There are so many new and strong conceptualized project out there. Im not sure whether what factors you are looking for long term projects. Is it a tech side where the project has really has a big shot when it comes to their platform or tech, or the hype or the one with massive marketing but still has very common or low key idea project? For me, a good potential one is the one with massive community, the one or devs that actively submitting and updating codes for their platform. Its all about performance, and eth can be overtaken by those that has capability to do so in the future.

I have a thread before about upcoming bounties but due to lack of time to do reseaerch and got some busy life on my real life job I wasnt able to update that thread.
