Works too... this thing. Easily. Instantly. But can only send. I hope this is not a limitation imposed by not running a full node. Because full nodes on cellphones are kinda... meh. yes, the limitation for send only is because it is not a full node. You can set it to connect to your own remote full node (on home desktop, server etc) however, or it defaults to the developer's provided full node otherwise. And of course you can receive on your own full node. I think there is a good business model here in becoming the first company to do "LightningPay" (bitcoin layer-2) set-ups for merchants, in the same way BitPay did for bitcoin layer-1 ... with instant payments and unlimited TX capacity for the foreseeable future the potential is a few orders of magnitude bigger than BitPay's business model. Yeah. I have a full node (Well I run a few of those, lol) with lnd. I can certainly connect to that. But I suppose to re-fund the phone wallet I have to just do it from the main chain every time? Am I missing another way?

How do you fund it? It's a regular bitcoin wallet. Send it some coin to a segwit address, and then you use that to open lightning channels. It's super easy. Took me about the span of three confirmations to have a ready to spend lightning channel open. And seeing lightning work is pretty exciting. It's fast for sure. Oh... BTW I funded it, and opened and closed THREE channels. Total fees ~.00004000 BTC. or about $0.25US

MorphToken Announces Support for Monero Subaddresses anyone tried them? they said we do not track any user data. is it true? are they trustable?
Dafuq is a morph token? Is that like my buddy Brad who smokes weed while on morphine pain killers? It is not a token, don't like their choice of names but wateva. You can morph one token, I mean coin into another, so they are like shapeshift or evercoin and their fees are lower. Actually you can morph one coin into several different ones in the same tx. That is their "thing". They don't support many coins at this time but they do support Monero. I met someone from MorphToken a few weeks ago and they are an experienced group from a different venture, sorry but I forget who. Cake wallet has integrated MorphToken into their wallet which makes it very easy to use. Sounds like a good idea, and lower fees than the competition should be easy enough to achieve. A "friend of mine" used this recently for a transaction. Worked well. 1 tx. YMMV Your "Friend" used which Cake wallet or Morphtoken directly? Morphtoken. He's pretty non-Apple... this guy... I know...

It's hard to feel sorry for him, but for some reason I almost do. He has serious anger problems. Also, this is definitely the result of some serious parenting errors. What an absolute nozzle he is. Plus... If he was worried about dying babies I bet he could have saved a village with whatever he spent on that ill fitting slippery looking suit.

Something is happening in Canada. I don't know what it is, but I don't like it.
Hockey? Rush concert? Twinkly PM? Poutine? Wait I like Poutine... it's not that one.

Is he saying "more baby sausage!"? Pretty sure I'm calling him "Baby Sausage" from now on. Bring the memes.

C'mon corn! If Jesus could do it, I bet you can too! Easter on April Fool's Day on BitcoinTalk. What could go wrong? You had to go and ask that. Without a thought to the orphans!

Yeah but check the withdrawal page now. Everything requires verification. That wasn't the case 6 weeks ago.

Eh. Bitcoin is still fucked up, hodling. Everyone's got to complain about something, waah waah.
Then again it's much nicer to be stuck at 7k for a few years than $600.
Nice if that was going to happen. It's not.

The level of bullishness in this thread is bizarre and concerning since I normally factor in a reverse sentiment indicator.
I agree and also find it concerning. That said, my own stance on Bitcoin remains solidly bullish... but that is considering a fairly open ended time horizon. The current environment is undoubtedly bearish and all arrows a pointing towards it continuing to be. But, I still think the fundamentals and the future are very bright and it's just a matter of time, as it has been in the past, before Bitcoin comes roaring back. Question is... what is that matter of time? Is that the kind of bullishness that concerns you? Should I be rending my garments?

Sorry if this has been posted before but it was updated recently. Torque this is mostly for you and roach too. https://medium.com/@super.crypto1/4th-dimension-bitcoin-manipulation-cartel-can-it-be-burnt-no-way-c53de65c166a+ Why do they do this? It’s all about money control. Financial elite has recognized that Bitcoin and Crypto in general is a threat to their existence. What do powers do when they see anything as a threat or enemy? You got it, they try to destroy the enemy (by all means). Therefore, It is extremely important for the Financial-elite to stop bitcoin’s rise so their show can continue.
What do they do to stop the RISE of Bitcoin? They first let it rise to unimaginable height (20K first stop). Then they drop it to unimaginable lows. They will do this many times. They have trillions of dollar to maintain the show going, UNTIL the RETAIL investor gives up in frustration. What you are seeing since Mid-2017 is just the 1st inning of 9 innings Bitcoin game.
Bitcoin has been placed into Geopolitical chessboard since Mid-2017. Most of the Bitcoiners have NO IDEA how big this game is. Crypto space is just a pawn on this chessboard and there are elite-fingers moving these pawns (Gold, Silver and now Bitcoin). Here's the thing. Bitcoin has already checkmated anyone who is trying to play this game. Even if gold and silver are as manipulated as this article suggests there is a significant difference between those precious metals and Bitcoin. The only way for precious metals to have a utility like bitcoin's is when paper currencies based on non fractional reserves of those metals are distributed. The world gave up on this, and up until now that hand has played very well for central banks but Bitcoin is going to destroy that game. Bitcoin's utility is already too great for manipulators to be able to corner it like they have the precious metals assumedly. In the end if they throw all their massive amounts of money at BTC to try to manipulate it what do you think that means will actually happen? There is strong talk that a gold backed Yuan and a silver backed ruble are imminent. Everything is manipulated inc. bitcoin (by whales and exchange bots currently) and its naive to think otherwise. When bankers run the world behind the scenes controlling the laws and the money printing presses they can own and control anything they wish too. Always makes me laugh when people here claim they can manipulate the gold markets but not bitcoin for some reason even though gold's market cap dwarfs bitcoin. Not only did you call me naive, you misrepresented what I said multiple times to do so... Either intentionally, or out of ignorance. I will not waste my time engaging with you.

True. Central banks can print money to buy bitcoin and no fuck will be given to the inflation. They dont care. However, they cant do the same to bitcoin. This is my point. There is no doubt they will attempt this manipulation. But the properties of BTC will cause this to be a losing strategy for them. I wonder if they know it yet.
