There was a confusion , though kashish948 is right on his end that his Thread mentions only CAD and there was no such discussion about USD or CAD but that was just a mistake by OP of not mentioning Cad or BTC. Though kashish is not liable to do it , but he should/might want to think it over. It might not be big for you but for someone it is , maybe they were trying to make some profit , if not whole you should make upto something ,you already bought it at low rate so if you even pay him as per current price , that would be Nice of you.

Why are people paying that much for BCT accounts?
You can get decent payments from signature campaigns with a Hero acc., but it takes a while to get to 1.15 BTC.
Though it's true the Price difference paid by Sig camp's ain't much in Hero and Legendary but Legendary is type of Rare and i much respected , so the price seems good for it! |

I am not dumb enough to send him someone else's property without first receiving payment. The OP lied. Big surprise, that is what scammers do. The details were checked, he was notified and still backed out. Account details have been verified.

The negative stays You should have stated it earlier in the proof you posted that the account was verified , if he backed out after terms were full-filled , it's upto you if you want to remove neg trust because he backed out or not |

Just wanted to state here that the OP is little confused and is not much Familiar with How trust works. His trust list is edited and thus on DefaultTrust >Depth 2 shows him as neutral ( 0: -0 / +0(0) ) . Though other details are true , am just stating it so to avoid hassle for OP if he agrees on Deal , it might get him and his main Red trust though it's not his intention .

I don't suppose seller can send you wrong info which would be matching so much of the description , after receiving link and confirming it you can just proceed with the Escrow , and as per terms you'll have the account first so you can re-check that the account is same which was mentioned before and you proceed . I don't really understand here what there was to make it such complicated.  Edit: Also , you state he tried to change terms which would result in scam , he clearly stated that you check it with Profile link and you won't need to change password and thus it won't appear up in Seclog |

Though it's not much frequent but i have experienced it many times over some months. And yeah it's specific to this forum only, when i tracert'ed it , it went Timed out for some seconds and then back on , though my Internet connection is working fine ATM . But it never turned out to be much issue , after max of 1-5 refresh's it's back on track . But sometimes i have to clear cache to get it running |
