4081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Floyd Mayweather set for New Year's Eve fight in Japan on: December 31, 2018, 07:01:01 AM
It was reported that Floyd Mayweather would have to received as much as $20 million for this exhibition fight.

Quote
According to reports in Japan, Mayweather will earn as much as $20 million for the exhibition, which Mayweather does not seem worried about. He expects to easily outbox the young fighter, who has never competed in a bout with traditional boxing rules.

Damn, easy money for Floyd that's why he is all smiles during the pre-fight  Grin. Also if the kid will be fine $5 Million is he kicks Mayweather.

Quote
The bout will also not count on the record of either fighter -- allowing both men to retain their cherished unbeaten records -- and is being promoted as a pure exhibition match.

It will also be boxing only -- putting Nasukawa at a disadvantage, with the kickboxer reportedly liable to a $5 million fine if he aims a kick at Mayweather.

https://www.boxingscene.com/nasukawa-reportedly-faces-5m-fine-if-he-kicks-mayweather--135046

It's incredible how much money could be brought in by an event that has so much friction. I might as well want to start a business that holds over events but I think it's hard and a lot of work.

Five million fine is a lot. Damn. I hope that his instincts would be to stop kicking and it would be hard. It would be like McGregor not hammer fisting Floyd in the head. But it still happened anyway. Even all the training, it's just different when you are already in the ring.
The fine is so shit, and if you used to fight like that, for sure its hard to control it. Well, this game is still in favor to Floyd, more money will come to him after this fight because the paying rate is too huge for Mayweather. Different situation in the ring as the pressure is there but if this is a planned game, we can expect a less fight for this match.
4082  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The way to win in gambling on: December 31, 2018, 05:38:31 AM
Gambling is based on luck. No matter how positive you are when you gamble, it all depends on luck. There's no trick in gambling, that is why it's not good to be addicted to it. In gambling, winning is an objective, that is why the odds of winning in gambling is lesser than losing.
This is the fact and we should accept that gambling is really a game of luck and even you prepared a lot of strategies you will still gonna lose. Make gambling as a source of fun and not a source of income, know the reason why you gamble and change it if its just to make money. The way to win to gambling is to control yourself, tha’ts the best thing I think.
4083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the ETH reach $300 end of 2018? on: December 30, 2018, 11:43:46 PM
It may reach 309 USD if Constantinople update is successful ,it will make Ethereum network more fast and secure and address it's scalability issues , and prices may pump though how much it will pump we can just guess but yes we can't rule out that 300 is indeed a possibilty.
Well, sad to say that few hours left before the year end and the price of ETH is still around $130. Let’s just look forward for the future price of ETH, many investors believe that the price of ETH will be good in January after the expectation on the hardfork so let’s see if ETH succeed on that.
4084  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 3 ways of making Money from cryptocurrency on: December 30, 2018, 10:56:50 PM
Great but there’s a lot more ways to earn cryptocurrency at a lower capital or no cosr at all. For instance, in a bounty campaign you don’t need any money to earn cryptos, you just need to work hard, spend more time and cryptos will come to you. You can also invest on ICO which can make more money to you if the project succeed.
4085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much did you make from gambling in 2018! on: December 30, 2018, 03:49:48 PM
I tried to monitor my loses and earnings before but as the day past by, I lost the paper and never see it again. I believe im on the breakeven this year since I’ve spent a little time in gambling. Luckily, I’m busy with other things and it save me from losing big money. 2018, is still a good year for me because of so many blessings that I’ve received, gambling is part of that too.
4086  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins 2018 speculations that will make you LOL! on: December 30, 2018, 12:27:52 PM
All prediction made on this year are not reliable , usually reason why more people keep complaining and asking why always opposite happened .people nowadays are very  confused . Lol
There is no reliable predictions I think, and the OP is right that we should make our own research and invest only on the coins we believe in and not because of someone’s advice. This market will grow without making any predictions, don’t be confused just focus on your strategies and you will succeed on your investment.
4087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum set for January spike on: December 30, 2018, 10:09:11 AM
I know this is going to happen since ETH is a gian coin. Its good for us to buy now before the price to rise again. January 2019 will become a big month of cryptomarket as this is the start of a new trend. Not just ETH but I think bitcoin is on the road way up also so you have a lot of options to invest for, don’t miss this opportunity.
4088  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Hacker stole my funds from blockchain on: December 29, 2018, 10:48:02 PM
Its sad because you cannot take it back once the transaction is confirmed. Too many hacking incidents in this market, and we should learn from the experience of others and protect our own wallet and secure it 100%. Hopefully, investors are more aware about the strategies of the hackers and don’t let them eat your funds easily.
4089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is growing at nonstop rates in my country on: December 29, 2018, 09:57:33 PM
I think it is not just in your country, because gambling could be everywhere if there is no one stepping to stop it then it will continue to grow. But on one point, these casinos are helping in the economy of their own country. And with the right rules and regulations, everything could be beneficial in the economy despite the bad habits that could bring to the youngster.
Yeah, even in my country the gambling is growing and you can see a lot of casinos everywhere you go. This is really good to boost our economy and it can increase the tourist level if the government is able to regulate well those casinos. We also have a lot of carnivals where you can also gamble, especially during holidays and you can see that a lot of people are playing, and hoping that they can win some money.
4090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2019 be the year of Altcoins ? on: December 29, 2018, 03:23:41 PM
Do you think that 2019 will be a good year for Altcoins ? and if yes which of them will performance the most ?
Not just altcoins but also bitcoin and many ICO’s will succeed on their project. I’m very bullish about this market and 2019 will be a great year again. I believe on ETH so for me, this will one of the best performing altcoins in 2019, you’d better to invest now while the price are still cheap, the train will depart soon ride in the market now.
4091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What cryptocurrency would you engage to gamble in? on: December 29, 2018, 02:02:15 PM
Altcoins can sure be used as a medium for betting but id rather choose bitcoin and stick to it. Not only because i am used playing games with it, i have much fund put inside my BTC wallet rather than any other altcoins. I am not closed about using alts but maybe later if i feel so using it.
I’m also used to gamble with my bitcoin because that is the cryptcurrency that I always receive from my work and I think its more convenient to use since most of the gambling sites or all of the gambling sites accept bitcoin as mode of money. Though its too risky to use bitcoin in gambling because it looks like a very expensive coin to use for gambling and its hard to lose that coin or your wallet so better to balance the coins that you are using.
4092  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Problem: Lost today $2000 on PrimeDice on: December 29, 2018, 08:45:03 AM
Don't think about it too much. People make mistakes and those are the things that help us grow in the end. It's not a good thing to say things that you want to die just because of a mistake. Maybe the best thing to do is move forward and move on. The important thing is you need to make sure that you learned from it, not repeating it.

Anyway, I have somewhat a similar experience towards that. I have won a large amount in a contest in BitVest and I was really luck towards it and I had made similar bets. In the end, I have seen that the feeling of winning makes you feel invincible and you want to continue but that is also what destroys you.

We shouldn't be greedy, we all should know that.
That’s right, don’t focus so much on what you have done because there’s always an opportunty to regain that loss, and ending your life is not a good idea. Learning from this painful experience can make you a better person in the future. Give yourself a time to recover, don’t be greedy again and stop your gambling activities for now.
4093  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble or think it's a waste of money and time? on: December 28, 2018, 11:15:16 PM
I don’t gamble everyday so I think, every time I gamble it would become full of fun and excitement. Gamble is a waste of time and money if you try to depend on it, but if you just gamble occasionally I think its really fun to do that. Know how set limit to yourself, and always remember that gambling is really for you to have fun.
Yeah, we should not depend on this one and make gambling as a way of living, just play to enjoy. I gamble and I think its just a waste of money sometimes since I don’t have much money but since I want to have fun, I still choose to gamble without execting any profit in return. It can be a waste of time If you don’t make any bonding with your family because you are in a casinos everyday.
4094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bulls on crypto market are back on: December 28, 2018, 10:49:36 AM
Market has been correcting again for last few days. It is not confirmed if the bull trend is back or not unless market takes out couple of last highs.
It didn't corrected for few days but it corrected for whole year.

No confirmation that we're even at the bull setting or does have any hint that by 2019 will be.
Exactly, a whole year dump for cryptocurrency and now its hard to see when the bulls come again. The recent pump and dump, for me is just a normal trend during holidays and maybe investors arw just trying to lower their taxes. There is no assurance that there will be a bull run in 2019, but if you believe on that you’d better not to give up.
4095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why not play games online instead of gambling? on: December 28, 2018, 08:50:29 AM
Because not all gamblers know how to use computers or what, most especially the old guys who still want to go to the casinos than to play online. there’s a big difference between playing games online and gambling because as far as I know very few online games that pay enough money to you and that is why gamblers still love to play the traditional games where they can earn more.
4096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Live Betting vs Online Betting on: December 28, 2018, 04:21:26 AM
Recently, I tried to bet on a live carnival here in my place and the excitement is really there because of the bettor are cheering for their chosen color, so I think its more fun to bet live compare to online but of course you can still express your excitement online but its not that high. Pros and cons will always be there especially in gambling, so you have to choose carefully on what is more convenient to you.
4097  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many hours a day are you spending on online gambling? on: December 27, 2018, 11:44:06 PM
Not much to be honest because I know gambling is addictive and we may lose more money in no time. When ever I am gambling online I will just play some bets it maybe done in minutes either I win or lose I won't go beyond my level but sometime I tempted to do with greediness and losing some more money.
Same thing with me, I don’t want to become addict in gambling and that is why I don’t gambe much and spend only a little time to gamble online. Greed will bring bad things to you especially in gambling, so if you continue to gamble with greed at a longer time expect to be lose. I just bet online and I’m not expecting to make huge profit on that because gambling is gambling, and the house will always win.
4098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquaio vs. Adrien Broner on: December 27, 2018, 11:19:53 PM
I am thinking this fight again is all about money and fame, Remember the fight between Manny and May Weather, The bets all around are higher than the price of the winner. But still its entertaining and proud to watch your countrymen fight for your country.
Yeah, its a business ever since its sad to know the reality but its good to see your people fighting to raise your country. Many Pacquiao is a good boxer, he knows how to be humble in court and know how to fight back. Though its all about money, still you will be proud if your team won the fight. Best of luck for the both boxer, and also for those who will bet, let's choose where to bet now.  Smiley
4099  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Holding coins on: December 27, 2018, 10:15:50 PM
Coins should always be considered in a safe storage, there are lot of wallets and platform that could be used to hold coins, both of this  has good side and bad. Where will you choose to store or hold your coins, in a close source wallet (exchanges) or an open source wallet?
Its better to have hard wallet that can protect your coins but if you want to trade, you have no choice but to put your money on their storage (exchanges), so make sure that you are using great exchange. Wallet security is very important, know how to protect yourself from the scammers or you will be scammed later on. Security is the main concern of the investors and that is why they only put their money on the most trusted source of wallet.
4100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be prepared on: December 27, 2018, 09:25:13 PM
Those ones jumping are only dependent on predictions and that's very bad. I think for me, 2019 is already here and we all will see what it will bring.
2019 will bring us New hopes and New wishes I am happy and hopeful but still I am ready to face the situation. There are so many predictions and people are making their assumption but we only should do what is right. Holding will be the best choice for those who recently joined the market.
Yeah, we should always be ready for everything. We heard a lot of predictions but its too hard to believe on anything because there is no certain things in this market and everything moves depending on the demand and supply. Hopefully 2019 will really bring joy to us, and gives new hope for crypto holders, be ready for the good and bad side that can happen in the future.
