I think the organization despite being optimistic are just fighting on a slim chance here to resume the season.
Im not already expecting that the season would resume as early as possible.Situation becomes worst as day goes by which it can been seen on numbers growing for those players who test positive with this virus. Its a stressing thing for those people who are hoping for the season to be resumed. Maybe at this moment we will just accept already the season is now over and it will not resume soon so we will not expect too much, let's focus on this current pandemic we are facing now, our main concern is the safety of our family and we should be doing the right thing to have self quarantine and be safe. KYC is part of AML, which stand for Anti-Money Laundering.
It is an instruments used to fight money laundering and financial terrorism and are necessary to prevent criminal activities.
KYC I guess is required to all businesses that involves finances but not all of them are under the monitoring of AMLC. AFAIK, these are the banks, exchanges, and other related financial instrument and to be honest, I haven't heard a gambling site that are required to comply with AMLA, requiring users a KYC does not necessarily mean they are under AMLC monitoring. For people who have no idea on the law. ALMC stands for Anti Money Laundering Council while AMLA is the law which stands for Anti Money Laundering Act. I believe that countries around the world are obliged to abide by these procedures to prevail in security. In terms of security, it is better for users to be protected and I am in favor of these mechanisms.

Have bad moment for all cryptocurrency world because many coins have been in lower price, bitcoin and altcoin together going down without have planning when will going on to the higher price, we need moment for bitcoin could back to higher price again or keep stable with lower price.
Looking at the current situation, all altcoins are heavily dependent on Bitcoin so the price of Ethereum will not be able to reach new ATH if Bitcoin does not increase in the near future. In fact, vitalik hasn't had many new updates for investors during the past year and Ethereum 2.0 is a mystery that everyone is waiting for. However, I still hope that the altcoin season will return soon and some major coins can recover. There was no update because either way, that would not help ETH to rise, probably a smart Vitalik would not just launch it right away, he will wait for the right situation and definitely not on the current situation where panic is happening, maybe after this outbreak, we might see the ETH 2.0 and that would result to a positive performance of ETH in the market. |

So far ETH is stable at $120, I think the whole market should start to grow over time, because the fall was very big and the growth should be too.
Not sure if it will hold that strong, again today we've witness a big dump on the market, ETH was dump by 10% and that's a huge dump. Now, if BTC continues to dump again below $5000, we will again witness ETH dump below $100. |

I never think that the market will ever be stable, look at how the crypto market react in the past years, its been very volatile so we can't expect it to be stable.
