I believe that there is not a gigantic gap between Portugal and Turkey now. If Portugal were really good enough, they wouldn't be performing in the playoffs now in the end. Yeah, the group stage is over now. And the nervous waiting has ended for me also. I enjoyed the Napoli vs Leicester game too much. We watched 5 goals in this big and important game. First we saw that Napoli scored two goals and captured a huge advantage. However, Leicester were still determined to stay in this game by scoring two goals and providing a balance to the game again. But they were devastated by Napoli's another goal and the defeat by 3-2. As Legia couldn't draw with Spartak Moscow also, Leicester are out now.

The Madrid derby is going to be quite interesting. But I think it is already obvious that Real Madrid are the most performing team considering the sides in this game. They are doing a great job in the La Liga now. They already have a decent gap with their nearest opponent in the standings. And when it comes to the head-to-head games, Atletico Madrid couldn't have beaten Real Madrid away in the La Liga for 5 years. And I won't be astonished if Real Madrid get a win here.
We are going to see an important match both in terms of the signboard and the tournament situation. Chelsea were really effective in attacking against Zenit yesterday. Even Werner scored two goals in this game. However, they still couldn't prevent Zenit from scoring the same amount of goals as them and getting one point. As Juventus defeated Malmo, they lost their leadership to Juventus unfortunately. I say like that because I was favoring Chelsea for the 1st position at the end of the group stage.
I think the Chelsea players were getting to excited and always wanting to score and not defending. The players need to know what their roles are on the pitch. I understand that the coach didn't want to risk anymore injuries. Otherwise Sarr & Christensen are too average. Chelsea only have depths in attack otherwise in midfield & Defence they are poor. Once Chalaboah, Thiago & Rudiger are not playing they get exposed. Same with Christensen if he is not along side Rudiger or Thiago we all see how average he is. Poor defensive organization, they were playing without a leader at the back. It is extremely annoying and appalling. Something has to be done very fast before it will get out of hand. Very bad 6 goals was conceded in just 3 matches. Or maybe Chelsea had their minds on their next Premier League game which is against Leeds. Because I wouldn't expect such a poor performance from Chelsea against a team like Zenit, no offense.  Because their usual game plan and performance are much better than this one. And if they did care about ending this stage as the leader, I've no doubt that they would have put a much bigger effort in this game. |

The most attracting game for me tonight is Miami Heat vs Milwaukee Bucks now. There is not much time left for the game to start. And I see that there are some important missing players at Heat. We will see if this will affect them very badly. Bucks are only one position ahead of Heat now in the Eastern Conference. Comparing their forms, Bucks are in a more stable condition. They won 4 of their last 5 games and Heat were able to win only one. And Bucks were overwhelming against Heat in most of their last head-to-heads. I think Bucks can get another win here.
The Buck will dominate against the shorthanded Heat and that' easy to see unless Herro and Lowry score 40+ points. Spoelstra insists that they have enough players who can win which is a good thing to say to motivate his players. I doubt he's 100% convince with that. Probably another 120+ points for the Bucks. We were waiting for that to happen but it turns out that Heat destroyed them by 113-104. But I believe that the main reason for it is that Giannis didn't play very good this time. Even though he played for 32 minutes, Giannis got only 15 points. J. Holiday (27 pts) and Middleton (20 pts) tried to carry the team but it was not enough for a win. After losing two times in a row, Heat finally got a nice win. |

As Inter have to win to make it, I don't think that Real Madrid will let them. In the worst case, we could see a draw.

Even though Verstappen got big time penalties, He is still ahead of Bottas around 6 minutes and keeping his place. And this was very valuable for Verstappen after all the things happened. He would have even faced bigger fines but thankfully that was not the case. Now we see him and Hamilton having the same points before the Abu Dhabi GP which is the last race of the season also. I've never watched a this exciting season and I've been watching F1 for so many years. It's like I'm going to have a heart attack or something.  But I need to be patient as there are only a few days left to the final race weekend to start. |
