This virus will go away in a couple of months but Premier League matches are now suspended until April 3rd at the earliest. Hey, I don’t think the season will get cancelled so at least ‘Meet Steve’ will be in the warmer months of the year as the season will go into June now.

The bitcoin price will definitely rise as we approach the halving but because of this virus we might only get back to $9,000 or something. If the virus hadn’t happened then it would have gone higher.

This time next year though we could see a new ATH & all this nonsense will be forgotten.

Last night showed the difference between a top GK & a crap one. Oblak was the only real reason Atletico didn’t lose by 4 or 5 goals in 90 mins. Liverpool played really well but you can’t have a GK making terrible mistakes & do well in the CL. Alisson would never have done something like this.
4124  Economy / Speculation / Re: ARMAGEDDON On the Markets on: March 12, 2020, 12:49:35 PM
I don’t see why stocks, assets, crypto nose dives because of this virus. Seriously why would anybody sell, I don’t see the correlation. This virus will go in a few months & everything will recover so why sell?
4125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Virgin coins from 2010 are on the move! on: March 12, 2020, 12:46:26 PM
If somebody has HODLED since 2010 then I really don’t understand why they’d be selling now. It’s probably just a whale moving coins to another wallet.
4126  Economy / Speculation / Re: A hard manipulation? on: March 12, 2020, 12:44:31 PM
43 sats per byte as the average transaction fee, it isn’t all that high. I really hope this horrible land slide stops soon though.

This pandemic is destroying the world, I can’t believe it. It’s crashing every market in the world, hopefully the bleed stops soon. It’s even affecting our sport & gambling.

The Man City vs Arsenal game was only called off as a precaution, I don’t think we’re going to see big panic & multiple games called off.

PSG & Liverpool doing really well to turn around 1st leg deficits atm. 2nd halves will be explosive, I’m watching the LFC vs Atleti game but PSG are on fire by the looks of it in the other one.

Total domination by Liverpool in the 1st half & definitely a deserved 1-0 lead. Great header by Wijnaldum, 2nd half should be really good, such a tense game.

I love the way the  Arsenal admin gives more savagery tweets to fellow clubs
I could remember vividly when Watford defeat Liverpool,  Nigga was quick as speed of light to tweet about it, I hope Arsenal does not lose against Man city on Wednesday this week, if not....  Grin

They’re not competing for big trophies any more so all they have to shout about is their Invincible season which was about 17 years ago.

Liverpool have lost 1 game this season, I don’t think they’re going to care what little Arsenal are saying, in 9th place & 42 points behind  Shocked

Tonight is possibly a night of the least interesting last 16 games -

Leipzig vs Spurs (1-0 1st leg)
Valencia vs Atalanta (1-4 1st leg)

Leipzig should do the business & Atalanta already have one foot in the 1/4 finals.

Aston Villa losing was good news for Watford (our resident sports bookie sportsbet.io sponsor them) so that’s good news.

Elsewhere it’s Man City vs Arsenal tomorrow, can City bounce back?

4135  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: March 09, 2020, 05:23:22 PM
This is about the maximum level of panic you’re going to see. I don’t think we’re going to see the price go much lower, stop looking for the perfect time to buy.

Sterling’s finishing is terrible isn’t it, sometimes it looks like he couldn’t hit a cows ass with a pan full of rice Wink
He’s a good player but I don’t think he’ll ever be what we class a truly world class.

If Atletico Madrid score first Liverpool could be in trouble but I still think with the power of a home crowd they should advance to the next round. I think the captain Henderson is back which will be a big positive.

My prediction is 3-1 to Liverpool in the 2nd leg which would be 3-2 on aggregate.
4138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: March 07, 2020, 09:27:00 PM
So many low scoring games today, I rarely ever go for 1-0 or 0-0. It feels too much of a risk but well done to you guys who scored well today.

Hopefully the Manchester Derby is exciting to watch tomorrow.
4139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: March 07, 2020, 09:25:10 PM
Watford obviously massively raised their game vs Liverpool & treated it like a cup final. Liverpool probably took it for granted they’d just have to turn up & roll over Watford, it doesn’t work like that. You can’t take any game easy in the PL or you’ll get beaten.

I think Watford will stay up but today was obviously a throw back to what they’ve been doing too much all season.
4140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: March 07, 2020, 09:18:18 PM
I don’t see how CL games can be postponed, it’s impossible because the tournament is still running in other countries. You can’t have a knockout competition where other teams are in the 1/4 final already waiting for Juve & Lyon to play their last 16 tie.

If anything happens it’ll just be restricted to behind closed doors games - As the famous saying goes - The show must go on.
