4121  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is nobody talking about this major resistance? on: April 15, 2020, 04:29:47 AM
You are not suppose to automatically sell or short when it goes to a resistance line. You wait and see what happens at that line. Whether this is bitcoin, altcoins, stocks, commodities, etc.

If you end up entering a bunch of trades at those areas you will end up with tons of loses. Sure your line might hold however you need confirmation first. If it goes there and its rejected and then starts making newer lows and failed highs then you look to short right after. Sure you don't get the best price because you are chasing essentially but neither is entering in an area which might end up being a huge bull trap.

This is why so many people ended up shorting $6K back in early 2019 and they all ended up losing badly because it had absolutely no effect like $6K did back in 2018.

This is the hard part when you do deal on cryptocurrency market where supports and resistances can be break out in a blink of an eye even how good your technical analysis is.
Basing on the video this is somehow helpful and informative yet i have missed out that common support/resistance area that he had drawn in 5mins duration.
Actually this can really be applied out and a considerable analysis on waiting up but only applicable for short/active traders but we cant really ignore the fact
that we should be prepare always for breakouts yet this is just a common thing into this place.
4122  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino workers, asking for salary during the shutdown on: April 14, 2020, 11:04:44 PM
That it's true. Since casinos mainly have been closed on government instructions because of virus spread then it's up to governments to help the empoyers and employees.
In my country it's been settled like this, government is covering a part of salary for all companies, no matter what they cope with, who had to stop working because of corona virus. I think that is fair.

I guess you are residing in a developed nation such as Switzerland or Japan. Here in India, we don't have such luxuries. A lot of people are out of job, and the government is not doing much about it. Those who are without any savings are facing a lot of challenges. And even people like me are afraid that our jobs will be lost if this situation continues for another 2-3 months.
This wont really be a problem if you do reside into a rich country but if not then you would really have that kind of problem when it comes to sustaining yourself. 1 month local quarantine is already hard,
how much more on months? People do really indeed need of a job and just like on where im living where people do still work in spite of the threat of covid because if they wont work then they wont
have salary. When it comes to aides or government support, it isnt really that enough and just good for few day or weeks time.
4123  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Risk management , how ? on: April 14, 2020, 06:14:05 PM
successful trading is about managing risk minimising it as possible  as we can , i have read that with correct risk management even with flipping a coin we can do trading and be profitable

i want to know what methods/rules  are there to minimise risks
There could be multiple strategies to control and to handle risks effectively while trading but what I am following in my own trades is, risking only up to 10% of my available capital. Yes, I do set my stop-losses levels only up to 10% of my capital regardless of where is my target levels will be. I have seen people who adjust stop-loss levels based on targets like if a signal is about 20% of profits then they start think about stop loss up to 20% and when market is reaching those 20% of stop loss levels.

But, I do not change my policy of setting stop loss regardless of what signals are suggesting. This helps me to close the trades when market is doing against me like I do not need to wait more but I may start another trade to compensate my previous trades. I believe this is all about how we treat the unexpected losses and how we maximizing the chances to get us into profit zones.
It depends on which coin you are trading into because we know that 10% movement on daily basis can really be triggered on but it would always depend on the market condition just like what we are seeing now where price
can play between 2-5% in 24 timeframe.Setting stop loss of 10% would really be recommendable in times like these but for those days where volatility intensity is high then its better not to put it up yet it can
easily be triggered  or hit on.There are indeed several ways on reducing risk but managing or selecting which one would be used will be our job because not all things will work the same as others.

Wow new thread Smiley feels logic since new site, I love the new version and i still has my lb phyisicals Smiley

Never thought luckybit will come back with a big bang. Are you people starting the media or signature campaign as most of the gambling sites do so to improve their visibility and increase their user base. Lets see how the site grows from here onwards and compete with the market competition.
Oh old lb still avaible aswell but I love the new site, there isn't much promotion in that sense nowadays but just few days ago there was a Happy Hour I missed and got another one in four days, was laughing alone seeing someone win 130x with consolation prize.
When you do try to look on each color, you can see similar names so it isnt surprising that those top or hall of famer would sure get some spots below.

Dang, those rare multipliers like x333 and x999.Lucky for those players who hit up the spot..
4125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Binance Finalizing Deal to Purchase CoinMarketCap! Can CMC Stay Neutral? on: April 14, 2020, 04:53:57 PM
They won't ruin themselves, why would they? I have never came up to that point of thinking that they will do self-destruction after purchasing and investing millions of money to CMC.

Well,,, we thought the same about Justin Sun and TRON and for sure all their community users also thought he could not possibly self-destruct but then he kept on making the wrong moves from Pornhub to Steemit,,, now people are angry at him instead of cheering his expansion. People just need to be careful and to do things with the right mix of ambition and intent.

They are a different project, Binance does not only do the hype, they also make the right direction that would please the supporters, unlike TRON that they are only good with hype but they are under performing on the competition of the top assets in the market.

TRON rose to top 10, but now it was dropped pretty hard, only rank at number 17 while Binance is very consistent.
https://coinmarketcap.com/
And this is what make them on top of the chain because Binance do know on how to extent itself into various sections which i havent even expect that they would really go this far.
I dont see the point for them to alter anything when it comes to stats, the entire community do know about that possibility so its impossible for them to take risk on making such action.
Lots of projects that we have seen which are only good on hyping but not really doing their stuff which do really lead up to total failure.

~snip~

Okay! Lets be honest on here.I do feel sorry on the situation you are into and now you've come back telling that you had a thyroid cancer. Can you at least show up some proofs rather than on verbal things?
Im not really that emotionless when it comes to real life situation but im somewhat done when it comes to alibis for most noobs out there just trying to make up some stories just to get some sympathy
and might able to get some donations because they've fooled out other people on this kind of way.

In any case if this was indeed true then better to confess out your mistake into your father before its too late..Dont make that problem would be dragged down until you pass out..
Money can still be earned and problems can be solved yet you do still have your family to support you no matter what.
4128  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: April 14, 2020, 11:51:25 AM
A saddened news just been entered few hours ago.
KAT mother, Jacqueline Crus dies after lengthy battle with coronavirus.

Man. Thoughts and prayers up to KAT's and to entire Towns family.

https://twitter.com/Twolves_PR/status/1249786661812215808

Oh God. This is a sad news. Well, I hope KAT is okay and also his family.

Remember guys, whoever is infected by this virus. Be positive as always and think like it is just another flu.
That is how I see doctors taking care of their patients. Hydrate yourselves as always, lemon with honey is also better.

I was really pulling for her. After that I posted it here or read about the incident.

What's most heartbreaking is she died more likely not having anyone on her side, man.

Fuck corona virus.
Yeah, that is the freaking bad side about it.
Recently, someone talked to me about that.

What if a kid had it?
The kid will be forced to stay alone in a quarantine room with nobody around. No Mom or Dad in his side to tell everything will be alright.
It breaks my heart. I won't freaking leave my kid alone in some hospital room.
Just the thought of my kid being scared alone will kill me already from heart attack.

Afterwards, they are going to burn it like nothing happened. Freaking virus.
This became a shitty year for everything.

No one would really be on your side when you do have this kind of virus.I cant even imagine myself into that particular situation if one of your members would be isolated alone and no one of his loved ones beside him/her.
Just take a look on what happened on Italy where bodies of dead people are just being buried directly or even cremated alone. This is indeed the most shitiest year for all of us.
We can withstand any calamities and other similar problems but this one? Its slowly killing us,as long the vaccine isnt available yet. Feeling sad for KAT and sorry for the loss.. Stay safe everyone.
4129  Other / Off-topic / Re: Suggest me a good anti virus for my laptop on: April 14, 2020, 11:10:53 AM
Except windows defender I have rarely used any anti virus. I did use AVG free and some others but always ended up uninstalling them. But lately I am feeling to have a good anti virus in my system. A free version will do the job for me. But my problem is to find a good one.

Can anyone help me a bit with some information to find which one will be better?

Thanks

Eset NOD32 which ive been using for years now.. Here's some key for the license BGTC-X6KM-B4JN-P47V-WSW7  ..
You can make use on others too like Avast or MB which had been suggested above.
4130  Economy / Speculation / Re: Pantera CEO Says Bitcoin Will Explode in Three to Nine Months on: April 13, 2020, 09:43:22 PM
Never heard of Pantera Capital, but it doesn't really matter who they are and I don't trust public announcements like this from investment firms or money managers, because it always strikes me as a bald-faced attempt at hyping an asset that they likely own.  It's also only one person/company's opinion, and for every one of those you find that tells you bitcoin is going to spike there are probably hundreds of others telling you the opposite.  The truth is that none of them know for sure, so it's all noise.
Its nothing new yet we have seen countless of these kind of calls when it comes to price speculations or predictions. The difference here is that
they do have that louder voice due to their reputation but actually those speculations are just generic just like any other speculators into this market.
We can say all we want but as said that all of those are just noise and theres no guarantee that it can happen precisely.

Optimistically, they expect a staggered return to work in June-July but they also expect social distancing to continue, and that lots of workers will still be out of work. They acknowledge a vaccine is the only true hope of solving the pandemic, and that it won't be coming for a year or more, leading them to conclude:

As long the vaccine wont be created then its expected that the more months would pass the more chaotic the world it would be.I cant imagine if this one would last for a year.
4131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: P2P online games with BTC on: April 13, 2020, 02:32:59 PM
What are the some of online games where we can challenge others, play online for BTC. I'm specifically looking for games like Chess, 8 Ball Pool, Carrom or some other games. Would be happy to see 8 Ball Pool or Chess game. I can't take the lockdown anymore. I need something to spend my times.

Why not try this one? Visit up this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5236603.0

For 8 ball has been around a long time ago : https://www.miniclip.com/games/8-ball-pool-multiplayer/en/ and you need to invite player first to begin.

Does miniclip offers Bitcoin as a form of bet to play pool?
No it doesnt! Its just been mainly suggested without even knowing that miniclip doesnt really have that crypto integration.

4133  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't trade what you can't risk loosing on: April 13, 2020, 12:46:50 PM
Experienced traders knows how to manage as time already enhanced both their skills and understanding they are capable in choosing when to risk their money and when to back out. Trading depends as always with the knowledge that you've got from the industry, the more you understand the the more you take bigger risk. Anticipation and speculations both depends from how you already experienced previous waves and how you choose to take the ride.
I agree that experience must be playing vital role in deciding the outcome of crypto trading. Because, I'm seeing a lot of newbie traders are sharing about their losses in crypto trading whereas experienced traders are simply manipulating the entire crypto market on their own directions.

At the same time we cannot ignore the fact that all the traders are newbie when they start with. It means when we are not having sufficient experience in handling different fluctuations of market, it will be highly recommended to risk only very low capital. This way we can gain experience and start accumulating profits in slow mode but in progressive way as well.

Nothing starts to be pro and we do really start from scratch and losing is an inevitable thing that all traders would experience. The mistake on here is that most noobs do directly use huge amounts of money
when they are just starting up, in result they've been burned and some of them turn their back and some do withstand such challenge and proceed to go further and learn even more.
Risk is always present because if theres no risk then theres no profit that we can make. This is why experience and skills would be crucial because we know that dealing with volatile
market is never been easy but somehow can really be handled out when you've gain enough info and exp on how thing goes.
4134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reddit: Why not bitcoin? on: April 13, 2020, 11:40:42 AM
I know a lot of you guys already know what's going on with Reddit taking on ethereum based tokens integrated with the platform. They are currently experimenting a point system where communities can give extra benefits to their users. Apparently they are using ERC-20 based tokens, obviously they are going to make it possible with Ethereum and most of you guys might ask why not bitcoin?

Here is my personal opinion about it.

1.It's not because Bitcoin is not fast enough for confirming transactions like ethereum, so if it happens that the experiment goes well then millions of users are going to receive monetary benefits that will only take a seconds.

2. Ethereum Integration is the best fit for the platform simply because Ethereum was made for facilitating smart contracts and applications under its own currency.

3. Ethereum has a brighter future than bitcoin, since ethereum is used to run applications there will be time in the future that we will be making payments using ethereum and not bitcoin.

Actually you do have some points between ETH and BTC when it comes to its tech.I cant deny that BTC is a bit outdated as other people say but we can see the current market situation on which one is on demand.
They can integrate other platforms as they can but they can removed out when it comes to community support when it comes to btc. Asking question why Reddit integrate ETH platform instead?
Its their choice yet we do have our own will on which one would suit out or would fill out their criterias. If ETH then so be it.
4135  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: April 13, 2020, 10:22:16 AM
I have heard and read from some friends and in this forum about gambling site investing and the review are divided.

Some says they failed why others said it is profiting but the true question is whats the real thing?

now having this from OP i thing we can have some highlights and may encourage me and others to invest in Gambling.
For those people who do have doubts on investing on gambling site house itself then this is the perfect time for them to follow up this thread.Perfect example
when it comes to the amount invested which isnt really that big like 1BTC+ above since not all people are capable or holding such amount... The ideal amount is on what OP's been doing.
Lets see on how this one would go for long run aspect and it can really prove out and judge for yourself if its really worth to risk on.
4136  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best time to begin your gambling affiliate journey. on: April 13, 2020, 08:57:51 AM
I have tried spreading my affiliate link to multiple platform in order to get passive income however it didn't work.
I feel like people do not like pressing affiliate links on a way that they don't want someone else to get money from their activity - It is a psychological reason in my opinion... Of course it is a good way to earn some money but it is very difficult.
I agree to this one though and we know that affiliate marketing wont really be for everybody.Only a few would able to succeed into this career but it doesnt mean that you wont give it a try.
This is somewhat do need up some mix of luck because you wont able to know if you can hook up some whales to register under your link.Basing up on my experience
im not really into this kind of affiliate thing but i do still continue to share up my link but doesnt hope that much to make up some money with it.

Take this as a lesson learn for you.Always dyor and try to hear up others advice next time and also reading up things wont really cost you an arm and leg.
4138  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Increased Bitcoin Adoption on: April 13, 2020, 03:12:29 AM
Why the price of Bitcoin is still down?

The price of Bitcoin is still down because it was cause by FUD together with all the traditional markets out there. Even if there is physical evidence that adoption had increased because of promoting contactless payments to the affected countries it is still not enough to push the price up back to its normal range since new demand or an increase in it couldn't make it recover to what is currently happening to us now. Also don't believe in the crypto news websites you are seeing about Bitcoin being the main option for these countries as their contactless payments. Countries like Iran are using credit cards and debit cards when they say contactless payments and Bitcoin wasn't even one of the ideal options for them.
Dont know why there are people who do generalize that crypto had become the option when it comes to e-payments which they havent considered or to
rethink that we've been using traditional credit/debit cards. It isnt bad to be that optimistic but we should at least try to look around on whats totally happening
and not just fixing out our mind on what we do believe.

Many countries are using blockchain technology to fight against the pandemic.
Why the price of Bitcoin is still down?
I don't think so...many countries allow their people to use blockchain technology but the question is, are they using it now? May be (only a few of them) because not all knows about crypto and not even acceptable in the market pushing them to still use fiat. I don't think that the pandemic will increase the adoption and people will look into crypto. They still have other options in buying stuff in a cashless payment system and that is the use of credit or debit cards.

This is true..Its too early to take consideration or to mind that crypto would became mainstream just because of this current condition.
4139  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING ]: Fury vs Wilder III in Las Vegas on 18th July 2020 !!! on: April 13, 2020, 02:20:39 AM
Tyson Fury is clear winner for me.
He has bigger heart and he is smarter than Wilder.
Only question I have is will this fight even happen in that time... and I have my doubts because of current condition in the world

Doesn't matter if it happens in time, the outcome will only be the same.

Wilder is getting old, he's around 35 now, which isn't the best age for a heavyweight that relies on speed and explosivity.

I think that the delay will only benefit Fury, since he'll have even long to prepare, while Wilder will only injure his body further in training.

Either way, hopefully the match either gets cancelled or Fury quickly stops Wilder once and for all, nobody wants to see this third.

This fight will be delayed but will not be cancelled, though maybe you are right that most people don't want to see this 3rd fight, but Wilder only loss once in his career and I think he deserve this as his last chance if the result will be the same, and there are still people who believe in him.

There are people who do like or not for this 3rd fight but its already settled but the said date would surely be postponed if this covid wont be solved out upto July onwards.
We know on whose the one does have the edge and as Darkdays said that Wilder is getting old and we know that age does really give out toll on a boxers fighting performance.
As a fighter that had lost once then i cant blame for that kind of revenge feeling to the person who had put a mark on your stats. It do really touches out your pride.
4140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is Scalping? on: April 12, 2020, 11:15:23 PM
If you know what you're doing it's possible to have a steady income but at the same time this strategy is based on the market going up.

If you try scalping and get a stop loss after a stop loss at some point you may find it hard to get back that 10% lost in your last session.
You can make profits with both Bearish and Bullish trends of the markets with Margin/futures trading so long as you made perfect entry points so your statement is incorrect.
Not an easy one but a very profitable kind of trading if you done it right.I highly believe that only a few who are capable on dealing with this kind of trading where it doesnt really care if it would a bull or in bearish trend.

Fast execution of orders neither making an entry or would make an exit. This isnt applicable to anyone but really worth of to try if you do have sufficient amount of time in dealing with active market.
