And anyways, you made a mistake though, the scoreline for he match between Manchester city and Real Madrid is 4:0, and not 3:0

Thanks mate for pointing that out for me,  I read through your statement and the image you uploaded got my attention of the mistake in the number of the goals scores by Manchester city against Real Madrid to be 4:0 and not 3:0 as I previously wrote but that is corrected now.

Once again thanks
4122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FOMO on: May 18, 2023, 11:37:54 PM
FOMO - Fear of missing out.

For me, it was actually this year. I actually looked for a $pepe coin around January, because of my love for Pepe Lore memes and couldn’t find anything. Now I missed out on a meme coin of a lifetime.
When you fear that you have out on a trend,  then after jumping in on the train when the price is at ATH it's call (FOMO)/but in your own situation what happens is not FOMO but missing out on hype,  both hypes vs fomo means different things and direct an investor to different directions and results,  but the ultimate goal is to always stay motivated and keep your head up regardless of how many opportunities you missed because it better to miss the hype than to lose to FOMO.

You will always have a better opportunity to buy some other good assets,  all that you need is to keep your eyes open and do more extensive research to discover those assets that could yield you the expected results.
4123  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 18, 2023, 11:24:15 PM

Actually, for the semi-finals, I also feel that whoever wins, whether it's Madrid or City, they will be the champions now.
I think you just woke up from a dip sleep mate,  because the championship semi-finals between Real Madrid vs Manchester City were played over 30+ hours ago and you are still talking about the possible winner to be the winner of this year's trophy,  well for your update,  Manchester City won Real Madrid with a whooping 4:0.

So can we now conclude that Manchester City is already the winner of this season's championship?

ChatGPT, as an AI language model, can perform a wide range of tasks, including generating text, answering questions, and providing information, it's important to note that its abilities are based on patterns and does not possess a "human" intelligence as we would understand it on this forum. However, a system that can be trained in patterns may be good enough for poker.
I agree with you,  since following lay down pattern will arrive at same results at some point,  but then the bigger issues is how the casinos will view such pattern if discovered,  will their just look away or get some punishment for the use of AI to gian the followed pattern without humans efforts.

This is what we must consider when discussing the possibility of a new development to fit into an existing one such as poker games.
4125  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is going down. on: May 18, 2023, 10:54:03 PM
Regardless of whether that conclusion is correct or not, but I think there are always those who consider bitcoin as a safe store of value asset instead of a high-risk investment asset.

Someone who still had price volatility in mind when choosing bitcoin as a store of value would definitely not agree to using bitcoin as a safe store of value. This mindset certainly exists among investors, but it must have elicited a sceptical response among some who think 1 bitcoin = 1 bitcoin.

Sorry, but that's precisely why some would label Bitcoiners as a bunch of detached-from-reality fanatics. Irrespective of how you consider it, Bitcoin is volatile, that's not an opinion but a fact. Stating "1 btc = 1btc" in the context of the store of value is silly, as it's not the best in holding the value, because of high volatility.
Whether you express value in USD or anything else, e.g. loaves of bread is irrelevant. The point still stands.

Apparently when you talk about store of value in it real content it means asset A vs B where A=$ values on stock market and B= asset holdings,  e.g Bitcoin as an asset value can only be calculated based on its exchange value against other assets on the exchange and this time bitcoin dollars cost average plays a very significant role in determining the value of bitcoin.

So the idea of 1BTC=1BTC may only be correct if the bitcoin is trading against itself,  but if bitcoin trade is between dollars then its dollar value at the point of exchange becomes the real value of bitcoin at that time.

Good time,ladies and gentlemen
So,what are your thoughts on the current market situation?
While the US is trying by all means to pull its economy from the bottom and introduce more and more regulations on cryptocurrencies, european banks are actively cooperating with cryptocurrency exchanges
Binance recently closed its business in Canada, which is a good indicator
The market is unstable, but as Rockefeller said, you have to buy when there is blood in the streets Wink

-Regards
Is cryptcucrency at the centre of US asset regulation bills and what percentage of that law focused on digital assets bitcoin in particular,  what I think is happening with the whole global economic crisis goes beyond bitcoin/cryptocurrency and it will be a wasted effort if any country focuses too many oncryptocuremcy regulations as a means to revive their economy since cryptocurrency contribute just small per cent to the countries GPD and whatever ways there can calculate it impacts on their domestic economic performance.

But on I individual level,  bitcoin is the best form of the alternative store of value most especially in times of high inflation and other economic crisis.
4127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 18, 2023, 10:37:35 PM
Big win for Newcastle tonight as their flugged brighton with several goals and to wulify for the next round of the premier league,  this is a big win for the club considering the performance since the league started.
Newcastle's victory of 4-1 is a significant one for them. They are very delighted with their victory against Brighton tonight because there are just two encounters left for them in the premier league. On Monday they will play against relegation-threatened Leicester and that will determine their champion league qualification. Without being told you are already aware of what Newcastle's outcome will be in their match against Leicester. A complete victory of course. Putting them in a strong third position, before their last match against the Chelsea football team.
Yes Newcastle really make a remarkable history in this match and for them to have accumulated such numbers of goals in this match shows how ready the club is to defend their current standing in the league this season even though the timing is becoming more and more limited,  but then it's still an anticipation of what to expect from the club in the next season.
4128  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun |20% RAKEBACK TO ALL|SLOTS|SPORTS BETTING|70% RAKEBACK RUSH HOUR on: May 18, 2023, 10:23:29 PM
I don't mean to accuse the user above my comment as a troll but the blackjack team have not responded to this user here on the forum and if he continues to litter this thread with these continued complaints am sure it could give this great casino some bad image most especially in the sight of potential client's.

But then also,  the silence from the team on oos KYC verification may be a result of conclusions on the security team's investigation, but whichever way,  ops need to be responded to avoid further calls in this manner.
4129  Economy / Gambling / Re: Limited in every bookmaker on: May 18, 2023, 10:12:23 PM
Basically, this is not advisable trying to avade a ban from crypto casinos will lead you and the account you are looking to purchase into serious trouble and that is not something you may wish to experience because sometimes it amount to a waste of your own time instead of trying to cheat further, with bought account,  you should try to figure out how to resolve the issue of your ip ban that way you can learn how to handle future incidents of this nature.

But trying to buy another account may become a distraction and further troubles for you ops,  I don't know what offence you committed bit then if you have any legitness in you you can choose the legal and right way.
4130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If I have $40,000 to invest in one #cryptocurrency. on: May 18, 2023, 10:02:31 PM
Grin question is,  do you have $40k to invest in all these coins I am not against diversification of your portfolio but then you will need to choose the right asset that will guarantee you profits and also less your rate of risk.,  most of the assets you listed are meme coins with histories of series of pump and dump records and should be traded with caution at this point.

40k can get me 1 whole Bitcoin unit + good leftover balance based on currency price so then why should you risk that amount on meme coins,  it doesn't make sense to me.
4131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Chat GTP destroy poker on-line gambling??? on: May 18, 2023, 09:29:15 PM
ChatGTP was made to control people. Social media will soon be flooded with AI with an agenda. For gambling, it can be very good since we don't care about agendas.
But if we don't care about the agenda then we may jump on anything that looks successful without taking the time to properly analyse its outcome and impact on the overall outcome of such development.

Artificial Intelligence bots may be good in some instances but not in all cases e.g. poker games,  I can't figure out what role the AI will play in enhancing the player's chances of winning.
4132  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Aviator crash games - did anyone hear about it? on: May 18, 2023, 09:23:38 PM
Perhaps this Facebook game is restricted in certain regions due to local gambling regulations. The Aviator Crash game I'm familiar with is a casino game that follows the same concept as a classic crash game but with a different theme. Availability may vary depending on where you're located.
I agree with you on that,  maybe the crash advert is coming to the ops based on his regional preferences because I use Facebook too but I have not come across such ads on my feeds,  but then it good to see how evolving gambling is becoming seeing traditional games getting upgraded to meet the current standard.

We may see more comments as regards to this but then most members here may not see the Avarter crash games ads and would be needing a link to visit such a site and hope ops will provide some links soon.
4133  Other / Politics & Society / Re: All bad - like the main one? on: May 18, 2023, 09:14:36 PM
Why is there such a concept in society, if the leader (no matter which society or group) is a bad person, then everyone who is with him or under him is the same. Why is it that if a person is bad and they start treating him badly, the same attitude automatically relates to his subordinates, because they are not him? How to avoid humiliation in the social sphere if you are good and your boss is bad?
The answer is simple,  because the leader controls the rest member of his team and due to fear of the leader,  even if the leader is not right in his idea or directives,  the followers have no option but to follow suit and when there is any mistake the whole team will be blamed for that,  but in a political setting,  even when the team fails,  it is the leader who will be called out for that and that alone is enough to suggest and point to how weak our political institutions have become.
4134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People with quick rich attitude always mess up with alt coins on: May 18, 2023, 09:10:56 PM
Most of those who get scammed are those same set who are investing in get rich quick schemes, there are always on then look out for the projects that will give them 100x return within a short pperiod  and in the end, they become victims of exit scams and many projects have ditched them for that,  it does not matter what the outcome of the previous investments is there are alwastill ready to jump on the next a bitcoin just because of hype and hunger to get free money.

Not knowing that cryptocurrency investment profitability comes from its long-term duration and if an investor is not patient he/she may end up losing their initial capital invested.
4135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: May 18, 2023, 08:54:43 PM

Not many people manage to control themselves, sometimes I also give advice by saying that to someone to control themselves when playing gambling, leave when they win or take a break when they win big, but basically human nature we cannot deny that greed always sticks with us. we are wherever we are even though we have tried to control it but at certain times sometimes we forget that we should be able to control it but seem to forget to be consistent.

You are right,  not many have control over their feeling and control of how their feel or can handle loses vs winning,  so many of the gambling addicts become addicts even before their know,  some time it's out of the quest to cash in on some winning that lead them into becoming strong addicts,  I used to have a room mate in my university days who got kicked to gambling and when he started he was all excited becaus pf his first big win,  he bought a new device that aided and upgraded his gambling attachment from the proceed of his first winning.

And before you know it he start losing continuously and for him to recover he become a excessive gambler to the point he that skipping classes just to gamble.
4136  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: How una dey cope with this high Bitcoin fees wahala, which wallet una dey use? on: May 18, 2023, 08:47:19 PM

But then whenever such happens as a bitcoin holder all you need to do is to do. More cash than Bitcoin.

Actually, this idea is a good one to reckon with. I had the thought of doing such but looking at it and the way Nigeria banks behave and the naira fluctuations I had another thought of transferring and living some emergency funds in stable coin. This is even more safe and stable than the local way and currently usdt against naira Is appreciating so you could see why I had choose to better remain onchain with a stable coin than converting to naira instead of the value of my naira to keep dropping I better remain onchain with usdt as my emergency rescue funds than keeping it in local currency.
Yes mate,  when I say do more cash it doesn't mean if you DCA or you go all in to naira but then both naira and USTD are both fiats to me since both are centralized and you can choose to use them alternatively to bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency you are holding and depending on your vacation at moments because at some point you will still be needing the bank to complete some and almost all you spending transaction especially now that cryptocurrencies are not widely used for payments in the Point of sales (POS)

I think we can always figure out ways around it and survive the time,  if we survive Naija currency swap vs POS wahala,  bitcoin transactions own go be play.
4137  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Aviator crash games - did anyone hear about it? on: May 18, 2023, 07:37:17 PM
Never heard of this game before, maybe because it's not popular in my region, but I am interested in this game since it crashed which is one of my favourites.

I will be making further research about this avatar crash to see how it feels and look and I will revise back to this thread to make my review and comments.
4138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 18, 2023, 07:33:02 PM

Although Newcastle already have the lead from an own goal from the Brighton forward Deniz Undav, they still need to be careful of this Brighton team that embarrassed Arsenal in their last game. Brighton have most of the ball possession in this first half and they have really attacked the Newcastle defense, but Newcastle's defense is not easy to penetrate and they will struggle before they will be bale to score. The first half win is a good result for Newcastle.
It feels good to see that Newcastle United is already leading with 2 goals and this gives me an exciting feeling to see how the predictions are turning out in this match and I am sure Newcastle United will defend this goal till the end of this match.

Brighton squads on the other hand are trying to make equalizing goal but the Newcastle squad already have their backside on a lockdown that doesn't allow any possible score.
4139  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: How una dey cope with this high Bitcoin fees wahala, which wallet una dey use? on: May 18, 2023, 07:08:30 PM
When this one happen(high fees), I was really confused of the whole thing. I no know where to start until a friend tell me sae, I go fit reduce my bitcoin transaction fee for trustwallet
But better to move your coins out of Trustwallet because it is one of the bitcoin wallets that is trash. It supports only one address for bitcoin which means no privacy. It collect users information which can be given to the government and third parties. It does not support RBF. Not supporting CPFP. Not supporting coin control. It is close source.
Thank God say the fee issues have now passed behind us and we can focus on more important things, I no too panic sha because based on history of bitcoin this is not the first to such blockchain congestion will happen and it is not peculiar to only Bitcoin,  same have happened in 2017-2018 according to records and also some other blockchains such as ethereum and USTD have all experience such crisis at some points.

But then whenever such happens as a bitcoin holder all you need to do is to do. More cash than Bitcoin,  unless on an emergency where you need to use Bitcoin,  the good news is that the network connections in Bitcoin blockchain or any other cryptocurrency blockchain don't last for too long before there will be attempts to stabilize the network making them flexible.
4140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 18, 2023, 06:23:55 PM

I think Newcastle should be able to get points even though it will be difficult for Brighton to face but it is very likely that I feel Newcastle have a chance to win because it is important for them to secure their position at the end with the remaining games.

Well, I just gave Newcastle United for straight winning since all analysis point to that direction and I am confident that Brighton will not be able to meet the pressure that will come up from Newcastle unitesqusds tonight and it will take luck for them to be able to make any goal record in this match.

But in the end, Newcastle United will emerge the winner in tonight's match with multiple goals in this match.
