And someone is very happy that Conor lost:

$50k bet and win $35k.

https://twitter.com/ESPNRingside/status/1414117002516393985

I don't think that Conor's career will be over, for sure he will come back and probably get an easy fight first. But he is already on the downside of his career, might be just fighting for the money because he is still the cash cow win or lose.
Yes that's a pretty big bet but I think it's a real one because he's a real gambler and he isn't called Floyd Money Mayweather for nothing.

Anyway markets are already open for the next Fight Night, UFC on ESPN 26 and Islam Makhachev is the huge favorite with very low odds at Stake for him : @1.17 vs @6.00 for Thiago Moises.
For the co-main event Marion Reneau vs Miesha Tate, odds are more tight @2.17 vs @1.79 so I see more value there, Marion Reneau is 44 years old, has pretty poor record (9-7-1) and is in a 4 matches losing streak.

So I think I will bet on Miesha, and praying for a KO from Islam Makhachev to at least getting the double winnings bonus for this bet because I don't see much value in his odds.

I won't bet as much money as Mayweather but I'm pretty confident in being right for at least one of these 2 outcomes.
4147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 12, 2021, 10:00:27 PM
No because to get the Golden Slam you need to win the Summer Olympic Games tournament too but he said he's not really eager to paricipate because of the hard restrictions from the japanese authorities and moreover he wants to stay focus and to seriously prepare the US Open. So I don't think he will get the Golden Slam this year but getting the Grand Slam title would already be a great achievement.
https://www.bbc.com/sport/tennis/57799371
Unfortunately, if he will take this decision not to take part in the Tokyo Olympics because this is an opportunity for him to win a gold medal and also be able to equal Steffi Graff's record as the first and only player to do win all the GS title in one year and completing with Olimpics gold medal, but this is understandable given the current conditions in Tokyo, this is a little uncomfortable with the number of people infected with covid-19 starting to increase.
I don't think Djokovic really cares of the number of infected people, last year he went to the US Open while most of big players like Nadal, Federer, Stan Wawrinka, etc withdrew due to COVID-19 safety concerns, moreover if you compare the situation in United Kingdom and in Japan you'll find there are way more covid19 cases in UK than in Japan : 35 000 daily new cases vs 2500

It is likely that in certain circumstances, neutral feedback should be changed to a red tag, (if the regulars of this thread do not get unambiguous answers). I remember how this competition started, and it looked like this thread was under the auspices of the Sportbet.one. Now, it really seems to me that this was some kind of trick to save a couple of marketing dollars, since no one in their right mind would do it for free (considering how OP has repeatedly emphasized the importance of Sportbet.one). If so, then each member of this thread through the fault of OP became for some time a "shill" for this bookmaker.

p.s. In any case, let's hope that the regulars of this thread did not waste their time and effort on this competition in vain, and all expectations will nevertheless come true  Wink
What do you mean? We have been both victims and culprits of this so called "scam"? To be guilty you need to know you are doing something wrong and I don't think anyone here had any doubt about this game and vennali. He looked like to be a serious guy and I don't see the point of doing that because now the reputation of the sportsbook and his own reputation are hurt. Moreover you seem to accuse the bookie but how do you know they didn't send the prize to him and he kept it for himself? (This is just a question, I'm not implying he did it)

I ask because both provide softwares sportbooks have all events , even the smallest. even bet365 or 1xbet dont have all events like that provide software used in nuxbet and betop
I guess you didn't check other books thoroughly. There are many popular crypto sportsbooks that cover most sporting events around the world. It's better to bet in a reliable sportsbook instead of taking extra risks by betting in unreliable sportsbooks.

Also, 1xbet is a scam site(Related to 1xbit) which is why I advise avoiding it completely.
I know that 1xbet is related to 1xbit in some ways but are you sure 1xbet is a scam site? Because this sportsbook is the partner of prestigious events like the Intel Extreme Masters
https://www.facebook.com/iem/posts/4094691900568332
https://www.intelextrememasters.com/sponsors/

and prestigious organizations like ESL, LaLiga, Serie A, FC Barcelona ...

1xBet has the experience of cooperation with such esports organisations as NAVI, Cascade Esports, Pro100, CIS Esports League and HellRaisers Esports. In addition, the company is the global partner of FC Barcelona, the official sponsor of the Italian Serie A broadcasts and the official media partner of LaLiga.

4151  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any good crypto betting exchange ? on: July 12, 2021, 06:01:45 PM
Hi, I've seen plenty of bookmakers on this forum but never a betting exchange like Betfair for fiat.

I was wondering, have you ever heard of a betting exchange using cryptocurrencies ?
Here is the List of the best Cryptocurrency Betting Exchanges:
Fairlay.com - http://100bookies.com/fairlay-review/
Exbet.io - http://100bookies.com/exbet-io-review/
Tru.bet - http://100bookies.com/tru-bet-review/
FatFork has mentioned another one above : degens.com Have you already made a review about it? I think you could add it to your list of crypto betting exchange. But it would also be interesting to know which one has the most volume and liquidity. AFAIK fairlay is the most popular here but I don't know if it's enough to get the biggest liquidity.

In addition to the exbet.io mentioned by TimeTeller, the following websites have been (or are still being) promoted on the forum:
[...]
DEGENS.com - The Blockchain Sports Betting Exchange
Website: https://degens.com/
ANN Thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5222499.0

This is not a recommendation, since I have no personal experience with any of these platforms. Everyone should do their own research and due diligence.
4152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any good crypto betting exchange ? on: July 12, 2021, 05:35:33 PM
I am surprised so many guys are unsure of what a sports betting exchange is. Sports betting exchange means you don't bet against the house but you simply lay or back a market. Lay means you are allowing others to take the market while back means you are backing the market to win.
It just shows the amount of spammers and shitposters replying without even knowing what they are talking about. The amount of spam in this section is getting really worrying, that's ok to be a noob but not being able at least to make a search on google before replying to a random topic is not a newbie related issue. Bounty Managers and moderators should do something against that.

@arcathomas
I've already ask this question to sportbettor few weeks ago and he quoted me the following 3 ones but I think you can add Augur which is almost a betting exchange and degens.com cited by Fatfork above

List of best Betting Exchanges you can find here: http://100bookies.com/betting-exchanges-list-eng/
Could you tell me which ones of those betting exchanges are accepting cryptocurrencies please? If none of them are accepting cryptocurrencies, do you know which one of them is allowing the most countries to register or is the most easy to use with a VPN please? Did you put on this list all the betting exchanges of the market currently operating or is it only the ones you've tested personally?
Here are the Betting Exchanges that accept Bitcoin:
Fairlay.com - http://100bookies.com/fairlay-review/
Exbet.io - http://100bookies.com/exbet-io-review/
Tru.bet - http://100bookies.com/tru-bet-review/

Well I have known 2 betting exchange that is very popular here in the forum and that would be

1.) 1xbit - this gambling site includes Sportbooks, Live Betting, Live Casino, and Lotteries, No fees for Deposit and withdrawals online poker, and lots of rewards and bonuses for their players they have a Curacao license Deposit and withdraw using BTC, DOGE, GAME, XEM/NEM, ETH, BCN, SIB, XRM, ZEC, and BCN

2.) Sportsbet.io this gambling site is I think more popular than 1xbit it has a Bitcoin sportsbook, live casino, and bitcoin casino it has a mobile site fast and anonymous registration, also have a Curacao license as well, they have a support contract that I think reliable.

If you are interested then I think you should be the one to make your research about these sites and gamble moderately.
Are you crazy guy? How could you say 1xbit is popular here while it's currently the most unpopular platform of Bitcointalk?  Shocked
All people promoting this gambling site are receiving red trust by DTs. If you didn't see that, you should be more careful next time because you could be accused of being a shill of them. Embarrassed Moreover it's not a betting exchange, neither is sportsbet.io, that's just 2 "classic" sportsbooks.
4154  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is Nuxbet legitim ? on: July 12, 2021, 04:48:06 PM
~snip~
And betop is a mirror of nuxbet, maybe they have high limites,or others mirrors of thems.
Where you found that betop is a mirror of nuxbet? Nuxbet isn't any real betting site. It's a demo version of sports betting site which has been made by Nuxgame provider. Click on deposit button of nuxbet, they will ask you to provide KYC. The site itself shows that it's a demo version

Otherwise, Check the reply of BETOP.GG regarding this matter. Hope that you will lock this topic.
Many games are freely available on this demo platform but when I try to access to the live casino games, I get a message asking me to register.
Does someone know if the live casino games are really available after enrolling or if it's just a demo message to block the access?

@BETOP.GG
what's your affiliation with the sportsbook Nuxbet (dot) com?? both websites are using the exact same layout and exact same odds, markets, everything...sister site? is betop.gg simply the bitcoin version of nuxbet?

Hello, website that you've mentioned is a sportsbook demonstration of our software provider Nuxgame.
It's not the version or sister site, we've licensed their software for rightful usage.
With time it would differ more as we would add more features, update design/themes etc.

I've got my bets in for Wimbledon

I miss being able to place wagers on various soccer games (and was even able to bet on the Oscars & Rugby League games for a brief while there)  Hopefully they will come back at some point.  Any hints when that might be?
How much did you win finally? Because that was an amazing bet since you've guessed 4 of the 4 semifinalists (Angelique Kerber belonging to "Other"). Personally I haven't been as accurate but at the end Ashleigh Barty did the job fortunately.

4156  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fighting Game Betting on: July 12, 2021, 02:44:32 PM

As per some articles, if compared to other E-sports games, the number of people that betting on those games isn't that high. Also not as profitable as betting on League of Legends and DOTA 2.

You can refer to @carlfebz response although researching about the reputation of those sites should be on you. I'm not sure though if those sites are accepting cryptocurrencies so take a time looking at those or else, just try the fiat betting.
Be careful the link in your post is a phishing page. Sportsbooks listed on this page don't provide markets for Mortal Kombat and the links toward those sportsbooks are hidden referral links in addition. You should check more carefully this kind of links before posting them, because fakenews page providing referral links are very common in the gambling area.
4157  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 12, 2021, 02:00:12 PM
In fact, Djokovic did not play his best tennis in the semifinals and finals, but that is also a characteristic of great champions, that they win even when they don't play at their usual level.
Berretini was very good but it is always very difficult to play such big and important matches.
The psychological pressure is huge and it is not easy for a young player to play such a match.
I'm sure that the Italian will be even better in the future and that he will soon start winning his first GS tournaments.
Personally, I think that Federer's time has passed and that he will no longer win any GS tournaments while Nadal has a chance only in Paris.
This year is a great chance for NadalDjokovic to win the golden slam, which no one has ever managed to win, and after that he can retire as a GOAT.
You should respect a little bit more Rafael Nadal IMO, he won the US Open in 2017 and 2019 (he was absent from the last one in 2020), moreover if Djokovic wasn't able to be defeated in any tournament except the French Open, sportsbooks wouldn't list his matches anymore or with odds equal to 1.00 or under 1. So your champion is not unbeatable, and you will see him losing in one of the next tournements for sure, mark my words.
BTW he won't be the first one to manage to win the golden slam, it has already been done by Steffi Graf in 1988.
4158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 12, 2021, 01:28:48 AM
As expected a win for Novak, he is too strong.
Good game for the Italian and now he should climb up to the rank 6 if I'm not mistaken.

He is just on another level instead of all other players. They arent even close to him i think if he wants to win it all he can win it easily. This wimbeldon was probobly the easiest grandslam win in history i think he only dropped 2 sets in the entire tournament. What a player i think he can win it all this year. Anyone else thinks the same? Golden slam incoming?
Yeah, I think Golden slam is incoming, last leg is US Open, and with the way he is playing, he is unstoppable. US Open is not Nadal's cup of team, Roger will try but he has to go to a lot of young players and he is ageing. While Djokovic is somewhat hitting his prime and as long as there are these young players that are going to push him, he will be above anyone else because he has the experience and the mentality game. Nothing to be ashamed for Berrettini, now he proves that he is a all around player (clay and grass).

Just 16 minutes before the game starts. Lines for Bucks have moved even lower with winner markets for Bucks to win currently priced @1.51.  I've took the bet. Bucks are playing at Fiserv Forum while being 0-2 down is more than enough reason to back them regardless on who is the favorites for tonight match or not. Over and out. Let's hope Bucks don't disappoint and keep their finals dream alive.

Giannis + Middleton + Holiday. I'm feeling good about this already.
Unfortunately they have already lost the first quarter and they are led by the Suns by 3 points. Nonetheless they remain favorites for the live winner market with odds @1.70. So they seem to still be able to quite easily win despite this gap.
4160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Finals in June 2021! on: July 11, 2021, 11:58:38 PM
Italy has won the Euro 2020 championship after defeating England, 3-2 on penalties following a 1-1 draw.i already said the match is very difficult and it can end with draw england scored the first goal at 2 minute by l.shaw lot of gamblers says that england will win the match but in the second half at 67 minute l. bonucci scored the goal of draw for italy . then extra time ended with 1 goal for each team or without goal , for penaltys italy have luck better then england . this the football , congrats for italy
What a win by Italy. Southgate made a few mistakes with not adding his subs a lot more earlier in the game plus making youngsters take the penalties was an even bigger mistake for him. Italy won second time on penalties after missing the penalty and losing in it. Donnaruma’s saves were on another level on this tournament in the penalty series
Yes Gianluigi Donnarumma is just amazing he has never lost one single penalty shoot-out sequence in all his career and he has been awarded player of the tournament Euro 2021 which is very rare for a goalkeeper. I'm looking forward to see him playing with Paris Saint-Germain next season.
