4121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mediocre/People. on: October 03, 2020, 09:30:22 PM
I think getting a mentor is a way out of troubles in learning how to use bitcoin, It will be extremely complex to a mediocre to use it even for a mere  transaction talk-less of trading and hodling it.
Popularizing it with advert is just to seek it attention to people however my believe is getting people involved in practical aspect of using it for various purposes is the real deal which can only be accomplished by seeking the knowledge from a learned person, personally nobody taught me how to use it I have to rigorously educate myself on it although me a while before I was able to accomplish it.
4122  Economy / Economics / Re: FOLLOW THIS RULES TO BECOME RICH on: October 03, 2020, 11:47:09 AM
I don't believe those who are rich followed those rules completely to achieve their richness, its quite an herculean task to be able to put to use those rules, we also have illiterates that are also rich how did they accomplish that feat of getting rich? even without knowing how to read and write,my point is that anybody can be rich if you are very wise and intelligent in managing your investment.
4123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Elon Musk fake giveaway. on: October 03, 2020, 10:53:57 AM
All Elon Musk Giveaway are a fake. A few days ago I saw a live broadcast on You Tube with the same scheme. Scammers do not stop creating all these events that harm the crypto spaces. At least we have been able to detect and report them to prevent them from continuing to commit their scams.
You Tube should have taken down those broadcast any of it that are synonymous with scam, I don't know why such is such a live broadcast was even allow by them, I might look real to some newbies and fall for it based on the source of the information, scammers had been devising every available means in scamming people its very unfortunate that crypto is being used to perpetuate this dastardly act.
4124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: October 03, 2020, 09:44:29 AM
I watched the full match . M. City was not played bad . They made a lot of chance to score , but they didn't succeed. If there was Aguero  on the squad then maybe they would not have lost by 3 goals.  I agree with that Man City need one more CF for better performance . Otherwise they lose more points.

Availability of Gundogan and better defence line would have been better for City and hopefully they would have put a better result even without a proper CF. For now I don't know about Aguero being available again but Gabriel Jesus is out for almost month so City will have to play 2-3 rounds like this for now.
With the signing of Ruben Dias from Benfica I believe he will bring stability to Man City defence line since the departure of Vincent Kompany their defence has not been very solid let us wait and see how Dias wealth of experience will added to the team.
The absent of Ageuro has really dealt a great blow their team even Gabriel is not as potent like Aguero I hope Guordiola sign an experienced striker on free transfer to temporarily fill that space before the arrival of the duo from injuries.
4125  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from centralized wallets on: October 02, 2020, 09:31:38 AM
Except we just want to stay away from profitable coin in this market, this information on centralized exchanges does not scare as they present. Binance had this hack and Kucoin just had his but they are still offering services. Some exchanges are well prepared to handle some of this challenges and they make the right provision for it. Centralized also give opportunity to multiple chain wallets that most DEX does not, more also the transaction fee on the DEX are still crazy, so we cant because of security alone just would not take the risk in this profitable market.
I think its better not to be profitable than to expose a valued asset or coin to an unsafe centralized or wallet exchange from my own view, having a lot or huge amount of coin needs to be kept away from hackers whereas centralized wallet are very prone and vulnerable to hacking. recently Kucoin was hacked, although as you rightly said centralized wallet has option for keeping other type of coins however I would rather exchange those coins to BTC or ETH thus leaving just a small portion in any of those wallets.
4126  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin over $10,000 for the past 66 days on: October 02, 2020, 07:51:23 AM
Bitcoin has been above $10,000 since July 27 and attracts more young investors and crypto enthusiast. Will BTC ever drop under $10,000 ever again?

Read the article if you also find it interesting: https://www.worldcoinindex.com/news/bitcoin-makes-new-record-completes-63-days-consistently-over-10k-the-longest-period-ever
I just analyzed that the price will stay the same right above $ 10k, but haven't shown anything to start yet, we know the bitcoin halving has happened, this is where we wait for the surprise about it in a year after, I think it's hard to play under $ 10k again
If the price didn't go below $10K after the news of Trump and Ivanka catching Covid-19 then it going to stay above the price mark, there was a temporary dump when the news filtered out however its seem the price had started picking up, some spot, forex  pair also experienced a fall in the price that shows the strength of fundamentals news with regards to price movement and volatility.
4127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: October 02, 2020, 06:48:13 AM
Great draw for Ajax. Liverpool is always great to play against. Become number two in this pool is doable.
Playing vs Atalanta in the same group couldn't guarantee the second place assuming Liverpool will fit against Atalanta too. Atalanta is a decent team, it is rocking lately and it can fight for the first position.
Group D then H are the hardest to pick the first 2 teams on it!

Well I didn't said it was guaranteed. Just saying that they have a good draw and have a chance to goes a round further. The draw  could been worst for Ajax.

Now it are four attacking  teams so it would be great matches in advance.
Ajax will surely have a point proof in that group with the other two clubs, Liverpool will top that group no doubt about it based on their experience and their pedigree in UCL, Atalanta will slug it out with Ajax to book for a place for the runner up in that group I don't see any chances of FC Midtjylland qualifying in that group.
Ajax will always parade talented and youthful team who plays with zeal and are very energetic so we shouldn't under rate the their team they will give  Liverpool a tough time and run of their money.
4128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency Scams and Government on: October 01, 2020, 05:43:57 AM
This is the importance of increasing education about investing in cryptocurrency, in order to give awareness to newbies not to be easily attracted by the large rewards offer, Moreover, an offer of 30% -40% return monthly is very clear fraud. Because a legitimate investment might not offer that much profit. No wonder the Indian government often bans cryptocurrency, it turns out that there are so many scams in India that use cryptocurrency.

It's really hard to believe such claims that it will give you a 30-40% return yet people still fall for this because they indeed lack awareness and education as well as their greed. People need to understand first that not all claims are real because it might just end up as a trap.

It's better for them to regulate crypto than banning it because it just shows that the recognition of crypto in India is increasing and they can make use of that as an opportunity while regulating it will help prevent scammers.
30%-40% returns for an investment is too big to be true, and very fishy this is exactly were greediness comes into play, I am not surprised that some people fell for it, after getting scammed, they start campaign of columny and begin to harm reputation of cryptocurrencies, thus allowing government to bring out stringent rules or impose outright ban of cryptos, Its high time people start proper orientations and obtaining all the necessary information on dos and don't of cryptos else they will continue to fall for scams.
4129  Economy / Economics / Re: Rise in US unemployment. Thoughts? on: October 01, 2020, 04:10:08 AM
Only when the epidemic is completely pushed back will the US economy develop again. The US economy is driven by industry and services. As long as partner countries are also experiencing an epidemic, they cannot export to these countries. The industrial and service working environment require a large concentration of people, so it is easier to spread diseases. Recession will last until there is a vaccine for the world. The big economy has a more complicated way of doing things, the US is on a downtrend.
It's a pandemic, it's the whole world that's being affected by this virus. A little by little, some countries are opening their borders and making their economies lively again as they can no longer survive if they will continue to shut down their own economies through lockdowns. There is no choice but to reopen the businesses and get back in the schedule again. Those who have lost their jobs, if they can no longer go back to their employment, they have to look for a new one or get some side hustle.
The opening of borders by some countries had resulted to resurgence of second wave in some European countries, pushing people out after lockdown without properly taking absolute measure and stiff compliance with covid-19 protocols was responsible of the second wave, While a lot of people had protested against government restriction is adding insult to injury, this is a trying time for many countries as a result of this pandemic, economic recession, lost of jobs, business running into bankruptcy e.t.c
4130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My take on DeFi bounties on: October 01, 2020, 02:46:06 AM
Yeap, There are tons of DeFi bounty for now (Really much) And looks like most of them are scam, I'm basically still join some bounty with DeFi concept but doing deep research before that. Well it's just some hype, Let's wait till it become mainstream.
Just a make thorough research to avoid being scammed in the De-Fis bounties, there are many of those projects out there whose sole aim is to capitalize on the hype and scam bounty hunters and investors who didn't do underground check before participating and investing in those projects.
Although some bounty hunters don't a choice especially newbies they always participate in every bounty campaign especially the social media irrespective of whether the project is scam or not.
4131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you store your seed? on: September 30, 2020, 02:13:43 PM
I have my wallet seed written on a paper and I made sure to have some copy of it on my wallet and some on places that I could easily remember since I always kept my valuable things on it.
I don't trust the internet that is why I kept mine offline and the people around me doesn't really care too much nor gives interest in crypto so I think it wouldn't be a problem even they saw it they wouldn't actually care about it and think that it is just a random note or a useless piece of paper.
Same method I used also, that is I wrote it on a piece of paper and well laminated and kept in my cupboard having shown it to my wife, i.e manual things rather than digital I don't trust internet nowadays, hackers are getting more sophisticated and improving on hacking accounts on daily basis, its no longer news of hackers hacking reputable exchanges, in fact I don't trust 2FA any longer a simcard can hacked and cloned to bypass the owner, nothing is impossible in this era of Jet age.
4132  Economy / Speculation / Re: New and important analysis of bitcoin on: September 30, 2020, 05:57:24 AM
Yeah we're quite balanced between bearish and bullish sentiments atm (which could be the calm before an imminant storm).

I don't see it unlikely for us to see a volatile move at some point in either direction. 12-12.5k formed quite a strong resistance but 8.8k-9k could prove to be stronger...
Of a truth it is very difficult to predict the next move in bitcoin pricing. The market seems to wait for a strong fundamental issue and I hope it will be a positive one. I believe that bitcoin may test $14,000 resistance level again before end of this year.
I hope the strong fundamental news should be more of positive one this will triggers the bullish run of the price of bitcoin to reach $14K I hope not the other way round i.e not all those huge bitcoin stolen in an exchange, whale manipulations, clamp down on big exchanges e.t.c which can result to massive dump ie bearish run.
The price had main a bullish stability above $10K  for many days which is not bad at all if the price can close above $12K at the end of the year, that means cryptos market in 2020 was bullish.
4133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency for Trading on: September 30, 2020, 02:13:14 AM
Lockdown had really opened up a lot of opportunities for many people to delve into cryptos related stuffs,  I believed staying at home had brought about the needed change in how many people viewed cryptocurrencies perhaps digging dip to learn more thus change their perspective or views of some people equating cryptos as scam.
While many had started viewing cryptos as way of earning decent income if properly utilized, by trading it or simply by hodling it for a period of time to make profits no wonder a lot of crypto projects had began to spring up lately e.g DeFis gambling sites e.t.c, I hope the tend continue to linger on for a long time.
4134  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: September 30, 2020, 12:56:44 AM
Tonight it is Lampard's time to show that all those money spend are worth it.
Beating Tottenham is going to be a strong message to all the haters that do not believe that this season's signings will help Chelsea reaching to a title win this season...
I am going to bet for Chelsea's win for @1,70 odds.
Chelsea never disappoint in yesterday's match although they lost the game above all the team is improving gradually with new signing Timo Werner netting his first goal for the club Mendy their new goalkeeper from Rennes who also performed well while Chelsea kept most of the possession throughout the duration of the match, although tottenham won by luck no thanks to mount missed penalty kick.
Tottenham on the other mixed up some old players with some new signing in order to keep some fresh leg because of the upcoming fixture Europa league match against Maccabi Haifi on Thursday and keeping a date with Man Utd on Sunday those are busy week  ahead of them.
4135  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it worthwhile to trade the cryptocurrency on IQ Option? on: September 29, 2020, 05:08:10 PM
Hello, everyone! Are there any forum members who use IQ Option to trade cryptocurrency? I would really like to hear your impressions and feedback. Huh
You have reputable and trusted exchanges platform like binance, kucoin etc where your coins are safe at least better than your preferred IQ option for trading cryptocurrencies.
I.Q option is mainly known for binary option trading it was later they included cryptocurrencies into their platform and I had read many unsatisfactory reviews about them however if your intention is trading binary options with crypto in their platform its very risky and doesn't worth it.
You can channel your time towards learning other form of trading with lesser risk.
4136  Economy / Economics / Re: Nền kinh tế của Vương quốc Anh sẽ mất một số tiền tốt nếu các câu lạc bộ bóng đá đóng cửa. on: September 29, 2020, 03:24:12 PM
Football is important to the UK economy and it creates countless jobs. Although football brings great economic benefits, it is advisable to close matches, to stop games for the health of the people.
Once the epidemic has been repelled, they can then reorganize their matches. The organization of the matches is now extremely risky.
Health is wealth no doubt about that, the UK government should continue to support clubs in form of bail out just to sustain them and cushion the effect of Covid-19 on clubs finances while this pandemic last, by 2021 hopefully a vaccine will be produced this will bring a lasting solution to this crisis, we cannot take the health of UK citizens for granted in the name of making money considering the the outrageous number of people who lost their lives because the virus.
4137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are DeFi projects trustless? on: September 29, 2020, 05:39:10 AM
For me DeFi is just another way how cryptocurrency can be accepted by people, especially people who don't understand cryptocurrency,
before DeFi exploded the concept of Decentralization already existed and many projects were using that concept, it's just that luck was in favor of new projects.
and we as capital owners must be wise when deciding to invest in the DeFi project, make sure not to follow the HYPE that is happening, and the decisions made are purely from our own research.
The image of defi is getting bad due to scam projects riding on the popularity and because of the hype. So even its not the main purpose why defi were launch (since there's more to look into it) people are seeing these projects as a way to earn quick. It is common for investors to be attracted in projects that likely to give profit in short term thats why many investors are just going with the flow and not thinking of the risk.
Many newbies don't care or bother whether Defis is getting bad reputation or not, all they care is investing in it and make quick profit without considering risk involved in investing on it, sooner or later many of these gullible ones will fall for one of those Defi scams, taking a look at bounty section of the forum a lot of Defis projects had sprung up lately am very sure we will witness a massive surge of those project till next year due to the media hype this project is getting on daily basis.
4138  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting small amounts on a lot of matches or big amount on couple of matches? on: September 29, 2020, 04:30:48 AM
I have been gambling a lot these days with soccer matches but I'm not enough lucky to make a profit. Howeber, I'm not into huge loss. It's very tiny amount if I check all the previous P/L.
I don't bet big amount. Usually, I bet $4/$5 worth of BTC on a lot of matches; sometimes I win and sometimes I loss. But that can't make me any profit.
Should I go for bigger amount of bets on few matches or stay with current strategy (placing many bets of small amounts)?
You should go for two or three sure matches whose accumulated odd might be 5.0<6.0 and place your bet with the amount of bitcoin you can afford lose meanwhile you are not suppose to bet anyhow, choose a preferred soccer league of your choice study the teams very well i.e research and place your bet based on the big teams wining a match although the odd will be small or place your bet based on both team to score (GG) with three or four of this type of betting you should be able to have atleast 5.0 odd.
4139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the next trend for 2021? on: September 28, 2020, 07:49:51 PM
It is still difficult to say, but I think that DeFi will still be very popular in 2021 because few cryptocurrency companies have been created in the DeFi sphere and therefore I think that in 2021 there will be a lot of companies that will be created based on DeFi capabilities and technologies, so we need to carefully study the DeFi sphere on an ongoing basis.
For now till next year its gonna be DeFis the hype is very much on ground in cryptoshpere  now I believed it will gain massive attentions throughout this year and majorities of new projects are De-Fis inclined and a lot of investors are investing on these project, every investor want to make profit on any trending project I am not surprised why DeFI hype is very much, NFL is not popular yet probably after De-Fis era had passed it might take over .
4140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't trade what you can't risk loosing on: September 28, 2020, 06:14:51 PM

Pay attention; If you have plenty BTC like the dude above. It's certainly well, you know how to trade, close to what the dude thought. For this reason, holding is the best option. No way 10BTC will be lost (when Holding), allow yourself to “waste" time exploring. Although he learnt his lessons. Such mistakes should not be welcomed.

We have to keep in mind what we can do to improve not only our own lot but that of those around us. Share your Opinion.

The warning about not trading with cash you can't afford to lose is the basic and the most common trading tips flying around as everyone teaching about trading will always send out the warning and this fact is not limited to only the cryptocurrency market but every volatile investment markets out there
Most of these newbies never have the perceptive of trading with the amount of money they can afford to lose, they will rather follow the fake profits shown by those twitter influencers, the impression is to make quick profits in trade they never bother to learn.
A lot them got rekt in a bid to make huge profit after throwing all their portfolio into trading without following the warnings of risk involved in cryptocurrencies trading, I had read many stories of these newbies who perhaps lost huge amount of money in trading thereby castigating and rubbishing trading while calling it  scam.
