4082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DGEX.com multicurrency exchange BTC <-> NXT no trading fees on: January 03, 2014, 06:01:11 PM
Basically a scam of epic proportions and a way to lose all customers as soon as some other exchange starts working
with NXT. I really hope that will happen very soon.
No, it's DGEX which has been scammed and lost 800 000 NXT that needs to be sorted somehow.

If you can suggest another solution than small 1.2% cashout fee, I'm all ears.

Eventually increase trade fee. Your service is about trading BTC to NXT or other way around. Deposit and withdrawal
fees should be moderate because it can happen that one deposited coins but later decided not to trade. To charge him
or her 1% or more because coins just "touched" DGEX is ridicule, sorry. Moreover, given that trade volume is high and
could go up much higher after open-sourcing NXT you should be able to get coins you need in very short period of time.
10,606,508+ NXT volume in last 24 hours equals 106,065+ NXT from mere 1% trade fee, I mean do you want to earn
800,000 NXT in a few hours or what?
4083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DGEX.com multicurrency exchange BTC <-> NXT no trading fees on: January 03, 2014, 03:05:42 PM
DGEX Fees starting applicable from Jan 3rd 2014

    NXT BUY and SELL: 0.25%

    NXT deposits: 0%

    BTC deposits: 0%

    NXT cashouts: 1.2%

BTC cashouts: 1.4% to 2.8% (instant) min. 0.0005 BTC

Basically a scam of epic proportions and a way to lose all customers as soon as some other exchange starts working
with NXT. I really hope that will happen very soon.
4084  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MasterCoin: New Protocol Layer Starting From “The Exodus Address” on: December 29, 2013, 08:57:06 PM
So I decided to check this new hot protocol over faucet. I entered all data properly and to my surprise got 0.0000546
BTC on my Bitcoin address but 0.00125 MSC to Mastercoin address. Now I'm totally confused about the whole deal here.

1. Why amounts for BTC and MSC differ?
2. When it comes to how much BTC and MSC one receives over faucet, is ratio constant or random?
3. What happens with my 0.0000546 BTC if I spend my 0.00125 MSC or I do it the other way around? In other words,
are those 0.0000546 BTC now bound to 0.00125 MSC or not?

Withdrawal fee for TEK is insane, at 0.1 that is 10% coins generated by a new block (reward is 1 TEK per block)!  Angry
4086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: FireFlyCoin Launched! on: December 29, 2013, 03:39:32 PM
FFC wallet does not work with -datadir command. If I add -datadir=D:\FireFlyCoinData to shortcut which I'm using
to start FFC wallet, datadir will still be created at default location on drive C: and, even worse, wallet does not sync.
Even with nodes added over fireflycoin.conf and valid peers.dat file wallet just idles. To sync wallet I must remove
-datadir from shortcut but then I'm left with datadir on drive C: which is a bad deal.

Network needs more nodes. After 24 hours online my wallet is conected to just 8 nodes. uPnP is enabled and I have
no problem conecting to 32+ nodes with any other wallet I'm using (BTC, TEK, UNO, etc.) so it really is because too
little users actualy run FFC wallet. That is not good, it makes potential attacker's job much easier.

Debug.log file has some garbage added to it's start, like lines bellow.

4087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: iSpace SHA256 Mining Pool Support Thread on: December 27, 2013, 03:03:09 PM
Hi,

i mined at your pool for around 30min and solved alot of blocks. None of those are anywhere showing up.

The pool stats say 0 shares per block. I guess your pool cant handle the load.

iSpace pools are a scam! Each and every one of them has huge negative share % which means that pool owner is
adding his own fake workers. Those workers are actualy not mining but are reported as doing it, effectively stealing
massive percentage of share % and thus coins from legit miners. There is simply no other explanation for all those
pools having mentioned huge negative share % for very long time. One just can't be so unlucky.

Do not mine in iSpace pools, the owner is ripping you off for a lot of altcoins!

subSTRATA
This is not even funny, but now i do understrand why Ignore button is so attractively colored.
1st altcoins are changin their difficulty every 5 minutes, so your calculations are wrong
2nd fuckingAvalon themselves sold modules 1btc per each blade. it was month ago or so.

Why bother with responding when you obviously don't understand a shit? Do you have any clue what were diffs of
SHA256 altcoins few weeks ago, or a month? Do you have any clue how much exchange ratio vs BTC went up lately,
and even more important, how little hashpower it takes to increase diffs 10 times and inevitably exchange ratio vs
BTC as well, most likely by over 10 times? No, you are clueless. Keep on mining Bitcoin and please STFU.
4089  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Mining]Avalon Reselling and Hosting Plan on: December 25, 2013, 08:45:01 PM
Hi all,

I did not have the time to deal with this project, and it is not likely in the near future. I offer everyone to sell the module to me at 0.75BTC per module, which is higher than my projected life time mined coin. And you will likely believe the same.

Please discuss this offer, if I see most of you agree, I will make it

Problem with your price is the following, as I explained earlier in PM. If you are looking at mere GHashes per BTC than
yes, module is pricey, but you have it and it is already mining. There is no waiting as a part of some groupbuy, there
is no if module will be delivered on time, there is no if module will actualy work once delivered. It is hardware on your
hands right now. As such, it can be immidiately used to mine some SHA256 altcoin and, given current rates, it can earn
more than 0.75 BTC in very short period of time. You can see that there is always at least one SHA256 altcoin worth
mining more than Bitcoin at http://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency

At the time of this post:

Hash rate: 21 GHashes
Power (Watts): 165 W
Power Cost ($/kWh): 0.05 (I totally doubt it costs you more)
Daily Power Cost (USD): $0.20

Unobtanium = earn 1 BTC in 49 days
Tigercoin = earn 1 BTC in 79 days
etc.

Bitcoin = earn 1 BTC in 112 days

All in all, even 1 BTC per module sounds like low offer. It would be nice if others involved in this groupbuy do the math
as well so that we can find some reasonable value.

I offer 29BTC with DHL express delivery to Estonia.

Send coins to 1PtFLkJMRMt3U9JJuNP9DAtNE44a7fRLxe and post transaction info here then I'll PM HorseRider, inform him of ownership
change and send him 1 BTC for DHL shipment. You then need to send HorseRider your street address.
last question: I get the same module as in the picture or not? if I'm not mistaken, the third Batch have modified modules
Please, post the real module picture

As far as I know, modules are all the same. There are some black (not silver) cases and cases with just 3 (or 2?) module slots. I'll PM HorseRider and
ask him to make and post picture of actual module, hold on!

Cables are included. No info on shipping method. Auction ends in less than 24 hours, anyone paying more than 28 BTC + shipping?

Not sure, you should check with HorseRider. I contacted him about your offer and he said he can send to Estonia for 1 BTC (28 BTC goes to me).
Please check all details. This is your auction and pay the money to you.
1. Package contens - cables, etc.
2. For 1BTC - express shipping or regular.

OK but it will take more time because I need to conatct HorseRider, he must reply and just then I can post more info here. None of us is online 24/7.

Sent questions to HorseRider, he might post answers here himself.

How much is the hosting fee?

It used to be $0.25 kWh and 10% mining profits but due to serious delay on Avalon side some things changed. It seems HorseRider's datacenter,
where machines were supposed to be located, will be used for some other purpose but I can't tell if hosting just few machines or modules is out
of question.

For any groupbuy, shipment, hosting or some other very specific questions contact HorseRider, I'm just guy who bought 1 module, nothing more.

I confirm that subSTRATA owns 1 module in my plan.

Do you still want module for 28 BTC? If yes, let's move to e-mail and finish the job. I've send you a message earlier today, check it out.
