~snip~

She is like in an oven toaster, hot from all sides  Smiley. Every ounce of decision here will be criticized. But i like the courage and the optimism of this official as we can't be forever be hiding scared from this virus as we will suffer if we don't do anything about it. Once casinos will be back open, people would also be mindful and they will follow protocol (though not all) to avoid the virus and if ever there's a spike in contamination then that should be the time to lock down again. Move and adjust until we all find the best way to balance everything.

Taulava is still active, right? the oldest now.

Asi Taulava is active and this season should be his last dance in the PBA before assuming a coaching job at NLEX, he was promised that job by the management. I think he's the biggest loser of this pandemic because he might not be able to play on the last season of his career.

His case is different from that of RDO because he has still a live contract with NLEX and he can't simply announce that he is retired from playing in the PBA.

He is the oldest active PBA player right now, followed by Reynel Hugnatan if i am not mistaken.

@Bttzed03 @Theb @GreatArkansas, thanks to you guys, I have now my first Electrum btc wallet.

But the confidence is slowly coming back now, thanks to your help.
4045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Is there an online casino offering Chinese Poker? on: May 19, 2020, 06:20:36 AM
Does anyone here know an online casino that offered this card game called "Chinese Poker"?

I don't know what it is called in another country but have attached a picture for easy recognition of this game.

ctto

There is an APP for this available in the Playstore.

I think if he is out of contract now and he will get signed by a certain team, then for sure that team still sees he can contribute.
This guy is not active as well with the Bolts, and even if he will get sign, for sure he will only get a very small playing time.

Here is some information on Chris Lutz.

Quote
Meralco holds the rights to Lutz, who the franchise picked from the free-agency list after being let go by San Miguel.

Unfortunately, Lutz hasn’t played a single game for the Bolts since landing there in 2017, no thanks to an assortment of injuries to the foot, ankle and back that kept him from making a comeback.

This guy plays like Marcio Lassiter, good defender and a good wingman as well when he was healthy. As I've read in the article, a comeback is a slim possibility since he is not yet on basketball shape and father time is catching up on him.

4048  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Betting this June? on: May 18, 2020, 10:20:00 PM
There is this talkshow that I watched yesterday and they were talking about the 2nd waves of covid19. The reason why there will be a second wave and this is base on what they are hypothetically been discussing. People are used to going to events like boxing matches and when we all go out of our homes, there will be spikes of covid19 victims and this will be worse because there will be more than the previous.

We are confident to go out because the rate of death so far is just too small but if an elderly is infected it means death.  Arum is a risk-taker, they better provide a secure measure for so I hope it will not trigger more victims.

Authorities will not allow this kind of activities if they see that their people's live is at risk and I also believe that with the technology and knowledge that we have on the virus we could somehow avoid contamination. I listened to a doctor being interviewed and she said that we have to learned to deal with this virus as we can't hide forever from it.

Some update on the Top Rank's plan this June.

TBH I'm never seen Biboy Ravanes played even a vintage video, have never seen him and don't know him but those guys listed together with him, of course I've seen them all and I miss Chris Luts, he was one of the favorite in SMB, don't know what happen to him already.

Neither I have seen him play live bro  Smiley, just read articles and heard from PBA anchors on how good of a defender he is and was amazed to see this article about him being the best rookie the SMB had stats-wise.

About Chris Lutz, have also read that he is making a PBA comeback but is stalled because of the pandemic. I will try to find the link and post it here if possible.

Found an interesting article, i never thought that Biboy Ravanes was once an offensive player. I have known him for being a defensive player, seen him shut down opponent's ace player and import in a reinforced PBA conference.

4053  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Betting this June? on: May 17, 2020, 10:09:20 PM
And I'm sure that there will no fight gonna happen since the case still worse and no vaccine that can cure the infected has been created successfully so far we might gonna see the real answer for this maybe next year.

Sorry bro but I have to disagree with you on this one. It has been done in other countries like South Korea and Nicaragua, no doubt they can do it in the US. A few states are willing to open for this kind of sport. People in general, I think will support this idea since it's one way of bringing their economy back on its feet.

4054  Local / Pamilihan / Re: [FULL]Project Covid-19 Signature Campaign (Pilipinas Local Version) on: May 17, 2020, 09:38:29 PM

4057  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING: Skill-based vs. Chance-based on: May 15, 2020, 11:26:03 PM
Skill-based is kinda difficult for me, especially I am a busy person since if you want to dominate in Skill-based games, you really should need a lot of time to practice and play more to become a skilled player.
I'll go with chance-based gambling since all the players are the same, even how much your fund is or skill is, the chance will still decide.

Seems i have to agree with you on this one bro. Skill-based games really needed a ton of time for us to excel on that field.

As i observed though that whether you are into skill based or chance-based, if you don't do it moderately you will end up broke  Smiley.

Coach Tab knows how to balance his players he can now pick the best one and trained them back, He already have knowledge with players that can be competitive and knows to play internationally, it's not hard for him to call those deserving players to play again and regroup, only those who are retired and already aging that's needed to be replaced and we all know that there are lots of new players who can fill in.

I'm not expecting much from coach Tab when he take over the Gilas head coaching job. We might be disappointed because however beautiful his system is but he don't have the kind of player suitable for this, then it's useless. But if in 2023 he could get the likes of Kai Sotto, Jalen Green, Jordan Ckarkson, Remy Martin and AJ Edu this could be huge to Philippine basketball.

Mark Dickel says Gilas program in good hands with Tab Baldwin
Quote
EVEN though Gilas Pilipinas has yet to name a permanent head coach, Mark Dickel said the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) is headed in the right direction after installing a program headed by Tab Baldwin.

AGREE OR DISAGREE?

Me, I agree, I like Coach Tab to handle the Gilas as under his coaching job last time, Gilas were able to perform well in the international competition.
So hopefully with his guidance it will make Gilas a more exciting team to watch again.

Pinoy coaches are really longing for a scenario that Philippine team should coached by a full bloodied Pinoy. However there is no suitable coach at the moment IMO. They were all given an opportunity to lead the Gilas but there seems to be a stagnant in term of development and program. I think hiring a foreign coaches, specially from Europe would help develop and instill discipline on our national players. There will always opposition by this decision of SBP but at least they are doing the right thing for Philippine basketball.
