the point is still valid - they claim to be the first pool yet they are not. they withheld merged mining payouts for years until the merged coin was worthless. They have allowed firmware that was later proven to be faulty and incapable of finding blocks but still let those using keep all their payments.

Just because they have 6+ EH and find - what did you say? - an average of 5 blocks per day - does not make them any type of a "good" pool.

yes! I saw the newsletter as well - I totally missed the last stamps they issued, by the time I saw it they were sold out and anyone selling them wants 4 to 5 times the price they paid.

you keep missing the point - some gpu's are worth 2k and some gpu's are worth $50

same with asics - they could be $200 asics or they could be $5k asics

you need to list specifics - otherwise someone could say $1000 and be way over the actual value of what you have or they could be so low its laughable.

I have had no response once I realized that my cards were not funded. Yes he offered me a refund in Feb but I received 5 cards in May - I received an email that my card WAS funded yet the address it states in the email that was funded IS not the address on my card.

multiple emails, pm's, website tickets etc have all been unanswered

I would love to see that come up for sale or auction.

that is totally understandable to take a break but it is not fair for those that have paid for something to not have received what they paid for whether it is the physical item or funding or both. Especially with no contact or personal explanation.

I don't think for a second that Yogg is scamming or trying to run away with anyone's funds but until people are made whole it still looks bad.

Not sure - I know yogg was having some issues and I really hope he overcomes the challenges he was facing.

I am still trying to reach him concerning funding for cards purchased that were to be funded but have yet to receive their funding that I paid.
