4081  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is it now when ethereum is down? on: September 18, 2020, 10:13:12 AM
It is not sudden, most other alternative tokens do respond to Bitcoin price movement. Anytime BTC price move upward or downward in price, other pairs always fell in price. Hope DeFi will change this scenario and have a competitive market in the future

This is the crypto alt correlation with Bitcoin people refuse to accept, which is why now a lot of new altcoins are trying to specifically design themselves so that they do not correlate with BTC (but I think it will take ten more years for this to happen if ever).

Defi seems to change the scenario for now, but not sustainable IMO.
4082  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Official betting partner of ARSENAL FC 🚀 on: September 18, 2020, 08:28:55 AM
I received nice message from Sportsbet after they signed a massive 3 year deal with FC Arsenal as official betting partner.
I got two free bets for this weekend if I place a qualifying bet Smiley
This is sweet I must say!

Thanks Sportingbet and congrats for Arsenal deal!

I got it too but actually it is the same weekend double up promo when I clicked it,,, which I already bet on and won, so waiting for my 2 free bets this weekend to put on Spurs,,,sorry Southampton but we both need this 3 points and I hope Kane gets the better of Ings in this match!

Congratulations to the Arsenal deal, and now even though I like Sportsbet I have to still hope we do not have another Totteringham day;p
4083  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What old coins are you still holding? on: September 18, 2020, 06:45:08 AM
Someone listed Binance Coin and it made me think what is the manner of old coins these days right? My oldest coin other than Bitcoin is Litecoin and I always will hold that,,, apart from the original Monero:)

Who else here is also holding mrai?Wink
4084  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM |Deposit 777 play with 1777 mBTC |Live Casino, Slots, Betting on: September 18, 2020, 06:06:07 AM
Why not both.  Lol.

But seriously, football specials are fun to play.  And I wouldn't mind seeing UFC props too on all the matches..  And not just the round betting props.  Everything.

Any kind of specials are fun but yes football being 11 players and all kinds of combinations easy to see are nice. Aces in tennis, over under wickets in cricket,,, also fun but counting goals, corners and even yellow cards in football seems to me much easier to look at. Then scoring at certain times for live specials? Even better.
4085  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: coming CBDC help or hurt bitcoin? on: September 18, 2020, 04:59:46 AM
If CBDCs would have hurt bitcoin,,, then they would have done it a long time ago when they first came out. Especially now that some of the currencies being proposed will be using blockchain,,, how can it hurt the technology that is driving them in the first place?

When people start seeing banks and governments use blockchain, then they understand they can stop fearing it.
4086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 17, 2020, 04:25:22 PM
Feel mixed about this,,, as a Spurs fan I loved watching Bale play of course, and I can only imagine the possibilities of having him back with Kane and Son up front, I mean he was such a blazing fast player but obviously now he has not played for so long plus injuries,,, hard to imagine how he fits but who knows with some Mourinho love;)
4087  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: USDT wallet on: September 17, 2020, 03:42:21 PM
Hi. I wanna get started with USDT. Can someone please guide me which is best wallet in terms of security n usage ?

Since USDT is an ERC token it has a transaction cost (fuel) and is not recommended to move it on transactions, the right way to use it is by buying and selling on the exchange. If you want to save dollars then do it with real money and not with cripto, but if you want to trade and buy and sell all the time, the use USDT, that way you avoid the bank each time you sell the bitcoins.

USDT is mainly used for trading and kind of that is the whole utility of stablecoins to store value of crypto I guess,,, but I think more people are using it now to send each other dollar payments. I know a lot of crypto services ask for stablecoin payments since everything is priced in dollars anyway. It is okay to transact, just Gas fees so high right now.
4088  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Lamborghini Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: September 17, 2020, 11:51:34 AM
and which countries are these where the tax are cheap?  Grin

if by some miracle I won I wouldn't choose a car because I would have to pay 3X or 4X at my country's customs to remove the car at the port and then I would still have to deal with it the documents. Imagine $200,000 X 4 = $800,000. it definitely wouldn't be advantageous for me.

I know at least two countries where there is zero tax on the citizens,,, and on one of them you do pay a road tax but it is the same for any car no matter the type which is something like $2 a whole year. Not going to mention which country I do not want everyone to go there before I do,,, because my dream is to go and earn money there without tax for 5 years!;)

My country is same as you. Normal car tax is about 15% of the regular price. But if you import, it is 2x the price so you lose for sure UNLESS you own it overseas for >10 years.
4089  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Pi Network value speculation on: September 17, 2020, 10:06:18 AM
PI is the best coin ever i seen
really ? what about btc and eth , i thought these two are the best and theres no more after them but it s strange that you praise a new coin like this as the best among the rest . this coin is not listed on exchange and what if it wont ever be ?

The good news is their twitter account get verified as well. I didn't seen any unauthorized company get verified by twitter or any social media. That can assume that coin will get you a best result in near future and i seen their community also very strong. There is nothing to loose or invest just mine. Hope you will get a great return!
success of the project doesnt depend on the twitter or if their account is verified or not because you wont know what if they buy followers and pay to get a verified status . theres also projects that have failed on the past despite of having a legit followers and a verified status .

When a guy says best ever coin these days,,, it is an auto flag for me. I actually saw Pi and like it a little,,, but the fact remains that because of their model of recruiting they will have majority moonpeople and wenlambo guys,,, and #bestevershitcoin.

Verified on Twitter means something, but it is just people and reputation. Nothing to do with if project will succeed.
4090  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League Discussion Thread on: September 17, 2020, 08:25:35 AM

Spurs is playing of course, so I have a small bet on them -2 handicap:)
4091  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEFI begin new trending or end soon? on: September 17, 2020, 06:57:59 AM
If we can read this article https://www.visualcapitalist.com/decentralized-finance/ no wonder how people will appreciate the Defi system. It could be the rising sentiment and being hot will end up soon but it does not mean that the whole system will collapse. It wasn't the looks I'd able to see with it, the new system will keep as what it has to be at its purpose. The people needed it and so there is no reason why it vanished.

Of course no wonder people love Defi,,, just as they loved IEO concepts and before that the ICO concepts. People are greedy and think of short term profits even though the risk is clearly very high.

Then when it all falls down we will ask again why the market is always so low:) Round and round we go!
4092  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 commission on LTC investments is at 35% till 31. Dec on: September 17, 2020, 06:12:27 AM
You start a casino, work on the coding and design parts like hell, give everything you have, reach a deal with a bank for line of credit or whatever so that you can cover the costs, and in the end someone comes in and wins millions of dollars in a streak leaving you with so much debt that you need to make profit without interruption ever for 2 years in order to make it back to where you started. It is really scary, for both casino and investors, but gamblers have to win time to time to show the world how it is possible as well.

Which is why a good casino has good bankroll management and in the case of public investments, a good way to make that all part of the equation. I have seen such a case in my few years where a new casino came in and did that exactly, so sadly it was the end for them.

But the simplest way to prevent this,,, and we all know variance happens even to the house,,, is to limit the maximum winnings per bet, and to limit other things as tiny percentages of total bankroll. It is more complicated than this of course and Yolo does have quite a complex structure but I think there is a lot of faith in it from investors at the moment because of the track record.

It is all about time as you somewhat say. Long-term, variance is defeated.
4093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Bitcoin society on: September 17, 2020, 04:39:29 AM
To begin with, we don't know whether bitcoin did start with "just one man". One of the hypothesis is that Satoshi was actually a group of people, although I think it is more unlikely.

I don't think there is a bitcoin society. What you call a bitcoin society is too vague a thing.

For me you were happy today and it hit you for writing this post but I don't see much sense in what you say.

I do not agree with a lot of how OP puts it but I certainly agree that the "bitcoin society" is really in a way how OP described it. Something that has taken root so much that it really is all viewed by everyone so differently yet all of that does not matter.

We all use it,,, we all want it to succeed,,, we all have our different ways to help get it there. It is vague. It is a concept.
4094  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 16, 2020, 02:21:24 PM
We have 49 subscribers in the pool and the number of yellow hats is 38, so anyone who wants to have one or more should think carefully before making any predictions.

By the way, luck was on the side of rdbase in the first round and I also hope to be lucky in one of the next rounds and enjoy the free slot. We thank the official sponsor of the sportsbet group.

I warn you all, Spurs will be making some amazing wins when we least expect it and win me a yellow cap one of these days (I wish).

Luck is everything in football after you have used up skill and determination,,, on the pitch we saw two penalties for Liverpool to win. And we saw Spurs somehow not being able to score, or Kane missing a tap in by half an inch. Small margins and luck,,,
4095  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Telegram followers providers - is it working? on: September 16, 2020, 12:48:06 PM
If you want to see what it looks like, then just follow one of the channels or groups that they have serviced in the past. ICO days you could easily see 100k members in a week,,, these days if you get 50k you are already considered huge.

But then you see,,, no comments, just stupid shit shared and big boob women in profile photo;)
4096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP FIVE SECRETS OF MAKING IT BIG IN BETTING WORLD on: September 16, 2020, 12:02:20 PM
It's not really a secret, the topic title should be change into the "Five Must Follow in Gambling or Betting World, that we Didn't Do", we all know the basics yet once we are playing and doin gambling we tend to forgot all the rules, plans we set in mind and just keep on playing based on what the casino is giving in terms of card or in sports without really thinking how to win or when to stop, we tend to just rely on luck than to think we'll or got pressured thinking how to win that sometimes attracts losing once we already start playing.

Yeah,,, nothing secret at all. The last time I got told a "secret" was by a friend who told me if gambling and you're feeling anxious like usually do when you are losing, just close your eyes and pinch the flesh between your thumb and middle finger for a few seconds as painfully as you can. Guess what? Nonsense for me it did not work lol.

Discipline is all my friends and depositing money you MUST KNOW to lose.
4097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to hold now or not? on: September 16, 2020, 10:35:49 AM
I prefer holding ethereum than any other altcoins in the market. In recent days there is large scale market fluctuation with ethereum. Bitcoin has dropped below $10500 serving as the reason for the ongoing price drop. Binance coin in recent days have grown high crossing $25 today.

Days back sold Binance in exchange for ethereum, and expect the growth to happen in large scale by the year end or by start of 2021.

Bitcoin dropping is the major reason every other altcoin drops, this is true, but yesterday Ethereum started slipping back to $360 even though Bitcoin was already at $11000 (now back down). The point is I wonder if ETH now has less and less correlation because of this Defi bubble bursting all over the place?
4098  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice – Bitcoin Casino With Online Slots, Bitcoin Crash & Bitcoin Investment on: September 16, 2020, 10:01:26 AM
We will be adding a sportsbook as one of our first upgrades after the launch of 2.0. We are going to start writing some blog content related to sports betting to gear up for this.
https://mintdice.com/blog/optimize-your-bankroll-betting-with-a-basic-kelly-criterion-formula

Happy betting everyone.

I bet you this gets a lot of people excited. I am a dice player myself which is why we all got into this scene right? But that is more like a sort of hobby that is mindless and fun for us,,, while the ones that really get our adrenaline flowing is sports. For me anyway:)

Looking forward to the big blast, guys:)
4099  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just (JustSwap) another defi to exit scam on: September 16, 2020, 08:52:51 AM
All these bullshit projects make me angry but all these bullshit founders and other companies who pretend to protect the community by whitelisting and all that but actually help scammers make even more money? They make me really sick,,, I am tired of telling people not to do Defi but no one will listen. ICO all over again like you guys said. So very sad.
4100  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptospace services news and updates on: September 16, 2020, 08:15:31 AM
I am somehow with Apple here. And to be fair I have always been with these crypto ad bans because,,, let us be honest, the real educational and useful stuff never use ads. Ads are by for-profit companies in crypto and I would rather not see 9 scams and miss out on 1 good opportunity than the other way around.

Is Defi really the opportunity for people to earn money? I really do not think so! Apple is right. It is more like gambling.
