4141  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning]: https://bitcoinfocus.xyz/ - Ponzi Scheme on: December 28, 2020, 01:43:12 PM
Right, and with the current bull run of bitcoin, scammers are hurriedly creating this kind of doubler/ponzi scheme to attract newbies. I don't think that they can trap experienced users already because this is like a broken record already.

But for newbies who search for bitcoin and look on how to earn, they can easily fall for this kind of scheme and think that they can earn or win the jackpot with this exorbitant claims by criminals.

In the time of bullrun, it was the time for scamer to make stunts in ponzi schemes and other tricks to deceive the victims so sometimes we like to often find where scammers continue to make trouble by spreading a lot of links they make me afraid of beginners who don't know click and access easily therefore we have to make a lot of awareness wherever and whenever.

Look at the various scamer that has occurred, including phishing sites and other fake applications in my playstore. Recently, many gambling sites have become victims of phishing, therefore it is necessary to verify more strictly when accessing them.
4142  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Alert - Phishing Bustabit website - "bustabịt.com" on: December 27, 2020, 06:42:20 PM
Phishing gambling sites are now becoming more and more willing and Bustabit is now a target for scammers and I'm afraid those who don't research their URLs will be fooled, so this really needs to be more thorough and if you can save the original url in borkmark.
A specific group is working behind all these bustabit related phishing sites and they are running ads through google. I have seen multiple bustabit related ads like this and recent one is one of them. These scammers have experience about crypto project marketting and they know how to attract crypto oriented investors.

New crypto users have limited knowledge about phishing websites like this and if i am not wrong then some of them don't know which one is bustabit real website. By using browser bookmark option anyone can keep them far from this type of clone websites but question is how many newbies have knowledge about it.

Indeed, behind all that they have their own experience, especially in marketing, and also make this phishing site even spread always through advertisements on Google and that's the top of course this scamer can be said to be very professional in its experts, therefore the option to save in borkmark is a safe option or we remember the original web site and type it directly.

Now the telegram group has become a lot of scamer, even I remember that in the past, slack was used incorrectly by telegram, so you still have to be wise in drawing these conclusions.
4143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 27, 2020, 06:32:52 PM
Liverpool better get a second goal before WestBrom hit them with an unlikely late equalizer. It's hard to believe they haven't gotten another goal yet with 80% ball possession.
Second half doesn't look good for Liverpool, they have only possession but not a single shot on goal. WBA actually looks much more dangerous and they had one great chance already. This could end bad for Liverpool easy, they just can't make a good opportunity in second half. Still leading 1:0 so that is something with only 10 minutes to go.

Oh well, It all square at Anfield, Liverpool should ended the game earlier but they lacked the cutting edge and this might hunt them, there is barely 2 minutes plus stoppage time to go...

This is probably it, I don't see further any late drama here tonight  Undecided Undecided
Called it perfectly, I am just mad at myself for not putting some money on WBA to score around 75th minute. It was in the air. Livepool made their only good chance after WBA equalized but Firmihno missed the goal with a header from good position. Sad thing is that this result is actually deserved, WBA was a better team in second half.
In fact, many do not think that Liverpool will draw in front of the WBA, we know the WBA is a weak team, but I see that many weak teams have made it difficult for this big team, it is surprising that even the last chance from Firminho was not right so, ah, I have even put my money completely Liverpool.

Liverpool did have difficulty adding more goals and finally equalized his position, the most accurate opportunity was Firminho.

Hey everyone, unfortunately Twitter decided to ban our new account as well. In the meantime we won't be using Twitter. We have no idea what is happening and their support isn't very helpful.
Twitter is cautious about anything related to cryptocurrencies and gambling in general. I have faced similar issues in the past with Twitter though they restored my account after a short while.

I advise waiting for a few days to see if your account gets restored. If it doesn't get restored, go ahead and create a new account and advertise the new account in your site. Just my 2 cents.
Aren't many people using Twitter to promote cryptocurrency and also to promote gambling? it is fine if the account does not violate the applicable terms.

But if a new account posts directly about cryptocurrency I have never experienced it then it's better advice from other people I don't know about this but Twitter is fitting to promote on gambling sites.

Scamers are acting up again they are continuing to spread this fake giveaway link on several telegram groups and they are on behalf of Binance to get a lot of interest so I think it will still be around.
Damn this trash trick still exists.

4146  Economy / Speculation / Re: My Bitcoin Price Prediction $133K for 2021 and Yours? on: December 27, 2020, 03:48:47 PM
I also seeing bitcoin getting into 6 digits, however, not sure if that is possible for 2021. I would say that we will continue to go to a 2 year bull run cycle and most likely $100k or more could be realised in 2022.

2021 could be like $70k-$90k tops and then the bubble will reach 2022 around $100k or even more. Unless in 2021 we will hear like big companies such as Amazon or Microsoft do what Microstrategy did in 2020. Buy tons of bitcoin and used it as an hedge and not as a speculative asset.
If big companies have adopted bitcoin widely then I think this will continue and can be realized even achieving high value will be a big bubble, even I believe 2021 $ 50k will be the next target.

But remember companies are always thinking what if these big fluctuations? Did it happen whether the company will still adopt it? We know that Payapl used to accept cryptocurrency in exchange rates but now it's no longer due to several reasons, so this needs to be realized if the price is really strong going forward.

Happy Christmas Wink

How are the holidays going for you? Would be interesting to read how is Christmas celebrated in different countries.
In my country, we spend time with family, eat traditional dishes, open presents and watch TV Smiley
We are of course very happy with Christmas celebrations, but of course we gather with our family and can't vacation because there are still ccovid-19s that continue to increase, but to be honest I'm not bored at home, I'm betting from a lot of them including Bitcasino at Christmas that's all. we do and eat with the family.

There is no need to be sad because it is not a vacation but by betting on Bitcasino we already feel happy so I enjoy this beautifully.
This is blessing in disguise since imagine how busy days we have if there's no pandemic happening in the world and right now the unfortunate scenario create a way to make us united in our own homes, so let's cherish the day and we should think positive even if there's still bad news happening in the world let's hope by next year this disease will be stop and all of us can go outside and celebrate.
Remember on Christmas celebration many events occur at gambling so we don't need to be sad, it can be said a blessing is hidden what you said and it's true, many competitions take place on gambling sites, especially Bitcasino so I am still excited even with the current conditions even I don't need to spend a lot of money betting by controlling then our gambling will remain in control.

I will continue to enjoy today so we have to rejoice what happened today.
Happy day.
4148  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fake Yearn Finance Dashboard on: December 27, 2020, 02:54:07 PM
I doubt there are gullible users will fall on this kind of fake cheap trick. Just always make sure that you are accessing from a legit yearn site. To make sure visit coingecko or coinmarketcap and access the website from there so anyone can ensure that they are dealing with the correct site. Dont use Google search engine, chances are that a fake website already above the real one and if you mistook it you'll end up being scammed.
The car engine on google is sometimes the real one is always below the fake and there are many examples that happen like the bustabit that was recently posted from this forum, so it's true you better search from Coingecko and Coinmarketcap for a safer one and I often do this so that not easily fooled by scamer.
Now Finance is always abused a lot, including in their domain project to make sure, even though in it they have infiltrated and are planning to extort your money so I think this needs accuracy so as not to access arbitrarily like what was caught by the OP.
4149  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam Alert - Phishing Bustabit website - "bustabịt.com" on: December 26, 2020, 06:39:54 PM
Please keep distance from this type of fake websites to keep your money safer. Don't forget to justify the website url properly and bookmark the real website.
Phishing gambling sites are now becoming more and more willing and Bustabit is now a target for scammers and I'm afraid those who don't research their URLs will be fooled, so this really needs to be more thorough and if you can save the original url in borkmark.

Has anyone become a victim?
I hope there will be no more after a thread that catches this has been enough times so we have to be vigilant.
4150  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Protocol Finance Plagiarized Whitepaper on: December 25, 2020, 04:54:43 PM
here we go again, another plagiarism whitepaper.  The project team is completely out of ideas for the whitepaper of their project so all they can do is copy the concept of another project.  buying coins/tokens from their project is very risky, even though they are listed soon on Hotbit but the potential will be "shitcoin / token" in the future is very huge..
In fact, I'm sure this will be shitcoin and even bullshit in the future, what do they boast of their own products while they all copy from other projects?
Maybe for them they have run out of ideas so they take from several sources to include them in their products so that they are visible, even though the researchers here are very fast to detect which whitepapers are plagiarism.
4151  Economy / Economics / Re: Some Company are holding more than 10000 Bitcoin on: December 25, 2020, 04:31:45 PM
Some large company buying so many bitcoin is inevitable because there's no prevention for that. But that doesn't mean bitcoin is centralized to some company. 10K BTC is only a fraction of 21 millions bitcoin after all.
However, if company owns too much bitcoin it could also destroy the market and renders the coin worthless if people just assume that its not worth it to buy coin owned by large companies.
The demand for bitcoin is too much so if a company buys a lot of bitcoin to hold it long term, of course the company just wants more to get bigger, but I don't panic about this, more holding means that scarcity is increasing so companies won't sell all they have at once so they can control the market if they have a lot of bitcoin.

Actually this is a lot full of drama and whichever company is holding a lot of bitcoin and they are still closed, it is not open so it will not drop so badly
Trust me this will increase even more especially since ATH has started to be high and the level is higher.
4152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: December 25, 2020, 04:12:00 PM
Leicester - Manchester Utd

Leicester play very badly against Manchester United. The last 5 matches - 4 lost. But Leicester has played well in recent matches. I think it will be an interesting game with a lot of goals.

I would usually say that the Foxes have a great chance for an upset and 3 points,,, but United plays badly against the smaller teams and shows up against the big teams as we have seen in the past 2 seasons. Hopefully a lot of goals and attacks with a clear winner. Spurs have to take advantage of course;)

Manchester United are trying to bounce back from slumps and were previously in the bottom 10 but are now capable of a more aggressive look even with goals in their previous matches, will Leicester feast on goals from both?
Leicester is also a difficult opponent to turn around and before they can beat the Spurs away from home it will be very interesting what happens next.

Chelsea is getting down and the Spurs have lost twice.
4153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: List of Bounty Campaign 2021 at Bitcointalk.org on: December 24, 2020, 04:56:49 PM
I didn't knew that bounties is still a thing in 2020 (or 2021). Is it really possible to make money from bounties, when prime of ICO's is long time ago already?

ICO has dead long time ago, then IEO appeared, and now DEFI (Rewarded as this year event according Bitcointalk Community Awards). Lot of people made huge profit in Defi, the recent was UNI defi airdrop

I think the ICO will never come back again. Many people are already stressed out because they lost a lot of money when the ICO was at its peak.
IEO maybe part of the project is still using it and Binance still hasn't announced its Launchpad after a long time, maybe because the project switched to DeFi?

Well DeFi is now widely used, even in the past, many projects moved to DeFi, but it's true that you said DeFi made a lot of money in the first time, with airdrops, they could get thousands of dollars.
4154  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbies + Bounty = Zero future on: December 24, 2020, 04:16:33 PM
I want to ask a little here.

Say a manager launches a bounty to promote it in this forum and of course they have agreed to pay to manage the campaign, so suddenly the campaign stops in the middle of the road, whether the profit is a manager who is paid first by the team while the hunters are not get what, so what at a disadvantage is a hunter?

I haven't been a manager before so I want to know about that?
4155  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: December 24, 2020, 04:01:59 PM
It will be very difficult for Real but not impossible.I think Atletico is in a better position as they are with the same points but Atletico has played two games less than Real Madrid.Real started in a bad way but now are in great shape while Atletico started better but lately they let their guard down and conceded 3 goals while in 10 games they conceded only two.It is an open La Liga this year for sure.
You are right. This is not impossible for Real Madrid. Real Madrid did not start the season very well but now they are in great form. On the other hand, Barcelona is trying to get back on track. They are somewhat successful. Hopefully they will play better in the upcoming matches and will fight with Real and Atletico for the title. Then this year's la liga will be even more exciting.
If Barcelona is back on track I am sure the competition will be tougher with the team, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletco and both the Sociedad and Villareal teams will probably be knocked out of the top table.
Mardrid has returned to the best of form as their victories continue which means they start the season midway and it will be a stronger defense provided Barcelona catch up.
But in my prediction Real Madrid will come back this season with the strength of their squad now more stable.

Never mind continue your work friends, I hope this spreadsheet can be someone who needs it.
Beginners need it for sure. Himself once used such a table.
Yeah, of course, maybe beginners will need this bounty table as long as you update it every time a bounty is launched in this forum and you better analyze it yourself how to choose the best for all of us in that table.

But I see you enter the YEBO Finance bounty in the table even though the project has done website plagiarized from other projects.

You can see the topic here.

4159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OMG !!!!! You BitCoin people were right. I wish I had bought back in March :( on: December 21, 2020, 05:36:02 PM
I remember you, it is nice that you have changed your mind since there is no shame in being wrong since we have all experimented that before, now the safest place to purchase bitcoin is without a doubt a centralized exchange, the problem is that they're going to know that you bought bitcoin, so if that doesn't bother you then you can do that, and storing your coins for the long term is not that hard, you can either buy a hardware wallet or if you have an old computer that you can spare you could store your coins there.
Maybe it's much safer to store in a hardware wallet I think it's safe as long as there are no viruses on your computer, but to buy a lot of centralized exchanges that many believe you can buy anywhere but if you're still unsure about saving on a centralized exchange then that's what recommended with hardware wallets.

Remember that negligence will definitely occur if you are not careless and careless, I have experienced something like this but what happened can be a lesson for me and I will not repeat it again.
