 - Google search result: I don't know but my first wallet was a blockchain.com/info and I used it for about 3 months. Cry
