4061  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will you give your BTC to Elon for Tesla Car? on: January 27, 2021, 03:28:20 PM
Not at all! I am not gonna sell my asset for liability. The car can provide me with services for a span of few years only but BTC is going to be there till I want.
4062  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC drop an opportunity to buy on: January 27, 2021, 03:19:27 PM
As BTC is dropping now I feel this is a good opportunity to buy and sell for short-term there are lot of news coming across as miners are selling and this could be the reason for drop in the other hand institutions are investing money in BTC.

As biden is planning for a change in SEC I hope this could boost the market in upcoming days and the possibilities are more for a good movement in BTC, share your thoughts.

There is no such good time to buy. If you want to hold for a long time then anytime is a good time.
Biden move may out turn also. So you never know what gonna happen, so just buy whenever you have some extra cash.

I still think that Saha is strong contender if 3 spinners are playing and might get in the playing XI. We are struggling to figuring out the final XI. Just imagine what selectors are going through. Tbh its freaking nightmare for them after historic win in Australia.

Rishab Pant's keeping is not that bad but his batting skills are surely better than Saha. Moreover, his past form do make him a strong contender for starting XI

If it breaks its resistance of $30000 than it may move to $27000 but after it can started recovering.
It will go down more if whales won't started buying BTC now. Coin base premium is in negative right now which means no coinbase whales buying it.
4065  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 27, 2021, 02:11:42 PM
Right now it will be premature to say whether Bravo will be a permanent fixture or not. CSK is already playing with so many players over the age of 37-38, and Bravo is another addition to that list. I am sure that during the upcoming auctions they will try hard to purchase some of the younger emerging players. Once we know the team roster for 2021, it will be possible to calculate the chances of players such as Bravo and Tahir.

Exactly, but even retaining Bravo was not a good idea I guess. He has not performed well in 2 seasons in a row now. CSK has Jadeja and Curran who fulfils the role of all-rounders. They could have targeted a good seam option in place of Bravo.
4066  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: January 26, 2021, 02:26:53 PM

Not always the personal qualities of players can be useful. Especially if the players lack chemistry.  Barcelona has it. But it seems to me that at this stage PSG will still be stronger and they obviously deserve to win more. Besides, PSG have been going to win the Champions League for several years
I agree with you mate. PSG is still stronger than Barcelona. PSG's defense, midfield, and forward lineup are quite stable.
Champions league is all about experience that alone gives Barcelona and edge over PSG we all know what Messi can do whenever there are doubts; besides Barcelona are getting to fine form of recent
Messi alone can't do everything alone. It's a team sport and if we see team-wise then PSG has an edge over Barcelona.

If the West Indies squad does not change, they will not be able to qualify for the next World Cup. If the West Indies play against Afghanistan with this squad, Afghanistan will be able to defeat them very easily. They need to get their senior and experienced players back on the field quickly
Earlier it was their Board's conflict with the players, so players like DJ Bravo, Gayle were not playing. But now what's the problem?

Do you think the $1 is already a good payment for an hour of teaching?

Absolutely No.
Teaching requires some speciality in a specific subject or even if you are teaching someone for part-time job then also you require proper knowledge about that stuff. So, $1 per hour for such a skilled job is too low.

4072  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: who controls the bitcoin price? on: January 25, 2021, 02:51:56 PM
I don't know if I'm the only one thinking this but I think the media partly controls the price of Bitcoin (just a miniscule percentage). Ever notice that when something big happen, medias will try to milk that event that will result into people (most likely investors that aren't really into the technology) will take action depending on the news.
Media?
Are you serious?
What I have seen is that they just always defame Bitcoin. It's a bubble, too volatile blah blah. So Media hardly matters.
4073  Bitcoin / Press / Re: 2021-1-25 Forbes - BTC Is Braced For A Huge $4B Price Earthquake This Week on: January 25, 2021, 02:43:56 PM
Quote
Bitcoin has struggled to maintain its momentum in the second half of January after its huge start to the year.

The bitcoin price has flatlined (even as other, smaller cryptocurrencies continue to soar) as fears mount about a swelling bitcoin bubble.

Now, with excitement building ahead of a hotly-anticipated virtual "bitcoin corporate strategy" summit in the first week of February, a record near-$4 billion worth of bitcoin options are set to expire this Friday, January 29.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/billybambrough/2021/01/25/bitcoin-is-braced-for-a-huge-4-billion-price-earthquake-this-week/

Nobody, and I repeat, nobody cared about the bitcoin options expiring in December, November, October 2020 but now that the nothingness around what to write has come, these options become the new discussion topic in town. Okay.

They just want viewers and what will be best to get the attention than Bitcoin.

The match is heading towards a draw until Sri Lanka decides to hit some runs in ODI style and ask England to bat on last day.
But the question is do Sri Lanka team have balls to do what Former Australian team used to do?
Today we are in fourth day and we are going to have result because what a bowling from English Spinners duo Leach and Bess takes 4 wickets each and bring back England in business now they need 164 runs to win this second test and series even its very good target to chase but I am feeling Englaind can achieve this right now its very good prepartion for them before very long tour of India as Root is on fire with good bowling from Anderson Leach and Bess.
Right now England in chase of 164 runs  17/1 40 more overs left in today game mean we have surely today result for this match.
You gotcha!!! England wins today only. 2-0 series won in Srilanka would have boosted England's confidence as they head to face India in India.

Chennai needs to replace the openers and with Shane Watson announcing his retirement they need an explosive opener and now Robin Uthappa will open from one end and you need Smith or Maxwell to increase the run rate in the middle order. The failure of their middle order and the absence of Suresh Raina hurt them in their last season.
Gaikwad opened the few games for them and he looked good. They should stick with him along with the Faf and may be keep Uttappa as back-up opener. Raidu, Raina, Dhoni, Jadeja and Sam curran looks solid in the middle to lower middle order.

@mersal Jason Roy looks good buy but he didn't play any game in last season or opted out from the tournament due to personal issue and last i heard he's not having best time in the BBL.

Roy will definitely be a good choice but there main focus should be on a quick fast bowler which they lack. They do have Hazlewood and Ngidi but a quick Indian bowler will do the work.
4077  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-12-18] BTC bull run to last until the second half of 2021? on: January 24, 2021, 02:21:03 PM
Predicting for such a long time like next year and then also believing it, is mere stupidity. You can predict for shorter run by analyzing the charts but in case of bitcoin which usually waters the hope of analysts in regular intervals is so hard.

The only prediction that gonna get true is that the price of Bitcoin is going to get an increase in the long term. That's all.

So it was Cointelegraph, which spread the fake news? If that was the case, then I am not surprised. They have a habit of dishing out fake news. But their fake news and clickbait articles were largely ignored by the community, as they had such a terrible reputation. So what changed now? Why so many people took them seriously this time around? Anyway, such corrections are good for the cryptocurrency market. It will make sure that the noobs sell their BTC and make their exit. We don't need them here.

Naming correction something absurd and then trying to defame the bitcoin. Child's play .
Noobs buying in FOMO and then panicking unnecessarily must make the exit as soon as possible.
4079  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: January 23, 2021, 03:11:36 PM
Poirier is the same as he was when he faced  McGregor before? Absolutely NO. He is more experienced and tougher.
But  McGregor's strength of TKO in the early stages of the fight will play a crucial role here. The combination of speed, power, and precision of attack favors McGregor.
But once Poirier can take the fight to later rounds, then as history shows that  McGregor has lost when the fight has reached the later rounds and I think Poirer's toughness ability has the power to do so.

It's going to be a tough fight but odds favor McGregor and my personal favorite McGregor too. So, I hope he wins.
