4141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Controlling your temper in gambling on: September 28, 2016, 07:51:50 PM
Well, controlling the gambler temper in gambling is a bit hard, especially when you losing your bets on gambling. Your temper will increase and will bet more.

It happened to me dozens of times. I'm very patient in doing everything and I'm not getting mad over the casinos or something, it's just hard to lose without wanting to get your money back. It also makes me just sad after I lose, but now I finally managed to spend just as much as I can on gambling like I do with other unnecessary stuff I want to buy: calculate how much you can bet, and go for that amount.
4142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: September 28, 2016, 07:44:28 PM
My gambling strategy is I will do only sports betting. And I have a good idea in sports betting. i know when to place a bet and in which game I have to place my bet. More importantly, I have control of my emotions. So if I lose my bet, i will not go back to get my loss amount. Controlling yourself is the primary strategy in Gambling.

That is very nice! Not a lot of people can control themselves like you do. Yes, controlling yourself is the best strategy but it's hard to achieve it. In sports betting, maybe it's easier but when you're playing dice it's very hard. When you lose with a close number, you just want to get it back as you 'were very close', this unfortunately leading to the loss of everything.
4143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit Gambling. on: September 28, 2016, 05:24:00 PM
Some people need drugs (medication) to stop gambling anyway because the addiction is too strong. All addictions are different levels of tolerance of addictive chemicals anyway, and some are too strong and need meds.

Yes, unfortunately there are people in a grave need of assist. These people do not necessarily need medication, they only need to be taught how to stop when you've got past the affordable amount. Some of them are working for a job, which means they're losing time basically trying to earn at least as much as they lost. Today $100, tomorrow $10 and so on.. And at the end of the month, you lost $1.5k. Well, next month you'll want to win it back and you keep losing until you become homeless... It's very dangerous if you don't know how to play it.
4144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you want to become Rich you need to Put Higher bets on: September 28, 2016, 05:19:13 PM
Have we stopped teaching math in school? Higher bets do not change the odds, and odds are you will lose. That is the most important fact about most gambling. The house is likely to win and you are are likely to lose.
I saw someone who really bets continuesly 1 bitcoin per round and he doesn't care about if he gonna lose or he gonna win lots of them are risking there money for nothing and they thinking that if they bet high bets again are thry going to win

i have a theory about users like this who are betting big amounts:

- either it is fake and the site is putting up fake bots with fake numbers making fake bets.

- or he is a hacker who has a couple of millions of bitcoin and since he can not sell them he is gambling with them or maybe he is laundering them.

Or he is one of the very few people who have this luck. Playing with high amounts doesn't really change anything but makes you lose even more than you wanted to. If you're lucky, you can become a millionaire from 100 satoshis. But like I said, this is a very rare thing happening and you have to be extremely lucky to be one of them.
4145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: September 28, 2016, 05:16:06 PM
Gambling is not wrong at all and I think that we as people are just doing it wrong, we are getting addicted to it.
We make the problems itself and due to that I do not think gambling is wrong.

That's the thing said rightly but you said it in a confusing manner.
We are actually doing it wrong, not by getting addicted to it but taking wrong decisions and when we know that we are taking wrong decisions, we should stop gambling for some time and come back later. That's the way to do it right as we will lose less this way.

Yup....The house games are intended for entertainment only, like movies or carnival rides.  When you pay for a ticket to see a movie or buy a ticket for a carnival ride, you don't expect a monetary return on your investment because you are doing it for fun, to be entertained.  If a person goes into a casino expecting a return on negative expected value games, then they are missing the point.  It's not wrong to be entertained....its wrong to expect a return when you know you're playing against the odds.
Yeah gambling is for entertainment in fun. people are just greedy if they are winning a good amount but in the end they are just losing it..
If they can be satisfied what they had they can make a good profit there is no wrong about gambling people are just regretting what they are losing.

When you're gambling, you are taking the risk of losing. So losing is part of gambling as it is part of any business and game. Choose your amount to gamble with before you go to the casino, manage your money and savings. If you do, you'll see how easy it is to gamble and have fun while doing it. Being greedy doesn't help you but make you lose, but the problem's that we cannot really control our mind when playing.
4146  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Paypal a scam? on: September 28, 2016, 05:13:06 PM
PayPal cannot be a scam. Despite the fact that it is accepted by many BIG companies worldwide, it has one big con: refundable transactions. This doesn't help the companies at all, and Bitcoin takes PayPal over when it comes to the scams. However, having Bitcoin as a payment method instead of PayPal isn't such a great idea because of the Bitcoin's popularity.
4147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is earning bitcoin Boring? on: September 28, 2016, 05:11:14 PM
The fact that I get bitcoin and the numbers getting bigger in my wallet are just enough to keep me interested in earning.

Yes, but if you'll have for example a real job that pays you $10k a month, earning Bitcoin will really be boring. It's nice to stay here because you're earning money while discussing with others, but as I just said.. It can easily become boring a day or another. This only if you're trying to earn using faucets or doing signature campaigns. If you're earning through trading, gambling or other methods.. Well, that depends on what you like and what you don't.
4148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how strong is bitcoin really? on: September 28, 2016, 05:08:56 PM
Bitcoin is pretty strong I would imagine. There's lot's of big investors in bitcoin who got alot of money way more than me in bitcoin.
So I am not worried cause hackers would rather target big wallets but it seems they are still doing fine.
There are various hackers. There are strong and there are newcomers. Each victim is in their teeth. So do not be so sure. It is better to take care of what you have closely.

This is why I have split up my money in many paper wallets. I'm now more secure, and doing it correctly can make it impossible for one hacker to get your data. I have split all my money in 0.01 wallets, so.. Yeah Cheesy also, hacking the Bitcoin addresses isn't as easy as bruteforce is. Bitcoin is very secure and if that was the case..... Many rich Bitcoin addresses (especially the top 5, you can find the list on Google) would have been taken down already.
4149  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which Signature Campaign? on: September 28, 2016, 01:25:39 PM
Calculate how much time you got per day, week or month. There are different campaigns paying each one of the said above. The YoBit campaign for example pays daily. This is good because you can get your money everyday but is not good because you might not have time a day out of the week to post here which means one day lost in the monthly summary. Find a decent paying campaign suitable for your rank, and try to apply. Keep in mind that you need to send quality posts on this forum and have a neutral or a positive trust and reputation. If you're accepted, you will either be informed by PM, by a post in the campaign's thread or you will simply see your name on the spreadsheet. Good luck with it. The best one I found until now is the 777Coin campaign.
4150  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I grow my btc? on: September 28, 2016, 01:19:57 PM
In the Summer and Autumn, the prices are the lowest of the year while in the Spring and Winter the price is the highest. So I guess you already have the idea in your mind: buy in the Summer or Autumn, sell when the others are coming. You can also buy immediately or bet for a low price the next second you hear about a Bitcoin website being hacked, or bet for Bitcoin when you hear about it being accepted in more countries or competing with a currency like EUR or something positive overall. Trading and making money is risky but easy if you know when and what to do.
4151  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: September 28, 2016, 01:10:59 PM
I think saving is a better option. Save the money for this winter, sell it on Christmas, keep the money and buy again by the next spring. The chances are Bitcoin will rise up to 100x or even more until the winter of 2017. Big chances, big opportunity. I'm going to do this but I first have to find where to sell it at in my country. I don't trust person in person exchange and I don't want to go to another country where there are ATMs to sell it.
4152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to gamble the right way on: September 28, 2016, 12:55:02 PM
The right way? Well, the only 'right' way existing is the control. Manage your money, keep your savings safe somewhere and only play with affordable amounts. You can play with more than you can afford too, but then don't ask again what you can do and stop whining about losing. I've gambled with more than I afforded to just once, I regret it and I never did it again ever since. Take care!
4153  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Danger when buying/selling BTC in person on: September 28, 2016, 12:53:15 PM
I don't think it's reasonable to do a person to person exchange when buying anything more than $500 because there are other safer dealing options like bank deposits which are easily verifiable, and even if you do a big exchange you need to do it in a bank at least, since it's the most secure place possible and it's not illegal to use BTC.

I'd say a transaction person to person of over $100 is dangerous already. $500 is a big risk you have to take, and I'm not sure any of us wants to take it. However, you can do a safe person to person transaction only if you will take friends with you. In a group of 5 or more, nobody will try to steal anything. Taking any self-defense weapons with you might also help.
4154  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: September 28, 2016, 12:43:30 PM
If nobody would spend Bitcoin, it would obviously fail. If nobody buys Snickers anymore, what happens to it? It fails, and the company will be either sold to someone else or completely vanished. Same thing happens with Bitcoin too. Bitcoin needs transactions in order for the price to be increased. You better use two wallets: savings and spendings.
4155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do Girls also gamble? on: September 28, 2016, 05:02:14 AM
yes girls also do gambling but the number of female gambler is than male gamblers and the reason is that in most of the area girls have no facilities of  using gambling in most of the countries and specially in Muslim countries.

It's not about having the facilities for gambling, they just don't like it. I have rarely seen girls gamble (under 10 in my whole life), they don't really like to gamble especially in real life casinos because there are mostly men and.. I don't know, they just prefer to do something else instead of trying their luck.
4156  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time Yoshitposting? on: September 28, 2016, 04:59:38 AM
Just one question.. What's a Yobit ?
Is this some type of new Millennial Hipster / Hip-hop iCO Dubstep ICO-Scam coin ?

Yo yo yoooo be trickin' out mah wallit'z be buyin' up thoze mad fat Bitcoins bruh !

As nobody answered your question, I'm going to do it even if it's been over ten days since you posted the question. So YoBit isn't a coin but an exchange website. They got a signature campaign so that they can promote their website. As far as I know, you are paid daily instead of weekly/montly and can earn a lot, but you have to post about 60 posts if not 80 everyday. So there are many spammers around trying to earn money because of the campaign's great conditions, but that will not make them a better user here at all.
4157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: There is no life in Gambling can you accept this....?? on: September 28, 2016, 04:51:06 AM
Forget gambling, you need to work hard to make money, there is no free money. I was broke too last year, but I am back to the track this year.

Congratulations! Not many people have been able to go back to the normal life after losing in gambling. Some people even hurt themselves just because of the sadness gambling brought them. I've been able to stop too, just in time. For me the hundreds of bucks I have lost in total seem like a lot and I'm saying it is many times. I have stopped just as soon as I have lost my money and haven't played with deposits since.
4158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling disease on: September 28, 2016, 04:42:40 AM
As i read many people who gambling with btc.
they looking for easy way to gain btc or even to become rich.
but some people just wasting their btc,
have some guts and confident that they will win big and bigger,
but ended with lost everything they have.
why people always trying to gambling ?
investing can be a good way to gain more but it need time.

is gambling become disease or illness that cant be cured from people mind?
i think gambling is a disease which can't erase from gambler mind untill he lost his everything in gambling . usually rich people gamble with money and they enjoy this game . but every person feels he can make money instead of enjoy a game .

A lot of the rich people are in debt just because of gambling. They have to borrow money from the bank in order to have money to play with. Hearing that they are rich doesn't always mean they haven't got such problems behind the scenes. Becoming rich from a few dollars is a thing that can happen maybe one in a million persons.
4159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: how much time you have spent gambling? on: September 28, 2016, 04:35:45 AM
I think I have spent weeks of my life gambling. It's really fun when you got friends to gamble with, but at the same time I'm regretting the decisions I took. I lost a lot of money because of being greedy, but this is the risk I had to take and accepted as soon as I entered such a site and gambled.
4160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you consider trading as gambling? on: September 28, 2016, 04:33:36 AM
of course it is juts a pure gambling, it is really easy to lose money there as it is impossible to predict the price

It's not impossible. Billionaires all around the world always got the information before we all do. This is why they always win profit in trading, because they know the answers to any question before us. We are the ones predicting, they are the ones knowing what's happening around. If we had enough time and resources to find them too, we would be able to trade without failure at any time.
