you know its kinda funny how nobody plans for the normal highs and lows of an ecomonic system when structuring block rewards. if people would use half their brain when designing this coins they'd end up with a coin worth having

Done whining?

More like done offering you advice, since you clearly cannot be reasoned with. Good luck with your coin though. i have no doubt you will see a sudden exodous of hashrate when NanoToken is released Smiley

4063  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Zealots and Criminals, Is no one using bitcoin for legitimate purchases? on: June 26, 2013, 11:14:25 PM
It was Paypal President David Marcus that said "The big question is whether [Bitcoin] is going to go mainstream or stay limited to just a few zealots and criminals."
i use bitcoin and not in a criminal way.

Maybe the article would be better written as "Zealots and Criminals, Is it possible for anyone anywhere to pay or get paid without breaking any laws?". Technically if you get cash out of an ATM and spend it in a shop somewhere else your a money transmitter and need to be registered as such. That's the way the fascist states like it, everyone's guilty of something.

yep. america has become its own oppressor.

America is not a fascist state. It's a republic. The problem is that public opinion has swung so far toward the extreme of security over freedom that the public is oppressing themselves. Either things will change, or the public will "get used to" less freedom and keep demanding more and more security.

Everyone is talking about the 1% oppressing the 99%, but the real issue is the 51% oppressing the 49%, and that has nothing to do with wealth.

that's the dumbest shit i've ever heard anyone say.

You not talking the right language..

Baaaaaahhh... Baaaaad... Baaaaad...coin

In any case, who wants to buy 50,000 coins from me?  1 BTC right now!

Huh, wow. I guess I should have copied WorldCoin, named it GlobalCoin, Made a ridiculously large block reward, failed to release my source code on time, lied about my premine, and pooched my whole launch. Maybe my coin would have been given a fair chance Roll Eyes

4067  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SKIP NEWBIE JAIL! - Selling forum accounts! on: June 26, 2013, 11:01:39 PM
There is a widespread call for strictly enforced rules on scamming and alt accounts.

Says the guy who posted a false offer in my thread which he later said was a scam.

you expect people to wire money to you in exchange for bitcoins you can't prove you even have. nuff said.
4068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for an guide on: June 26, 2013, 10:56:56 PM
well, when you set up a coin pool, you have to make sure you don't go off the deep end. i'm not sure how good your coin will be able to swim.
4069  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: SKIP NEWBIE JAIL! - Selling forum accounts! on: June 26, 2013, 10:16:37 PM
There are no rules in this forum.

pretty much. there are very little rules that i'm aware of.

Organic free trade... though not necessarily fair trade,

The market will need to organically develop its own policies & people will vote with their bitcoins as to which community guidelines are the best. For right now there are relatively no rules being enforced by the top bitcoin websites as their is no widespread call for such.

I respectfully disagree. There is a widespread call for strictly enforced rules on scamming and alt accounts. the problem is that money, or in this case bitcoin, talks and the big wigs with the money want the system how it is, because it allows their fraudulent success models to prevail. most of us with very little bitcoin are in the minority by default, because the hand that feeds the forum/bitcoin economy is fundamentally juxtaposed against us.

4078  Other / Meta / Re: Is selling malware against the rules of bitcointalk? on: June 26, 2013, 10:00:29 AM
Ban would be appropriate.

There are enough trading places but bitcointalk doesn't need such kind of attention.

i second this.
