4081  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $10,170,000,000 was transferred over the Ethereum network in Q2 on: November 20, 2020, 02:20:03 AM
Do you think ETH price will reach 500 $ by the end of this year?
Ethereum's today price: $475
$25 left for it to reach $500 and we still have more than a month to end this year. Very much possible to see Ethereum reach back to $500 and then let's all hope that it will break near to its all-time high just like bitcoin.  Cool
We all expect that to happen, as Ethereum is such a great platform that other platforms are hard to compare, but lately the high gas price has also been a major downside of the platform. This favorite, hopefully ETH 2.0 will fix that
There's nothing we can hope for that the 2.0 will settle things including the high price of the GAS. There were more people that have bought Ethereum in the last couple of days that the miners have doubled profits because of the high GAS. But anyway, Ethereum is inevitably hitting $500 and higher prices soon.

of course $500 is very possible for ethereum, even i believe the price will surpass $600 level before this year end
and next year ethereum price will create new high
Hopefully, no barriers.
4082  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe NBA is rigged? on: November 19, 2020, 09:05:32 PM
Never knew that referee can be involved on this unethical act but i don't also believe that the players rig the game their self if without the instruction of their so called master Mind . players won't be afraid because of that because they are protected but they can be more afraid if they won't do it . they are already rich and why will they be afraid when they get kicked out but they can get more richier if they keep on doing this but this was only a conspiracy . Nba is too big and formal to be rigged but local sports can possibly be
It's only a conspiracy theory that everything is like that. People are good to catch scenes like this but all of those if for show, they'll be busted soon.
Some other not famous leagues can be said of being rigged. But to assume that NBA is, conspiracies.

4084  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there any insurance service for gamblers to retain heavy losses....??? on: November 19, 2020, 01:08:03 PM
This is a thread that's been started by me years back. Once again I would like to take this into discussion, because more the existence of gambling sites more is the addiction. It is a must to make some innovative plans, so that the gamblers doesn't want to restrict themselves from gambling. Maybe this can help the gamblers as well as the dependent of the gamblers.
This is going to be an expensive thing for the insurance company. Their policy would always be in favor of them but what if at the same time most of their insurance gambling takers will have a massive loss at the same time? I'm just stating what's on my mind but I know policies will be made by them and they will not allow that to happen and at least they will have a contingency plan. The insurance industry has been existing for long and they won't stay in the business if they're not making money. But to have an insurance for gamblers, I think this won't happen.
4085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do not trade Alts with BTC these days, You will just lose on: November 19, 2020, 10:34:56 AM
At this moment,
When the % of BTC from the total crypto world has increasing, I think that the best investing right now if invest in ALTcoins!!

BTC is close to its maximum, but other cryptos have to increase around 10X to achieve it maximum...

Now, if you invest in the BTC you need go to 170.000 to have an increase of 10X...
Don't be too general with altcoins. A very few of them are likely to be good after bitcoin's peak has been met or if the cycle goes together with bitcoin's pump.
You trade alts or not, you need to be consolidating while it's too early. The price near to ATH hasn't been reached but what if it overpassed it and surprises us one day, maybe not this year but how about the next years.
4086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Claim that 400 UNI on: November 19, 2020, 06:31:46 AM
I couldn't catch this airdrop because I had a financial crisis at the time so I couldn't trade from uniswap. Also I have received some sky-high information that they will give new uniswap users one more such opportunity. but it will take time.
AFAIK, you don't need that much to trade on Uniswap by that time. You only have to trade before the given time shot for eligible users. Unlike me, I haven't heard of them until the airdrop become popular and a lot of money was given away to those eligible participants.
If I just knew it before, I'll participate but still I don't regret it because I don't commit a lot with projects that I don't have any interest.
4087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A gambler living in England makes a $5M bet on Trump on: November 19, 2020, 04:14:09 AM
That's a very huge amount of money. I'm sure that that person has been doing gambling for such a long time that he's able to bet a very huge amount of money. There will surely be regrets if he lost but I guess he will still be able to handle it well. It will only take a few days for him to know the result. He'll be lucky if Trump would get a chance to win his candidacy again.
Reading the article will give you the hint what this guy do. And you will get an idea what others hobby in UK. As said by the article, betting in politics is popular in his country which means that it's not only him that does this. The article described him as a "confident" gambler to bet with that amount. But the insiders doesn't seem to be accurate and didn't expected the result of this election as Trump's opponent has won the race.
4088  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another boost to bitcoin will come with stimulus checks. on: November 19, 2020, 03:23:19 AM
The amercians who invested their $1200 stimulus checks got 142%ROI in 7 months, that's a great result. I believe the next stimulus checks will bring more acceleration to bitcoin price and adoption because people who got such return tell their friends, relatives etc. Do you agree with this?
Half yes and half no. Let's conclude that there will be another stimulus and those who will receive it will spend it elsewhere that they want. Those wise investors then as usual will buy bitcoin but it won't be all.
A boost coming from this can be said but we're seeing the cycle is being done and bitcoin is following it.
4089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Brave Browser The Newest Favorite Among All Browser on: November 18, 2020, 07:13:56 PM
Google is a search engine and their browser is Google Chrome. The same as yahoo and bing, they're also known search engine although yahoo is also an email provider.
What made Brave Browser stand out is because they've been rewarding users before with BAT. I don't know if they still do today but they have better usability and storage usage isn't that much unlike the popular browsers we use.
4090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Yearn.Global bounty scam? on: November 18, 2020, 05:28:04 PM
If the manager was cheated and admitted it then it's already a scam. You understood that they're also hired to manage the bounty of that project and if he has no hopes for it and just gave up then you need to forget about it and look for another bounty that you want to join.
You can also create a thread on Scam accusations for that bounty project that likely scammed you.
4091  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will be the next move of Bitcoin after $17000? on: November 18, 2020, 04:24:58 PM
Experience wise, it could possibly reach $20,000 before January. There is still enough time for us to see bitcoin reaches back to $20,000. But you do expect some pullbacks and when it comes, make sure that you don't miss it and buy at least a few from your pocket. Just look how resilient it is and when it does, rise is more powerful that pullbacks. I'm bullish no matter how huge or small the pullbacks we get to see.
4092  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Gang uses crypto for illegal purposes on: November 18, 2020, 02:50:36 PM
Looking at a country the size of China I am not sure that the Chinese will not avoid the ban.
The Chinese government should provide concessions and allow gambling to be able to control them by utilizing their modern technology, while still earning income from gambling taxes. In return, the consequences for violators of illegal activities in gambling will receive a harsher penalty than before.
They can control it and that's why they are starting to put sanctions and ban it as much as they can. It's what China mostly does if they want to stop censorship into an activity from their citizens and they want to monitor the ins and outs of activity including this. But the reality is that those citizens that do this can fly to the nearest country that they are free to go and just keep doing what they do. They can't track fiat unless they have some planned raid and knowing that it is a crypto transaction, really hard for them to track unless they start to have a suspicion with huge deposits and withdrawals.
Knowing China's type of government then it would always be keen when it comes to monitoring and transparency yet they dont like for things that do really hide from their eyes or scope of awareness.

This is why these kind of decisions will really be made on tracking out everything but i agree that it cant really be stopped nor being getting rid off it completely.

There are lots of various ways on how that citizen can surpass out those governments eyes and do all sorts of things that they do want. This is why illegal cant really be killed off
and been part of the reality but government do still try to find things up.
They have eyes almost everywhere and transactions that are catchy, they will never allow that to surpass in their surveillance. The law is harsh there that's why many are law abiders but everywhere, you will always get to see those that don't care with those laws.
And also, as I've said that they can do it elsewhere if they've been found out.
4093  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What' is yours opinion on BNB coin? It's incredible the valu on crypto Market . on: November 18, 2020, 01:40:37 PM
The total supply is 176 million BNB tokens. This is much lower than those random tokens that has billions in supply. BNB and it's own company have been conducting continuous marketing for their token and as well as their exchange. IMHO, they are one of the most consistent project that are still in the market til' now. Because there were several exchange projects and has their native token yet they can't be par with Binance in terms of development.
4094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum (ETH) or Bitcoin Cash (BCH) which has the brighter future? on: November 18, 2020, 01:05:35 PM
A very no brainer question. Ethereum will be the choice of the majority.

Ethereum is better than bitcoin because it has better technology, it is more secure, efficient and it is backed up by a number of institutions.
Rephrase it mate, it should be Bitcoin Cash not Bitcoin - only. When you've said about institutions, those are the projects that uses Ethereum's technology. While for BCH, a fork, that goes with another fork and so on.
4095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think is the biggest disadvantage of bitcoin? on: November 18, 2020, 12:33:30 PM
The average person complains of quite expensive transaction fees and longer delivery times than fiat currency transfers, but on the other hand, bitcoin can make us rich in the near future, as happened at this time, namely a fairly high price increase. with the huge advantage of bitcoin, all the shortcomings of bitcoin are not a problem for me.
That complain about slowness and transaction fee never gets old. I've done many times and transacted with the current recommended fees and I don't find it expensive at all. The confirmation time is good and it didn't take any longer. Despite we're on the bull run, the confirmation time is better this time compare to the bull run of 2017. One problem that I can see is not for bitcoin but for people who comes out when bitcoin is getting the attention when it's pumping.

4097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Monero (XMR) ever break its ATH price? on: November 17, 2020, 07:54:25 PM
Yes.
There is always that chance for Monero to go back to its all time high. XMR doesn't have that difficulty of going back to the peak price before. Unlike the other altcoins, they are struggling to even go at least 10% of their current price. But this coin, no doubt that it will eventually go up again and could even go more.
4098  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A crypto Scammer on the run on: November 17, 2020, 01:09:34 PM
Scammers have no race. It is also our responsibility to protect ourselves and be wary of such projects that are coming out. From the name of those projects, I wouldn't trust them just basing it on that.
For the sake of our safety with such projects, we like anonymity but there's already crypto that's taking care of it and that's bitcoin. While for the newly launched projects, it is very important to know who are the people working on it.
4099  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $318K by December 2021 on: November 17, 2020, 10:26:28 AM
$318k is possible but don't give it a timeframe as if it's about to happen exactly like 2021. When predictors like him come out all of the sudden, they just want to harvest the ripe fruits and when the market is bearish, they're all silent and don't want to say anything. This is how the institution plays with the emotions of most investors, they'll say words as an assurance to believe that it will exactly go to happen. But don't be too excited and ride those words, we will see that price but unlikely next year. When bankers are giving advice, you know that the favor is on them and not on us.
4100  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase account temporary Disabled on: November 17, 2020, 09:53:44 AM
I think your fund will not be affected as I have seen one user to get their account disabled but coinbase gave the option to withdraw his fund.
I hope it will give hope to op as that what I have read also before from a user. Before they totally block someone's account from their platform and if it has an existing amount, they will allow you to withdraw it or they'll do it automatically with the address you will provide to them.
But wait until the support gets on your case and will give sets of instructions on how you could overcome this.
