No he owes you zec. And for those of you that are so damn impatient how about next coin launch figure out how to mine solo or move along. These pools don't have to exist and really if these coins are ever to be decentralized I'd say pools are counter to that. Had he not released this fast miner that some say is 75% faster but I'll tell you what I went with nicehash and I got to go about my day and not have to worry about what the pools were doing. I got paid a decent amount regardless. It's about reducing risk. I'd say you all should have learned a good hard lesson. Shit happens! I don't think anyone will get there payout..... Just glad I switched pools quickly. Also I had notice in his .conf file built into miner, not the one we create, had his address in there. I switched it to mine. I just don't recall in the instructions to change that .conf file also too our address. Oh well

I had that problem on TestNet, you have to delete the chain in the .zcash folder then re-index
Reindex not working on RC4 and mainnet! (stuck on 145 block) On start I tried launch zcashd 20+ times before get success. Now I hold two separate instances of zcash blockchain for "hotplugging" on zcashd crash, but it can't save from wallet corrupting. I already have one 4Mb corrupted wallet.dat... -salvagewallet don't work, I emailed zcash dev team, may be they can help me repair this wallet.dat, but don't receive answer until this moment. I think it's not good start for zcash. Sorry missed this , yeah very bad on the launch , this is what happens though when you have no windows wallet on launch and thus you only really have half the testers you really need. |

A bigger problem now is the pool is highly unstable probably due to problems with the wallet. Not sure there is even anything you can do about that

zcashd wallet down again, after restart hangs on "set best chain", with "-reindex" stucks on block 145... recovered, need patches from developers for getting more stability, now zcashd not ready. supernova message: We are investingating issues in the backend. Your shares and hashrate are safe and we will fix things ASAP.
