About the art contest, I still think that in-forum contest is still a better option than twitter contest. Because here, cheaters are punishable with red tags, therefore preventing stolen artworks or multiple accounts. In case of cheat, this forum also has many users who have excellent knowledge of artworks, so the probability of cheaters getting caught is higher. Twitter is more suitable for giveaways to get follow, like, and retweet. It might be subjective, but I think the result of the previous art contests also better. Cheesy
True. And there's a requirement of certain ranks that are allowed to join so that they would be aware of the punishment if they ever plagiarize the art that they'll send as an entry. Duelbits might consider this with their next art contest or any related contest.
That's actually a good suggestion and it's on point to avoid those copy-cat entries from the participants that plans to do it.
Twitter is still a huge network to market Duelbits, even if there's a lot of cheaters I'm confident that the team is reviewing all the entries and I'm also sure those who won really deserve the reward. I've been participating on many art contest, and with Duelbits it looks like its very rare for them to host an art contest here in the forum unlike the other gambling site. Well, this is a management decision and if they think art contest can help to market their site and services then why not.
They do review that for sure but spotting on which is legit could be easier if it's on the forum so that there will be a lot of users that can also see the artworks.
If there's seem to be a familiar artwork from someone, they can spot it on and tell that it's familiar to them and have seen it somewhere. But twitter or any platform, we will always wish the best on these art contests of duelbits and as well as the participants.
4142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: October 24, 2021, 08:33:53 PM
I've seen those training videos of Mike Tyson and the good old man is still in shape and can blow a great impact with his punches. These exhibition matches might be earning more than the professional way. The Paul's know how to hype their matches and there's a lot of money that's pouring every time they test and make a noise about who is going to be their opponent. And once it's proven that there are a lot of fans willing to watch the game after their assessment then it's a go signal for them.
4143  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Does BTC growing faster?? on: October 24, 2021, 08:45:18 AM
Why does btc growing faster than other Cryptocurrencies?
Too many factors and one you can think about because it's the starter, the firstborn of cryptocurrencies.

What makes people chooses bitcoin?
Well, the choice being the first is truly a big reason why many have confidence in bitcoin over any other altcoins. I'll ask you a question, where do you want to invest? to bitcoin that has been proven to be stable at the top or to an altcoin that's on the hype for the past few years but you're still unsure if it will be staying there?

Does bitcoin going up forever?
Going up forever is an overstatement. There's nothing that lasts forever but on this matter, we can confidently say that bitcoin is here to stay.

4146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker Tips- what kind of strategies do you use when playing? on: October 23, 2021, 09:34:07 AM
Strategy is a must in terms of playing poker, but it is also quite important to develop one's logic and mathematical skills to predict and read the movements of your opponent. Having a poker face or to intimidate your opponent is also a skill must have, it's also a battle of emotions no matter what hand you have. You must certainly deal with it intuitively to make money out of poker.
How are you going to intimidate people from the other chairs if you're playing it online? Is there a way to do that? not unless it's another poker platform that will give you some emoticons to trigger the other players whenever you win or every time they lose. I've played that type of poker but it's not with real money and it's only chips that doesn't have monetary value but it's enjoying to poke and intimidate your opponents because it's either they leave the table or do the same to you.
4147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake bets on: October 23, 2021, 08:19:55 AM
Not only for kids, even adults are sometimes get enticed by the influencers, but this is the reality, it's the life of a gambler, you either follow, fade or make your own analysis.
Those adults are not aware of the reality that they're being shown with a marketing tactic by the influencers. Those influencers are good at enticing their audiences and that's why very effective to hire them still, it's you if you'll bite those marketing by them.
Some of the adults don't get too much aware of their losses as long as it gives them satisfaction and the urge to play. In some cases, once they won already into a gambling game they want to get more cause of too much greed on it. I guess kids do not have any kind of knowledge regarding online gambling because they think it's just a game but it's different if they know how to make a deposit with the use of the money of their parents this must needs consent and guidance.
You bet with kids today and they're more knowledgeable than those adults that don't really gambler. There are kids today that know how to gamble, it might not be in any online platform but they know how to bet with someone manually. And when they see some ads coming from influencers and they're attracted to it, there's a likely that they will try to bet from that casino that has been advertised to them. It's such an advanced thing today because you'll just be surprised that these kids know how to bet already.

There's a risk but if you keep making mistakes and you did not adjust, that means you should not gamble as it's not for you.
In gambling, the risk is always there and it won't be gone for sure. So if you make a mistake repeatedly and it's not healthy to you anymore, it's best to quit.
4149  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are trading platforms useful? on: October 22, 2021, 10:23:13 PM
I haven't. Introducing someone to the crypto market is quite hard if you're going to introduce him with those tools as the start. I think it's always best to go the manual method of telling him how to trade manually before using those tools that have been given to you by that platform. There's tradingview which is a good start to help him with charting. Because if there will be a lot of tools as you've mentioned will be shown to him, I think it will just make things complicate as he's still a beginner.
4150  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is Happier: Stock investors or Bitcoin investors on: October 22, 2021, 08:06:16 PM
Bitcoin is more profitable than stocks, when the pandemic that has been happening for almost 2 years has made many types of investments die, stocks are the most affected so that share owners cry and many are stressed, different things happen with bitcoin holders who keep laughing because their value continues to skyrocket .
Many stocks dropped but they didn't die. After a couple of months of recovery, many stocks came back. But the bitcoin market showed that it's greater than the stocks.
It's profitable for us who have made investment on it but if there are stock investors, I think that the same thing happened to them and they also profit from the stock market.
4151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Issue of fixed Matches on: October 22, 2021, 10:34:29 AM
That matches will continue but the audience can judge what they watch.
Those fixed matches are always easy to spot if you're actually a researcher and know-how both teams or the players play. You'll get the idea if they're doing their best or just trying to play the game itself which is already a game that they shouldn't play - a term for those that don't seriously do it. That's why some die-hard fans have a say when they find it odd upon watching a game that's sold.

4152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do we see 5k Eth price by end of the month on: October 22, 2021, 09:00:18 AM
there seems to be no sign of ETH going up later this year. I often monitor ETH prices in the crypto market and I only see the highest ETH price around $4,366. As investors increase, the price of ETH will continue to rise from year to year, it is likely that the price of ETH will rise to $5k in the coming year.
No sign? I think you're not looking at it. It has broken $4k and that's already a sign that there's more to go if this continues. We're now on $4,100 and that seems to be another price that should be looked at by you as the sign. As it corrects since you've seen it from $4,366. This is balance correction and I think you're confused with what you're saying because you believe that it's going to continue to rise every year then you've said that there's no sign.
4153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Book/Website Suggestions ? on: October 21, 2021, 10:04:37 PM
I do agree with that. Many are making a gimmick but I think that there are still some legitimate strategies. But when a working strategy works for them, it's not 100% going to work for the others.
It's the same to us that there could a strategy that works for us but when it's applied to the others, it's not going to work for them because there's no guaranteed strategy that works for everybody.
This is definitely noticed!
Of course, the use of any strategy is always determined by the psychological profile of the person who uses it.  One player's reaction is fast, another's is slower, and now there is no longer a 100% reliable application of this strategy.  Therefore, there are probably no strategies that are universal for use and take into account human psychology and, by the way, the psyche too.  But, if you watch YouTube and the corresponding videos of streamers, they win millions of dollars Grin, then this should be treated as if you are watching a comedy fantasy film, and nothing more. Smiley
True to that. It should always be taken with a grain of salt if it's for the winnings. But if you think that the strategy being used is applicable to you then you're free to try it.
In all of the strategies that are coming out everywhere, you're the one to choose which works for you the best and if there's none then you have to explore and make your own one.
4154  Economy / Economics / Re: Facebook Diem on the run for launch on: October 21, 2021, 05:15:08 PM
Related to Facebook, they've just launched their digital wallet, Novi. There's not yet Diem on it but only Paxos. They're partnered with Coinbase and the test will happen only for two countries, Guatemala and US. No fees upon usage of the app when you're sending from point a to point b. Just like the off chain transactions which are for free.
Source: Facebook’s digital wallet finally launches... without Diem cryptocurrency

The launch of Novi wallet already means something. However, this is only the possibility and likelihood of a Diem stablecoin being issued. As stated in the article linked to, regulators are still deciding whether Diem should be allowed or not. Therefore, there is no timeframe for its release. If this stablecoin is somehow linked to Facebook, it is unlikely that the regulators will approve of it. And without Facebook, it would be one of the many stablecoins.
They can apply it to other countries then where the regulations isn't going to stop them. I think this is linked to the reported news about them changing their name within next week.
I don't know if there's any connection with that but it seems that Facebook is trying to put its name on the trend so that they can easily get an exposure of what they're cooking about.

Not just from streamers alone but to those that upload videos with their gambling activities. They are not streamers but they're content creators that upload videos that they think are helpful to those people that are also looking for the same content of what they upload. They're different from streamers but as you said they could also be paid by casinos to promote their videos. But the difference is they have to tell it on their video that they're being sponsored. As I know, it's a requirement of YouTube to tell that your video is sponsored.
I think that in YouTube it is no longer possible to find normal and reliable information about game strategies.  Almost all videos are staged performances, some more realistic, others just fantastic.
And everywhere they have a 100% success.Grin
All this is a lie and all this is done by the casinos themselves, YouTube, streamers, etc. So it's better not to watch anything like that at all.
And to develop your own strategy, short-term may well work.  If you are able to think over your moves in detail, and not make them in a state of excitement
I do agree with that. Many are making a gimmick but I think that there are still some legitimate strategies. But when a working strategy works for them, it's not 100% going to work for the others.

4157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is your best investment tool recommendation??? on: October 21, 2021, 02:26:02 AM
Now Altcoins are not experiencing a drastic increase, only Bitcoin has experienced a drastic increase so that it has got a new ATH again this year,
Don't expect that just because bitcoin and many altcoins are increasing then it should be in general that altcoins should increase. You're not seeing that there's such a nice increase for Ethereum, BNB and other great altcoins but you don't see the increase because you're focusing in most of them which you can't really look at those gains for those good altcoins.

so you also need to look at this consideration in terms of choosing because Gold also never drops sharply.
I'm not an expert in gold economy but from what I know there's a slow down on its increase. Unlike bitcoin and other pumping altcoins, there's such a decent increase and that's making a lot of investors happy due to the rewarding situation that we're with it. Gold has lesser risk and lesser reward while in crypto, it's the opposite.
4158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cryptocurrency is not Legalized Despite the Many Benefits on: October 20, 2021, 11:31:22 PM
crypto is useful for society, but not with the government where the nature of crypto itself makes the country not legalize crypto, but all return to their respective countries because there are countries who believe crypto can make their country's economy improve, and there are also enemies in the country's economy
Very well said. The advantage is for the society, for individuals like you and me but the government can also take advantage of it through adopting it and supporting it so that there will be more people engaged in crypto that can profit. And after that, there will be a good amount of taxes from crypto profits and that's how they'll benefit from it. Sadly, not all governments are optimistic about crypto because they're looking at crypto as a medium for illegal deeds.

because I do not think that every strategy you get from the internet will always work for you.
Well, it is true that not all strategies that you see on every YouTube video about playing blackjack or others won't work at all times. Going with all of the videos will take your time.
I think choose those with a lot of views and good comments and you don't have to go through with each video that you see because it's a total waste of time and you might see just the same content and strategies.
^ You mean watching strategies from streamers? No, I will not recommend them, they are just hyping their casino to lure gamblers and I think the reason why most becomes fall into the trap. Besides, if you will analyze will, there is no strategy that will work in a long period of time, probably it could be a short period of time and I have doubt that every casino has patches to their system that they think once there is an account that has a consistently won they will adjust it that could be it won't work in the next session.
