Zimmah and chuck come you guys, stick with us and remove the sig please, look at this ridiculous OP!

I did remove the sig.  If you try clicking on his name or anywhere you can't, it won't redirect to scummy gambling site.  I altered the text as you can see.  I'm not advertisinig him, I'm condemning him.

same here, i had the original sig until the 10th, but i changed it yesterday.

I feel fucking robbed...hundreds of hundreds of posts for nothing.

I'm just guesstimating, but I'm pretty sure I personally posted over 400 times easily for the June 5th to July 5th pay period.

My asshole feels so sore.  UpDown didn't use any lube... Cry Cry Embarrassed Embarrassed

Man is there any decent paying campaigns out there!?!!   Undecided

I mean worse case PD, but it really doesn't pay it's members well, though you're pretty much guaranteed to get paid.

Such a shitty time to be a sig user without Ritz... Cry
4064  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: only 300$ per month on: July 10, 2014, 03:29:22 PM
@ChuckBuck

Exactly, so getting back to my question before all this nonsense.

So 5 ths will be decreasing daily as well then? And the only way to keep up is constantly adding more hardware, correct?

Exactly.  If you're thinking about the SP30, it looks like a nice piece of hardware, but will never ROI for you unfortunately.  You'll never mine that 8+ back you've invested.

But hey, you'll be supporting the Bitcoin network, you can say you're a mining Bitcoins, and can always sell the equipment later to recoup some of the losses.

This is all without factoring the electrical costs.

FUN!   Cheesy
4065  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: only 300$ per month on: July 10, 2014, 02:05:14 PM
@JunkBarman Like I said, he wasn't giving you financial advice, merely "mining for ROI" advice.

You can do whatever you want with your $5k or $10k or $100 million investment.

All we're saying is 1 TH/s miner income isn't constant, and will be making single digit income very soon.
4066  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: only 300$ per month on: July 10, 2014, 01:41:35 PM

So, in theory, a 1.1 TH/s machine will be outdated at some point, it won't keep up?

1.1 THs not "keeping up" isn't the point. Difficulty increases approximately every 2 weeks (2106 blocks). Every machine/farm loses income when the difficulty increases. To continue to earn the same amount of BTC per difficulty adjustment period, you'd need to add new hash to match the difficulty increase... typically 20%.

At this very moment in time, 1.1THs will earn about $20 per day less electricity costs, assuming 100% luck and zero pool fees.

Ok, so as of right now, a blade just maxes out, so adding more blades, just adds more chances, so to speak?

So adding more 1.1 THs machines is basically the same as adding more blades.

I would assume electricity is obvious issues, I used a ton last year.

What is this 1.1THs blade that you speak of. No such thing exists that I know of.

You need to get passed this idea of adding equipment to maintain your income. It is a vicious circle that doesn't have a reward at the end, these days. A while back, you could take income earned and reinvest in additional mining gear and still stay ahead. Those days are long gone.

Maintain my income? What do you know about my money and where it comes from?

If I want to throw 5k on something, what is it to you? You have a vested interest in my money all of a sudden? I never asked for financial advice from this topic.

Besides, this is the mining speculation board right? So let's speculate a bit.

What I'm asking is, you can add more blades to a machine or you can add more machines, I only used the 1.1 THs as an example. I saw a machine touting it, wanted to get a bit more "under the hood".

Besides, if I've offended you or stirred you wrong, just move on.

He's talking about reinvesting your mined income for more mining.

Basically your 1TH/s miner won't make $20 odd bucks a day anymore after each difficulty jump, it decreases every jump, and you need to "invest" in additional mining equipment just to maintain that $20 odd bucks a day.

That's what he's talking about.  Mining income, not your 9 to 5 income.

He's not offended by you, he's giving you sage advice.

OP is online now let's OP explains everything.

knight, please change your sig and personal message to reflect what's going on here.

Don't give UpDown anymore free advertising just because you're one of the only ones to get paid.
4068  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. W on: July 10, 2014, 12:34:03 PM
All members including the 9 that got paid, should stick together.

DO NOT REMOVE YOUR NEGATIVE TRUST EVEN IF YOU GOT PAID.

This affects you too, as it'll probably be the last payment you'll ever receive from this shady campaign.
4069  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. W on: July 10, 2014, 11:38:04 AM
I've also edited my sig link and removed his website url from sig.

This is ridiculous...9 out of 70 only!?!!
4070  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. W on: July 09, 2014, 03:26:48 PM
Still no payment in sight for me, though I'm at the very bottom of the list.

Not sure the rhyme or reason for those that got paid, and those that didn't.  If it's in batches or not, just not sure the logical order.

Oh well, neg trust stays...
4071  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. W on: July 09, 2014, 12:37:19 PM
WOOT I too can verify i received what was owed Thanks Updown!  Cheesy

That's only 4 that's reported.  Please members report if you've gotten paid, it takes a minute only.
4072  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. W on: July 09, 2014, 11:39:11 AM
Didn't get paid yet either.  So far I've only seen 3 people post that they got paid out of nearly 70.

Anybody else want to post that they got paid to help others get an idea of where we are in payments?

Prepare for an influx of Uptown.BT refugess looking for a new campaign!

It pays to stay loyal people.

For every new and untrusted campaign that end up paying like Ritz, there are two others which end up being scams.

It's definitely worth having a 20% lower salary in exchange for the peace of mind of being sure you will be paid.

Dang, I wish Ritz was still around, that was the best campaign.

I'd join PD, but it just isn't good compensation for the people that use sig campaigns the most, members and Full members.

Either way, I might have to bend over and just take it eventually, since Updown looks like he's royally screwing us.  Hope I'm wrong.
4075  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Black Arrow 28nm 100Ghash Bitcoin ASIC from $0.49/GH/s on: July 08, 2014, 05:36:13 PM
Have 5 large fright shipments on my UPS account, 1 one @ 220KG has been picked up and moving, nothing on the other 4 yet. As well I have sever orders of chips on the way for anyone that wants to convert their order.

Bobsag I got an email my refund was delayed for the 2nd time, it should have been send today, how long before your company starts sending out refunds again?

Did everyone else got their refund except me? I've been waiting for two months now. Minersource promised twice to refund me and both times the refund never came.  Undecided

I seem to be ignored for some reason, guess customers aren't that important. I've waited patiently on the machines and after that on the refund but this is just a nightmare.

Minersource have a ton of people in their refund queue, so if you're still waiting 2 months now, I'd advise you to go for store credit instead.

This way you can get miners that you can actually use, or if you choose, sell them on eBay for fiat or this forum for BTC.
4076  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. W on: July 08, 2014, 05:31:54 PM
Thought about it, and just neg trusted UpDown.

If he fulfills his promises and pays out to all members, it will be lifted, but at the moment this is unacceptable.

Alot of members put alot of their free time and effort into posting, generating free advertising for this campaign.

I'd advise all members to negative trust for now, until this is resolved.
4077  Economy / Services / Re: WE PAY FOR SIGNATURE EVEN MORE. UP TO 0.0016 BTCs PER POST. W on: July 08, 2014, 05:04:18 PM
Hmm, is there any way we can verify that those 2 that did get paid, were in fact from Updown?

Very unlikely that a sig campaign would just pick 2 people to pay, and ignore the rest.

If no payment by this evening, then I too will put neg trust.
4078  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS]3 x Zeusminer Blizzards ~1.2-1.6 MH/s each on: July 08, 2014, 03:37:37 PM

Glad to see members of this sig campaign getting paid finally.

Others, please chime in if you receive your payment, so the rest of us know where we stand in the payment queue, thanks.
