4081  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: January 18, 2021, 02:28:26 PM
I was like a horny teenager who cant wait to blow his btc payment in the advertised casino.

Lol we all had that period. After that I blow it into other casinos.

Recently I save some,  which I gamble later on. ;-)

As long as you enjoy what you are doing, you should not stop that.

Losing in gambling if you feel the entertainment is just like paying for a movie or going into a concert to see your favorite singer, we should at least convince ourselves with that so it will not affect our emotion. What we need is to accept that we lose, and enjoy the reward if we win, too simple.

On the Nets. It appears Russian oligarchs are laundering their money through their purchase of American basketball teams now hehehe. This is similar to other Russian and Chinese billionaires who buy ownership shares of European football teams.

In any case, I am not certain on why the Bucks are always one of the favorites every year.

The Bucks are the favourite/contender because of Giannis Antetokounmpo. He has been carrying the bucks to the playoffs year after year and he's only entered his prime (He just turned 26 last December). The Bucks is heavily investing to build a team around Giannis. I won't be surprised to see them in the finals any day now if Giannis continues to improve and perform.

Not anymore when Harden transferred to the Nets, you can see in the updated betting odds, Bucks now are in the top 4 only. Well, I can understand what people think, Bucks exit in the playoffs for 2 consecutive already, and they were the heavy favorites in the East, so there's a little doubt now, maybe it's time for the Bucks to prove that they are not a one man team who relies on Giannis.
4083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC for bounty hunters on: January 18, 2021, 11:18:42 AM
Anyway I agree that bounties are nowadays a waste of time. Still there are many people still going for them and hence a method needs to be there to prevent fraudulent activity. How this can be done is tough for me to say.

There are people who still do bounty because it's still possible earn money from bounty.

We can say that bounty campaign is not attractive anymore since majority of the bounty are scams, but these people who do bounty certainly have a lot of time to waste, and they'll be happy with small reward. However, I don't agree with submitting your KYC just for bounty, you didn't know what you are risking in return in exchange for a penny.
4084  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 18, 2021, 10:48:34 AM
But, they still lose against Jazz with a big contribution from Clarkson.
It was a close game actually, Clarkson made a 3 point shot that give the Jazz a good lead. If these will face in the series, I think it will again reach in game 7, I like the development of Jokic, he is slowly becoming a complete player, and with that said, I believe he has a chance to win an MVP award this season.
4085  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 17, 2021, 02:11:19 PM
Anybody here looking forward to see the Lakers and Nets match up? with complete roster.

Must be a good NBA Finals if these two will eventually meet.

I like how Harden fitted to the team, but hopefully this kind of production will be consistent, one game is not enough to conclude that they have a solid chemistry. Remember, Irving has not been inserted in the line up yet, things could change if he is in the game, might as well trade him I guess if he is not effective to blend with these two MVPs.

I can say that indeed you are right, one game is not enough.

Look what happened with WB after Houston added him, we can't tell how KD and Harden blends then Kyrie is another thing here. Knowing all of them are capable of attacking and have a ballhog issues Roll Eyes Tongue Grin kidding aside it's nice if they blend well and compete as a team, the possibilities of meeting Lakers in the finals might be very interesting.

We have not seen Irving yet, we can celebrate now but we need to wait and see what this team will become once the big 3 will play together. If indeed the nets will be successful and will reach the NBA Finals, I think we will see a great match up and I might put my money on the Nets.

Irving will likely return this monday according the update.  https://www.rotoworld.com/basketball/nba/player/29682/kyrie-irving

Quote
Kyrie Irving (health and safety protocols) will not play vs. the Magic on Saturday.
Irving needs some time to ramp up his conditioning before playing. The key here is that, according to ESPN's Malika Andrews, "Irving has expressed a desire to return [for Saturday]." Given his bizarre recent absence from the Nets, his simple desire to play is itself a win for fantasy managers. We may see the Nets' newly-minted star trio together on the court vs. Milwaukee on Monday.

This is also the next game of the Nets, and we will see here but they would respond against a good team of Giannis Antetokounmpo.
We can also consider this a possible ECF, so we should not miss this game.
4086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BIDOOH - A Global Digital Advertising Screen Network Open to Everyone. on: January 17, 2021, 01:34:04 PM
Is this project really dead? Bidooh is supported by OKEx exchange and looks potential, but ends sadly. Bidooh's twitter account has been suspended, the official site doesn't display anything, only "This site is currently under development." and tokens are not listed on any exchange. so pathetic!
Yes it is a dead project and do you see the new update from CMC?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bidooh-dooh-token/

it says that the coin is untracked and it seems like the exchange sites that traded this one already delisted this shitscam coins.
Bidooh has no market and the team will be gone. It's hard to say but the chance for this coin to be another scam coin is more than 95%

Not good but not new, lots of projects only goes scam when they can't survive in the competition, it's funny that I still have some tokens in my wallet and it still has a value but no exchanges.  Smiley
4087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: January 17, 2021, 01:03:25 PM
I am someone who has always had the understanding that no one can live as a gambler, regardless of whether he is rich or not. Gambling cannot be used as a source of income, you can imagine how a person can live by gambling while he has to spend every day to live while he does not ensure that every time he gambles he gets money, psychologically this is something that can be accepted.

You've got a point .. basically, when someone is gambling they are taking risks for uncertain results in the hope of making a profit. So making gambling a source of livelihood is something that doesn't make sense because they have to depend on something uncertain.

But strangely there are people who take this path which in the end they will be faced with losses and after all the house always has an advantage because the odds are created to the house's benefit.

Do you know anyone who is taking gambling as a profession and yet making an household income for living ? I don't think anyone can make consistent income with gambling.
Gambling may give you a lot of money at once or you may lose all your money but getting regular income from gambling is impossible.

That's not what people who are making gambling as a profession, you are talking about typical gamblers who just don't know how to manage their bankroll, and they want to win big money out from a small bankroll, professional gamblers does not work like that, their moves are calculated and they are into a long term journey, a small percentage of win is good enough for them as they have a decent bankroll.

You can tell if a gambler is really serious with the amount of bankroll he has.

$BET $LINK $ ADA

I'm not familiar with $BET but I like ADA and LINK, seems a great project IMO.

People think you are shilling, can you explain that? Tell us about BET to prove that you are not shilling, please.

I search in https://coinmarketcap.com/, which one?

What happened to the Pelicans? They are struggling badly this season.

Per ranking (https://www.nba.com/standings). they are already in the number 14, just higher a bit than the Twolves, and take note, they are in a 5 losing streak. I guess let's just stop backing this team for awhile until they figure out how to win.

We haven't seen any hot news yet but the HOLO team is still working hard. Hopefully next time there will be good updates and prices will fly high, should still hold.

IMO, working hard is really their job as investors are trusting them with their money. However, on the investors side, we all want to see a result, and unfortunately, this project has been affected a lot by the long bear market, it has not recovered yet despite a bullish market.

You should share the video you see in youtube, that's so interesting, never heard of that actually.

Profit only comes when you sell actually, and the formula is very simple.

Selling price less purchase price = PROFIT... so in that computation you'll see there's selling involved in order to get profit.

4095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: January 15, 2021, 02:14:54 PM
The pressure is on coach Nash, if these trio will not work, they can easily blame the coach as Nash is not a veteran coach. So, he better do his job properly and deliver a champion for him to gain the respect from other coaches and of course for him to keep his job.

For me, I disagree. Durant, Irving, and Harden are superstars. These players will be blamed instead by most critics if they fail this year. The pressure is on those superstars as everyone is now expecting good on them. And Harden just claimed that the Rockets is not the team he can win with a championship. Expecting critics will always revive that statement once they fail.

When Miami Heat formed a big trio, Coach Erik Spoelstra didn't receive much backlash even working as a coaching staff for long compare to Steve Nash, but the blame went to their superstars instead, Lebron James, which already has lots of critics, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh. The same will goes if the Nets failed to win the championship this season.

The pressure might be on Nash to even get Kyrie back on the court this season. Kyrie is complaining about the Nets and Durant is already complaining about Nash to Harden. Now Kyrie is saying he’s willing to sit out the rest of the year if need be. I think next they’ll be trying to play with no coach... Such toxic players...

Only the management can solve this problem, they have to ensure it will bring success to the team as they are paid with big salaries. Why are they complaining? how about doing their job that they are suppose to, stop this drama and stay focus.

By the way, we might see Harden debut this saturday against the Magic, according to this;

4096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: January 15, 2021, 01:48:57 PM
It is impossible to believe that they will script the match if it is taking place in the US, if its taking place elsewhere especially in Japan then it could be true.
Why is it impossible? it's not a competition, it's an exhibition match, both camp could talk on what to do to entertain the fans. Can you educate me why it's not possible in US and possible in Japan? I'm just curious though.
4097  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin's price drop to 30K healthy? on: January 14, 2021, 12:10:45 PM
Well, I believe so, as bitcoin continues to rise into a bigger value, a small percentage could already mean big money, and from here, bitcoin has already rise 100%  in jut less than 3 months, for me that makes bitcoin overvalued for now, but I could be wrong too.
4098  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC & ETH withdraws | Live games & Slots!| on: January 14, 2021, 11:55:09 AM
<snip>
Even today I hear a rumour, that someone has successfully made a profit of around $2000 with just 1x deposit ($25) Shocked
Where did you read that rumour? So lucky. I wonder where and how that person managed to increase his balance. In my case, there would be winning days that I could make hundred dollars a day, but then there is one day that all of thoe winnings + my initial balance is sucked up. My greediness really sucks.

Yes there is a username "bitinity"  Grin who managed to get that 2000+ profit from a $25 deposit  Grin. It is my lucky week on duelbits although it was not an easy run. I decided to buy feature on a game "Sweet Bonanza" just after I made my deposit and luckily I won around $200+ then I move to Gems Bonanza, buy feature of $20 and surprisingly I won $400+. That made me addicted to buy feature again and again Smiley. My balance was up to 800+ then down to 100+. At this phase, I decided to play normal spin and my balance up again to $300+. After that, there was a time when I do something that I have never done before. I did buy feature again on Gems Bonanza for $100. First two tries were failed (not even get what I spent back) but my luck came on my 3rd try when I won $1200+. I continue to buy feature again with smaller bet and my balance up to $2000+
It shows that when the luck comes, no matter which games I play, it will always give me good profit. I have to say it is my best experience in my crypto gambling activities. Not my highest profit but it is my highest winning percentage as I managed to turn $25 to $2200+.

Congrats!! That's a very nice profit and it shows that even with a low starting balance you can make some big money by gambling when you have luck.
Seems that Gems Bonanza gives a lot of players some good luck (based on videos on youtube), but I am hesitant to try it out due to the high volatility.

Damn, huge run @Bitinity.. imagine your $25 to $2200.. you must be so lucky that time but as they say, you don't get lucky everyday so you have to seize the moment and win it all. Happy to see you that you were able to stop at the right time, treasure that moment as it does not happen all the time.

Good luck on your next journey.
4099  Economy / Speculation / Re: POLL: What will be the ATH in 2021? on: January 11, 2021, 03:01:44 PM
my vote is "$ 40.001 - $ 50.000"... We are already at $40k more, I mean that's our ATH, and if bitcoin will correct this year or let's say a big correction, it will not recover directly this year, it will take a year or two before breaking its current ATH, just like what we witnessed this year.
4100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia on: January 11, 2021, 02:28:17 PM
After watching the last fight of Garcia, I started to follow this young man and search the history of Garcia and that's an impressive record honestly. He's a confident boxer and that's why he keeps on challenging and keeps on building his name strongly. This is gonna be a hard match for Garcia because Davis is not an easy opponent despite of his records, looks like Garcia really wants to become the king of boxer soon.

I admire this kid, he is very young and keep challenging good fighter.  His baby face does not make him look scary but inside the ring, he really is a beast. He was the power to KO his opponent anytime so it's just right to challenge great fighters as he is already at his peak now.

by the way, Gervonta Davis is always a great boxer, still undefeated with 24 wins and 23 of that is from KO.. it's pretty amazing, right? This should be an interesting match up if this would take place.
