4081  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blocked: The money transfer wars - Could bitcoin help? on: August 23, 2019, 04:44:40 PM
Hi community!

We have recently published our newest story and this time it's about what's happening in Europe in the online gambling markets. Regulation has made it really difficult for the companies in this industry and it is affecting the currency transfers as well. Some countries have even intimidated with transaction blocks.

Graham A. Jarvis writes for example that Norway has given warning letters to major companies operating from Malta and blocked their transactions from Norway. This is a big cat on the table at the moment and a lot of companies are affected.

How alarming do you see this progress? Can this increase the popularity of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies being used in online gambling?

Read the whole article here: https://bojoko.com/stories/blocked-winning-the-money-transfer-wars/
As far as I know, only casinos that has been built up illegally or are not following the laws and regulation of the countries are facing such problems. This is the main problem of fiat currency. The person in power can block your transaction according to their own will. Now if such online fiat gambling market gets banned, this will indeed increase the popularity of crypto gambling casino which in turn will make bitcoin and other crypto coins more popular.
4082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think 40% bonus is too much for early Investors? on: August 23, 2019, 03:45:59 PM
They are early investors and they do deserve some kind of benefit. If people don't like those price crash, then why don't they become an early investor, grab those 40% bonus. Sell those as soon as they are listed in an exchange and then buy back those token at lower price if they are willing to hold those tokens. People just crying about those price crash are plain stupid. Of course it is going to crash. Doesn't matter if early investors get 40% or 20% bonus, they will dump it to make sure they don't lose any profit!
4083  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC lowers its fees on: August 23, 2019, 03:43:06 PM
I remember people making shit storm around for HitBTC being a scam. Try googling "HitBTC  scam" or "HitBTC bitcointalk" and you will multiple people reporting them for being a scam. So, they probably lowered their fees to get more people into their exchange and scam a small some unsuspecting amount of people? I have never used HitBTC, so can't say much about them. Or they maybe legit and reduced fee to make them more competitive.
4084  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are banks scared of crypto on: August 23, 2019, 08:08:41 AM
Why wouldn't they be scared? If crypto currencies become the main stream currency, the banks will go out of business. If less people uses fiat currency, the banks will be making less profit. Again, with less people, they will be able to lend lesser amount of money to investors and thus causing a drastic financial loss. They are also aware that "becoming" a bank for crypto currencies like bitcoin is almost impossible since they know that the decentralization of bitcoin will be lost when a third party will be involved causing disappointment in people.
4085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New investors are too impatience on: August 23, 2019, 08:05:56 AM
The vast majority of new crypto investors that I am aware of are anxious and restless these days. Gone are the days when early crypto investors  invest in coins and watch it develop over time, newbies and new investors are too in hurry to make money and many turned crypto investment into life jobs.
The benefits of an investment is called returns which takes years to accomplish so its never going to be easy for those looking for short term ROI and yet fundraising like IEO still brings short term profit for smart investors,i think almost all new crypto investors lacks patience
The new investors join with high expectations. Remember this, they are "new". They go to know about bitcoin from people who made a very nice and hefty profit. They saw the price rising insanely over the years. Thus, they now expect the price to keep on rising. They don't understand that the price may fall also (since they see the average growth through out the years!). As a result, after investing, they become too anxious when they see the price staying stable or starts to panic when they see the price dropping even a little bit.
4086  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where is better to exchange alts? on: August 22, 2019, 11:43:42 PM
I'm a newbie trader and want to exchange my alts. All I know is binance and changelly. In my opinion, binance is too scummy. Changelly seems to be good but they take 0,25% fees and I want to pay less. Can you recommend me a good crypto exchange?
I have used Binance before and didn't find it too "scummy". Well it has been ages since I last used it, so who knows it might change. But I do remember, heavy graphs or exchanges did cause a bit lag on my computer, but nothing big.
I would suggest you to stick with Binance for now since they are well know in the community. Picking a random casino might just cause you to lose everything.
4087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are investors still complaining? on: August 22, 2019, 11:41:04 PM
absence of research will consistently drives investors off track,Numerous investors are whining that they are at lose putting lots of money into some IEO projects yet many IEO projects are plain success from the info ive gathered,IEO projects from binance,bitmax,gate.io,kucoin are mostly successful and their ATH are so good that i regret not investing in some of them, why are people still complaining? Are they joining IEO from crappy exchanges or new exchanges with low volumes?

People can never be satisfied to a hundred percent level. No matter how much profit or how good they are doing, they will always complain and whine about everything. Its like you have a very great job where they pay you a very handsome salary, but you still start bitching about your job when you meet your friends. Its like kinda hardwired to our brain to bitch about everything.
4088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Im sick and tired of this Bitcoin on: August 22, 2019, 11:37:14 PM

Thank You and I Hope at least someone Here Had a Good day!!
It is hard to understand what you are trying to say, but I guess all you are trying to say is that you are really frustrated/disappointed with bitcoin because you could not make any money with it?
Well first of all, looks like you have invested your money on some shitty ICO and lost a lot. ICO tokens and bitcoins aren't the same. Secondly, looks like you don't have any idea how the market works and thus you weren't able to make any profit using bitcoin. Well, trading comes with a risk and it isn't as simple as you think.
Did you buy bitcoin last year? If so, then you already made some decent profit!
4089  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: August 22, 2019, 10:57:30 PM
Some casinos and crypto companies have to go through the KYC thing to abide by the laws. Criminals can use an exchange or a casino to hide their doings. Thus, casinos and exchanges are bound to ask for personal documents to abide by the anti money laundering laws. If your information are in the right hands, then you shouldn't worry (but there is no guarantee that your data won't be leaked or misused).
KYC has both good sides and bad sides. It is how and through what perspective we look matters.
4090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I don't know how to trust a gambling site nowadays! on: August 22, 2019, 07:11:11 PM
Why nowadays when there's a gambling site that offer a bunos on your first depost it seems like scam?  Especially if the bunos is to much than your initial deposit.

And also whe all knows mostly gambling site nowadays are using KYC.  but why when there's a promising site that doesn't require  kyc it smell fishy as well?  What did happen to this world?  How to trust again on this kind of sites?
They give like 200% to 300% deposit bonus. Most of them are legit. But they do have some conditions before you will be able to withdraw those coins. You have to wage like 100 times the bonus given to be eligible to withdraw those bonus coins. Its like almost an impossible task but I have seen some people being able to complete those requirements and I have also seen people complaining about not receiving their winnings.
Did you read their terms of service before playing in their casino. Most of them do say that you may be asked for KYC.
4091  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Favorite Dice Game Platform on: August 21, 2019, 03:26:45 PM
Every gambling site has its own Dice game, each one has a different interface, what is your favorite dice game platform,
and why, it could be the color or the design and the server.
I have been with crypto games for almost 5 years! Cool interface, easy to use, fun chat and awesome rewards system. Nothing too complex. They even have CoinSwitch integrated to their casino. This means we can deposit coins and directly convert them to one their supported coins! Join them now. They are celebrating their 5 years anniversary and hosting games and giving out free coins! Get free coins and try out the casino. I am sure you will love it!
4092  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading full time on: August 21, 2019, 05:14:32 AM
Why would someone want to replace his full time job? You see, people can make money from trading and in some cases they make more money than their jobs. I know it sounds cool but you are forgetting one thing. Trading has risks associated with it. You can lose everything you have in just few seconds. Moreover there are no guarantee of making money every trade. But your job you are working on gives you a steady flow of income and has no risk associated with it.
4093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Whales Are Affecting The Cryptocurrency Market on: August 20, 2019, 06:49:20 PM
I do not consider whales a threat to trading or investment in crypto market rather i see them positively because they do invest huge amount of money and hold big bags of coins, they do have power of pump and dump but only in small volume coins, top coins are almost resistant to this thing now.
Umm.. you are wrong over here. A small dump buy a whale can cause a huge tremble on the market. When a whale sells a significant amount of coins in the market, the price usually crashes instantly due to the dump, and then other small investors starts to panic and sells off their investment to avoid any loss. This causes the opposite ripple effect where others starts to do the same and thus the market starts to fall badly. When the market falls, whales start to take advantage of it and buys back whatever they can causing the price to rise and thus the price starts to go back up again and others starts to invest on it.
4094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: its time bounty hunters should start taking actions on: August 17, 2019, 02:22:38 PM
Bounty hunters should come together as one from now on to avoid developers and bounty managers that are treating hunters very wrongfully for example many bounty projects ends up breaking their very own made rulesafter bounty ends or even before bounty ends and secondly we need to start RED TAGGING projects account or bounty managers account that did awful things to bounty hunters or not paying bounty hunters fully after bounty ends.

What do you guys say? do you accept or not?
Lol, so you are uniting all bounty hunters to rise against the bounty managers? I don't know why, but this sounds hilarious. It doesn't matter if 100s of you go against them. Sadly there will still be some people who will be willing to work for them even if they pay them few cents. As far as I know, they bounty programs always have terms and conditions set and one of them is that they can change the rules without any prior notice. So, there is nothing you guys can do if they change the rules at the very end. Red tagging them will indeed harm their reputation, but do they really care?
4095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The secret of gambling? on: August 17, 2019, 01:44:13 PM
There are no secrets in playing gambling because it all depends on luck. Well, most people do a good enough strategy to avoid losses, it's just that I think it all depends on your luck. if you don't find the answer, I suggest pausing to avoid loss.
First of all, strategies never changes your outcome. Strategies help you to control the amount of loss/profit, but it will never change your luck. If you are to win the next bet, you will win. If you are to lose the next bet, you will lose no matter whatever strategy you apply. Don't forget about the house edge. In the long run, you will always lose to the house.
The same thing goes for "pausing". The pause you take will help you to reduce or control your loss, but it won't help you to win. All these are just gamblers fallacy. Its like thinking you will win the next bet after several losses, but nope.
4096  Economy / Gambling / Re: I going to investment in wink.org what do you think about it? on: August 16, 2019, 08:14:37 PM
I saw website wink.org i saw some information about it here. Should i buy win to investment there?
You probably should give us more information about the website and why you think you should invest over here. I am guessing its a casino. Why do you think this is a good place to invest? Don't you think there are far better and well reputed casinos out there to invest on with less risk? You should decide yourself if you should invest or not. There might be people over here shilling for the casino. If I were you, I wouldn't.
4097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if you received Bitcoin from this wallet on: August 16, 2019, 07:58:11 PM
Ok you are an old member of this forum and you have staked your address, so you can recover it in case your account was hacked.

and you also did a KYC from airdrops, bounty campaigns, and various exchanges.

And on all these activities, you'll only use one address

Then one day you woke up and found out you received 10000 Bitcoin

from a wallet coming from one hacker's wallet who just hacked one big exchange..

And so many people know who you are where you are located and your status in life
because you are using only one address...

So what do you think will happen to you now..

This might very fictional but the possibility is there.

What I'm trying to emphasize is to avoid KYC and using only one address.
Yeah pretty unrealistic but hey, who knows. It might happen to anyone. So here is the situation. You use only one address (idk why would you do that) and have gone through all KYC shits, staked your address and what not. So you probably are an honest guy. So, all you would do is return those coins to the proper people/exchange. You don't want to run away with those money since you will get caught anyways. Return it and they might reward you with something. Few coins vs risking jail time? Few coins please.
4098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you think about Gambling and e-sports? on: August 16, 2019, 07:34:42 PM
With e-sports growing each day, like old ones Dota, Lol, CS and the new ones like Fortnite, PUBG etc, and competitions become more professional and more money are into, do you think soon we will be gambling with e-sports together with traditional ones?

I think it's only a matter of time, soon we will be betting on e-sports
I thought betting on e-sports exsits? I remember I was able to place bets in one of those csgo betting sites. I was able to deposit using crypto currencies. Couldn't bet directly with bitcoin or other crypto currencies but was able to bet buy skins with those coins and place bets on major league games. Once I won, I could then convert those skins to bitcoin or other altcoins and withdraw back to my wallet. Everything was almost instant. Forgot the name of the site. All I remember is that few months ago I received an email form them were they said that they were facing legal issues with Valve and that they currently put on hold on every bet and will eventually refund users.
4099  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting feature at exchange on: August 16, 2019, 07:27:12 PM
Maybe its not the first topic, but I can't find a topic regarding this issue.

Guys, what you think about betting feature at the exchange?
As far as I know, exchangers are a place for traders, not gamblers.

Today I got an official email from TOPBTC about that feature.
TopBTC has been widely released after the launch of the beta version of HashBet online games
Interestingly, TOPBTC users can enter the feature without register.

So, will this feature make new visitors/users increase? Or it will make trader annoying?

A useless feature to add gambling games like dice on an exchange. Useless for us but not for the exchange. They know if people deposits anything in the exchange they will have a temptation of gambling over there.
The feature won't increase their user count. I don't see any reason why gamblers will join an exchange to gamble over there. I also see no reason for traders to be annoyed by this.
4100  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How you guys are making money from this forum? ideas on: August 16, 2019, 06:55:17 PM
Hey guys,

Not sure if I am posting in the right section or not, but i am sure mods will put this thread in the right place.

I am a member of this forum pretty long time ago, but i am not so active here.
This forum have a lot of members, a lot of traffic, a lot of new services offers.

But how you guys are using this forum for making money?
Are you offering some service? running some betting sites or what?

Please can you share some ideas to make money using this wonderful forum ?

Thanks
People over here earn money by selling their skills. If you have any skills to sell, make a thread at Services board and post all your skills and what you are willing to offer. In the same board you can also see users looking to hire other people. If any of the job description matches your skill try contacting them. You can also sell things over the marketplace. I would't suggest you to join bounty programs as they are just waste of time. You may join a signature campaign, but don't just join to earn some coins. You might end up spamming the forum unintentionally.
